The bungalow was nice, beds large for o e person,
We didn’t have a kettle in the cabin, price very high and no breakfast, they demand us to wash dishes which means we use dishes washed by others and not by owner. I didn’t like that idea. They had computer problems at checkout and we had to wait for quite some time and no compensation was offered. I asked if I can have coffee while waiting. I expected more.

Wij zaten in een bungalow met patio. 1 van de nieuwere bungalows. Het is vrij basic, maar prima. De omgeving is mooi. De mensen super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Heerlijk gegeten daar in de avond. Rond 40 pp
Het keuken gedeelte was niet zo schoon

They have no control over the aurora, but it presented itself right out the window for about 3 hours from 9PM to midnight. Can’t ask for better than that.

El personal es muy agradable y atento. Por las condiciones climatológicas llegamos a las 22:00 horas y nos atendieron de manera excelente.

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and delicious food!

We were a family of 5, the location of the parents room was at the attic, with no bath ir toilets.

The location is amazing
It needs to be renewed as facilities were too used (kitchen utensils, beds, doors, floor, dishwasher did not work etc) and there were no basic services such as salt, champoo etc.

Very friendly staff, great dinner and awesome panoramic views!
The huts could use an update-some things were broken, usability compared to other similar huts we stayed in was mediocre. Still highly recommended!

Location, beautiful views, the horses.
Food was just okay. We thought at least breakfast was included and then were charged $40 per adult for dinner and $15 for breakfast.

Extremely nice family style dinner. Lots of animals
Weak unstable WiFi. No hot water in shower (it was slightly warm) and leaking shower head. Very hot at night.
No alternative as far as restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Uncomfy bed sheets

Beautiful location for a few cottages, cottage had stunning view with a small terrace. Good location to see all attractions on this peninsula.
The room wasn't very clean and the amount of facilities in the house itself was very low. Only some kitchenware, coffee maker (ground coffee) and water kettle.

The location fabulous. We had a cottage. At sun set a stunning view over the glacier, the land with horses and the sea far away. The cottage very well equipt with a kitchenet and good beds. Buffet dinner at 7 pm. Horse riding was offered (at cost) after dinnner. A treat in the setting sun. Highly recommened
Only thing was that the internet just that day was broken

The homemade breakfast and, especially, dinner were great. Our dinner was simply incredible and was one of the best meals we had in Iceland.
Because of how remote this place is, it would have been nice to have beer or wine available with dinner. By no means a dealbreaker, though.

Very tranquil and relaxing location with homemade meals and friendly staff.
The bed was the most comfortable out of all (5) of the hotels/guesthouses in Iceland!!
Looked exactly as advertised.
Everything was great!

Idyllic! They are little cottages at the base of the mountain. View is espectacular. Eat at the place, the food is cooked by the family: local, homemade and delicious. 10 mins from seal viewing and about 30 from Snæfellsjökull National Park.

Gorgeous view. Comfortable beds. Very much like the detached cottage. Super quiet!
No heat in the bathroom. Toilet ran constantly (and loudly) so we couldn’t leave the door to the room open, which would have allowed heat in the bathroom.
Diverter for the overhead vs hand-held shower head was unscrewed and squirted water everywhere. No place to hang towels. No hair dryer. Bathmat wasn’t terribly clean.
Booking.com said there is a restaurant on site. There is, but it was fully booked with tour buses for lunch and then not serving dinner. Nearest place to eat is 20 minutes away.

nice stay for 1 night in trip around the Iceland. we have free upgrade of room - thanks for that! very friendly/family atmosphere. totally recommended!
lack of Wi-Fi in cottages/rooms

Such cute little cabins, the location is GORGEOUS right at the base of the mountains. They make homemade dinner and breakfast, are super friendly and the food is amazing! The cabins do have small kitchenettes and even a little couch! It’s a horse riding farm so they have tons of beautiful horses on property.
It is a little different dynamic than we are used to as you dine in their main house on the property and it feels a bit like you’re walking into their kitchen which is fine, just different! As far as the cabins, only thing is maybe some games since they don’t have tvs, and some coffee makings would be amazing.

View and location
No wi-fi, dirty floors, hair on the bed, sheets are extremly old and look dirty, no heating in the bathroom, doors are extremely hard to close and it is almost impossible to lock it,
Place for breakfast is messy and unorganized, bad sound insolation.
All in all, fully unsatisfied.

We loved our stay here! Jóhanna is amazing. She really took care of us and invited us to come join a tour group for dinner (which wasn't included for us). Breakfast was included in our stay, which was delicious. Her dinner was one of the best home cooked meals I have had! This was a great place to escape the city lights and base your Snæfellsnes peninsula adventures from. We stayed in the winter so we couldn't go horseback riding but we were told we could see them whenever we wanted. Plus there were friendly barn cats that were cuddly and followed us around. We had our own private cabin, which could easily sleep 8 (we were only 3 people so we had a ton of room). And to top off the amazing stay, we got to experience the northern lights! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful people -cheerful and helpful, location is amazing too, food delicious.
The temperature of the room was so low that i honestly was considering sleeping on the floor in bathroom, where hot water pipes gave warmth. I slept fully dressed, under 2 duvets and get ill afterwards. Quallity of matress was low and there was no source of light around to walk to the house.

Comfortable cottage and convenient location just off the main road. A nice, comfy and tidy room, very quiet as the neighboring cottages are at a distance.
Simply amazing 'home-made' breakfast!
It was a bit difficult where to enter and where to park in the dark - some signs or lighted path would be helpful.
Wi-fi signal was weak.

Location is great. 10 mins drive to the Black church. You can watch Northern Lights just outside of your cabin. We watched Northern Lights for the 1st time.
Breakfast was okay. They need to refill fast.
