Perfect choice

The location was great and the apartment was spacious (except for the bathroom). The price was good, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. It was very convenient being able to use the washing machine. The owners were friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that you used a code to open the door, and the code obviously hadn’t been changed for a long time. Anyone who had stayed there could have come in whenever they wanted.

The kitchen was okey

The quality of air in the apartment was very bad, a very dusty apartment - my daughter was very allergic to dust and was sneezing continuously. So we stayed only one night out of 3 that we booked. I asked for a refund for 1 night but the landlord refused. Another thing - noisy and outdated AC , it was impossible to sleep in those conditions. Regarding parking - if you get lucky to find one then it's free ( took me 30 minutes to dry around to find one).

basic but comfortable

it was well equipped and smelt very clean when we arrived. the owner was very kind and helpful and helped us try to locate a lost item. there is a coffee shop opposite and restaurants and take aways nearby.

Located next to busy main road in the lower town, it’s a good 20-30 minute walk (uphill) into the Old Town. You will hear noise from the unit upstairs (if it’s rented at the same time) their bathroom is right above your bedroom so as soon as they are up showering / flushing the loo you will be disturbed. a curtain in the bedroom would be nice as the blind is broken and the light comes in too early which is not nice.

Great place to stay as lots of convenience store near the place we stay, close to walking distance to old Quebec.

Good stay for one night, the place was clean and well equipped, and we found free parking during weekend!

Good location, free parking at nearby streets, interior is pretty spacious.

The sofa bed is not the most comfortable, and it is in the living room which is right right the streets, can be a little loud. the main bedroom however does not have any issue.

Superb

Well equipped : Kitchen, pot and pans, cutlery, laundry. AC, backyard. Easy access. Sleep 4 comfortable. Spacious. Clean.

Parking could be quite difficult.

Two great days in Quebec City with a great home base.

The owner was actually there to greet us. The outdoor space was a bonus with a small dog. Was a well appointed and clean unit.

The unit was clean, and it had all the required appliances. It was also near to the tourist attractions within walking distance. Also, the homeowner let me know that the street parking was free on the weekends, which helped me save $60 on parking costs.

Really nice location, great host explained how to park nearby for free, the apartment was really clean and well equipped. Washing machine and drier. Sofa was more comfortable than expected.

Good for a couple, not so much for two

Very comfortable for a couple. However not suited for two as the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and worn out.
