Troppa confusione tra musica e gente esterna in piscina

Gli spazi sono ampi ed il personale è disponibile

Speravamo in un weekend tranquillo viste le recensioni, ma così non è stato. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte tra sabato e domenica. Entrambi i giorni dalle 14.00 alle 19.00 c'è stata musica in piscina con volume altissimo e confusione. La piscina è aperta al pubblico, e non solo ai soggiornanti. La struttura non da priorità a chi soggiorna di poter scegliere la posizione di ombrelloni e lettini, dando adito a corse per accaparrarsi dei posti decenti. Inoltre, la Domenica la piscina (di 80 m2) contava circa 250 persone, e i lettini coprivano tutti gli spazi verdi, nella confusione totale.

Confortevole

Colazione, super abbondante e crostata, torte, muffin appena sfornati. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il campus ed a pochi minuti da Salerno. Staff molto gentile e disponibile anche nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste di un area per lo smart-working.

Very polite and friendly staff, just annoying to have to pay for for the pool

We like how personal the staff made it feel they always remembered you and was very polite and helpful

Was not a fan of the fact that even though you pay too stay at this small complex that you then have to pay for the pool use too, it is out of the city in the mountains so nothing to do unless you have a car and then make you pay for the only facility they have.

Exceptional

The staff was genuinely helpful in all regards! Very flexibly they accommodated the needs of the little and the big family members from the start, despite our late arrival. On top, the recommendations as to how and where we could spend our time in Campania made such a positive impact on the entire stay. And the vibe of the place was just wonderful - we enjoyed every minute.

Nice establishment with beautiful views, good value for money.

Quiet rural location as described, nice set up. Staff very nice and helpful, rooms clean and spacious, food nice but slightly overpriced.

A bit too remote if you wanted to go out for food or drinks somewhere else. Can’t get a taxi so would have to drive which spoils the experience.

Beautiful place and good service

I had 5 days stay and looking specially place outside city quiet and nice place. there was every evening party and noisy until 1 am. They should have been informed about it when we came but they did not. I was not able to sleep out and not satisfied.

Dissapointing! Nice place during the day and a nightmare in the evening

Nice place but focused on events. The rooms should not be sold during this period and guests advised that there will be events throughout their stay.

We didn't feel welcomed at all. From Tuesday to Saturday, in every evening, there were parties with loud and live music in front of our door. People from the party trying to get over us in the room; Just one of the 2 swimming pools can be used and is public and overcrowded; Shower wasn’t very clean; Not always available parking due to the events guests cars;

Total lack of exeprience in receiving clients

Good spot, close enough to Salerno and away from the Amalfi Coast fuss. A warm thanks to Teresa who tried to make our stay pleasant.

We were unable to use the pool that was announced on the Booking website and on pictures, using the argument that it was only for events. We had to use the crowded municipal pool on site (and forced to use swim caps!). We really felt cheated on. Extremelly loud music all day long, from 9.00 sometimes until 23.00. Very poor breakfast: no bread, always something missing (plates, spoons,....) The invoice we asked never came. Personnel very young and with absolutely no experience in customer care. Nobody speaks english on site.
