The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The resort is not great. Breakfast is extremely expensive, and the dinner options are not great (generally low food quality). The staff of the hotel and complete resort felt very unwelcoming and, at times impolite. There are only two elevators for many rooms and floors, so waiting times of +5 minutes are not uncommon even in the off-season. The pool advertised very often on the booking page is nice, but the bar and restaurant at that pool close around 7 pm, which is very strange in my opinion. Especially since they advertise for adult child-free hours at those times.

Close to water park
Long waiting time for check in.
Poor English of the staff.
Staff not helpful.
Very bad view of the room.
Dirty bed linen and pillow cover

The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to converse in English. It was nice to have the water park and theme park facilities.
The hotel while clean always had a damp smell from all the people walking through the hotel from the water park and pool. The check in took a very long time due to big crowds however check out was fast.

Hectic check-in process

Location was a bit far but there are basically everything at the resort so it was not a problem. Looking forward to visiting again if we are going to Jeju again in the future.
It would be better if a coin laundry was available coz it would be great if we could get the washing done after a day at the water park.

Its nice family friendly has alot of restaurants options, very clean
Its far away from the other places the nearest market is 40 minutes drive. Another thing, the parks timing’s doesn’t make sense specially the booking part. Also, there not much of activity to do after 8 pm not even bikes to go around the resort.

The shops and cafes in the hotel are good selection. Spacious rooms.
Our stay was a disappointment for me and my kids. Most attractions at The theme park are closed. The water park is partially closed. Although I massaged the hotel before my vacation to ask about the swimming pools and they ensured that the swimming pool and the water park is in operation. When I arrived I was shocked and my kids were disappointed that it is partially closed ☹️☹️☹️ another disappointment that everything is rental including the chairs at the water park. Where am I supposed to put my towel and stuff?? In addition to all this bad experience, the kids club was closed the whole period we were there (we stayed for 5 days). I believe that supposedly we paid for all the facilities at the hotel, but the hotel doesn’t worth the money we paid, since not all facilities were available. Moreover, you should book a timing to get to the swiming pool and the moment you get out of the swimming pool to get something from your room you cannot get back there, which doesn’t make sense at all. The staff there told us that I can’t get out and come back.

the location between hotel in one resort is confusing especially using maps for the 1st time visit

Friendly and helpful staff. Many shops, theme park, water park in the resort. plenty of things to enjoy. Location was great as well. Completely comfortable and relaxing stay without any disturbance. Enough space for parking. I will definitely go again. There is nothing to complain about.
House keeping. I feel that training would help. Some things such as lamp and shower head didn’t work properly.

I liked that it is a shopping area on its own with the Premium stores, theme park, restaurants and also the convenient store. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
I felt that this location will be only good for stay if you are driving on your own as the distance is far from everywhere and to take a bus will require you to walk quite far. In terms of housekeeping, the housekeepers do not have a set protocol in the daily housekeeping as things are laid differently everyday. Some days they change slippers and some days they do not. One of the days, I also had a stained towel. Also, the curtains were not clean as there were black marks on it and the headboard above had scotch tapes left behind from the previous stay. Of which, this was not rectified before we checked in.

Waterpark
Staff and management were not cooperative when I wanted to adjust my stay and cancel the breakfast

Infinity Pool
Bars closed too early
Drinks quite pricy
No comfortable seating in the lobby or outside
Only small and expensive store to buy drinks or snacks, too less; a bigger supermarket would be great

friendly staff, vip treatment, all are available outside the hotel like resto seafood, pasta and korean foods. coffee shops icecream shop dunkin donut. amusement park & games! 30 minutes from jeju airport and 30 minutes drive to other tourist spots~ better to rent a car instead of taxi~

staff!
breakfast in the morning was terrible, there was no choice! I had to drive in car to the indoor pool like 1 minutes . then go out and you need to go down the street. with a small baby it's terrible, it's cold and not comfortable!!!!! 😡🤦🏼♀️ I do not recommend for clean people and people who want to have a great rest in silence sleeping. and eat delicious food. also with small children up to a year

The Resort is really big and had a lot of usable amenities like an outdoor pool with a great view, an aquapark, a theme park, and lots of stores and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. I enjoyed staying in the resort.
While checking in one of us was asked to step aside due to Corona rules, however, at other counters, multiple people were talking together so I felt like the rules were not consequently followed. Also, the room's sound block was not the greatest. I was able to hear everything going on in the hallways.

The staff were polite. We arrived early but were allowed to check into our room, which is always appreciated after travelling a while.
We chose this hotel by filtering on 5 stars but the level of service was 3 at best - what you would expect from a budget hotel like a Travel Lodge or Ibis. The lobby looked nice but we found our room to be rather drab, cheaply furnished with a hard bed. The room was mainly clean but the shower tiles were lined in the reddish-orange mildew that takes at least a couple weeks to build up. It’s a disgusting thought that it’s not even cleaned properly between guests.
Being Chuseok with covid restrictions on international travel, we assumed it would be busy and planned to spend some time ordering room service to enjoy on the advertised balcony. This proved impossible as the narrow balcony did not contain any chairs - they appear to only be intended for hanging out laundry. Furthermore, there is no room service at this hotel and no mini bar items for purchase. We found 2 instant coffee sachets (1 regular, 1 decaf) and a couple of tea bags. There is a nice looking coffee bar in the lobby but it turned out to be decorative. So the morning coffee options are to pay $40 to go to the breakfast buffet or to walk to the next hotel to go to Starbucks.
The pool is smaller than it seems in photos and apparently masks are required for swimming so we did not use it. The poolside bar is roped off and food and drinks are currently not served at the outdoor tables - meaning everyone comes in dripping wet to eat.
The 5-star rating appearing on Booking.com is either self-appointed or based on being attached to the water park (which only seemed to have the wave pool operating outdoors-maybe because it’s hazardous to go on slides with a mask).
I thought this would be a nice break from the city but we’d have been better off just booking a real 5-star hotel in Seoul and saving a lot of hassle and expense.

The pool at night was beautiful as no children were allowed, so it was very relaxing.
There are plenty of restaurants within the property and stores.
The room was pretty, well decorated and clean.
Extremely crowded with children running and screaming - so definitely not a relaxing stay, it is truly only ideal for families.
The elevators were slow and there weren’t many, the wait time was tedious.
You have zero chances to use the pool during the day as it is very crowded with families and children splashing water, so forget tanning.
Although there were many stores and restaurants, plenty of it was closed due to covid.
The location is extremely secluded and a long drive from everything.
The staff were not pleasant at all, actually the nicest staff member I spoke to was from housekeeping.
Overall, very little value for your money.
