The room was a good size and a short walking distance from the Bullring shopping mall. The kitchen facilities were handy, featuring a toaster, kettle and big fridge. Good TV and basic amenities like an iron, hair straightener/dryer etc.
The coffee/tea containers were completely empty when we checked in. The neighborhood area around the space isn't nice but that's nothing to do with the quality of the room.

Not much,
Room was far to small and you would find it difficult to put the seate down to make 3rd bed. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. No toilet paper, tea bags or milk, no hand cleaning item. The shower was very dirty and the door was hanging off. The floor tile in the shower room was loose. When we pull the counterpane back we were greeted by a huge stained sheet.

Beds were comfy
Shower was mouldy, carpet was mucky. 2 lose tiles in bathroom as well as broken shower door. Front door to the building wouldn't lock - wasn't very secure. Pots were still dirty.
3.0
Good location - very near to city center
Affordable price
Quick and easy check-in and checkout process
Studio wasn't big enough to call it a studio. It was more like a room with few white goods.
Exhaust fan wasn't working at the toilet.
Shower space is very congested.

Room was good, comfy beds
Rubbish bin full to the top left in there from previous guests

The accommodation was fine everything as required
Most times the front door was wide open both in the morning and evening and also a couple of times the noise from downstairs was very loud kids shouting and running about quite late in the evening in the process keeping my young son awake

Value for money
The door on the shower kept coming off the runners and was difficult to open and close

Location, close to train stations & close to good bus services.neat to main shopping area, some good bars & pubs close by.
Broken ironing board, shower door that fell off, fire blanket not in its container but found in wardrobe along with missing parts of ironing board, dirty bathroom-black mould in shower, dirty towel rail & what looked like poo stains on ceiling! Only access to water for cooking/drinking/washing up was in the bathroom, small stains on bedding & towels, chipped crockery.

The main entrance door is not user-friendly to lock and unlock, and the room door has only one key to lock, it’s really inconvenient. The shower is too old and door can’t even close tightly. Carpet is very dirty. Air ventilation is poor. The hood is so noisy and feel unsafe at night.

the inside of the room was clean and spacious enough
the most terrible street/neighbourhood i have ever been to! the place didn’t have a proper sign, hidden behind the construction site! the neighbourhood looked very dodgy and unsafe like slum area! i was a a lone girl and literally took me 2 hours to find this place with the help of people and i was terrified late at night !

the location was great! easy to get to the centre on foot!
- The Bed was 2 single beds pushed together and the mattresses were bad quality. You can feel the springs digging into your skin. The pillows were really thin and we had 1 each. In the end we took the sofa seat cushions off and used those instead.
The kitchenette is a microwave and fridge freezer. We weren’t planning on cooking anyway but it’s a good job because we could have only had microwave meals. We had one knife and fork between two of us and the fork was bent out of shape.
-The front door is very difficult to open, the lock is very stiff and had to use force to get the key to open the lock. We were worried we might break the key in the lock! There was only one front door key which was kept in a lock box outside the door, one of our neighbors took it with them and we got locked out. Tried to get in touch with the owners but they didn’t answer and rang us back half an hour later. The stairs are very old and squeaky, can hear everyone coming and going.
The road outside the apartment was closed and the owners sent us a map of how to get there but was very hard to follow if you dont know the names of the roads in digbeth. We rang the owners when we were struggling to find it and it was as though they’d never been to digbeth either. The secure parking (which was one of the main reasons why we booked this accommodation) was a drive way and was very tight to get in and out of.
The bathroom floor tiles were all loose and sharp on your feet. The shower was tiny! You could hardly move in there and there was no bath mat! There was toilet roll provided but it was soaked through, so we had to buy more.
The room its self was spacious. We had plenty of room but there was burn holes in the carpet and the room needed refreshing. When staying in Birmingham again I wouldn’t stay here.

Nothing
Location, customer services, check in procedure, room view are very poor. The apartment is hidden inside a wall. Very hard to see. I have contacted the CS but I must complete some forms before they can provide me with a poor map which show no useful information. I took 1 hour circulating the area to locate it. The apartment is within industrial area. All the access roads are under construction. Streets are dark with high risk of robberyr - a very horrible area. No restaurants and any kinds of shops nearby. In short, the premises is not suitable for use as accommodation.

Bathroom do not flush properly.
Asking for pricing for next week never come back to me.

Nothing!
Room was way too hot, a fan was provided but it was inadequate and the window does not open fully, I developed a very itchy, painful heat rash on my chest and stomach. Construction work right outside starting at 06:15am, a rave across the road and cars blocking the end of the drive so I couldn't leave. A gang of youths knocking on the front door and shouting at 02:00am. Dreadful location in a very run down area of Birmingham, not safe to go out after dark, I left early and eventually managed to get a refund on the nights I did not stay by complaining to booking.com and the property agents.

The room was very basic but clean.
The location was in the middle of a demolition site! Instructions on location were terrible.

It was a 10 minute walk from New Street Station but I would strongly advise against doing this walk alone or in the dark.
- property demanded I pay a £250 deposit direct to their account prior to receiving check in details (with the help of booking.com this was eventually waived).
- property shared check in guide which stated code for key boxes would be shared via text. Only received the code for the key box inside the property so was stuck outside.
- property did not pick up the phone when called. Eventually texted back after waiting 30 minutes and provided the key code.
- location of property felt very unsafe. Dark quiet streets behind Moor Street. We walked past a police cordon due to a stabbing. - road immediately outside property is closed for HS2 construction work. Workers were on site at 07:45 on a Saturday morning immediately below the property window. Proximity to train line may also affect occupants sleep.
- room had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Forced to search the property for the clean linen and change the beds ourselves. Found someone’s underwear under the sofa cushion.
- “kitchen” involved a microwave, kettle and mini fridge freezer sat on a bench. No tea/coffee provided.
- two single beds pushed together both very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs.
- the room is lacking simple amenities such as the fire blanket, ironing board cover and details are missing from the fire action sticker.
- there was a suspicious green light from under a piece of tape stuck to the plastic of a single spotlight on the ceiling which I suspect may have been a camera. I have shared a photo with this review.

Nothing it was terrible
everything, poorly managed facilities, broken equipment mess everywhere.Poor hygiene.
Sheets werent even changed from last residents and stuff was left behind.
Bathroom is unsafe to say the least. Shower door fell off and hit me , floor tiles are loose and broken.
Slow responses and we are still waiting for our refund and deposit when we were told 6 days ago we would get it.
I'd rather sleep outside than there.
