Lovely outside space!

We spend just a night here but it was a good choice (initially booked 2 but we extended our stay in Zimbabwe). Not the biggest room but the communal outside space is fantastic. We enjoyed a delicious pizza and good cocktails at the bar + a relaxing massage.

I was in Livingstone for a quick stopover and Fawlty was a great place to stay.

The location was central plus the rooms were comfortable. The entire property was beautiful and an unexpected garden oasis in the middle of town.

I wish the wifi worked in the rooms as well.

Amazing.

Breakfast was OK. Pool and surrounds and eating/bar area was nice. Good to have mozzie nets and aircon in bedrooms. Very good supermarket across the road. Livingstone is good and the activities amazing.

A Great Place to Stay! This Place Rocked.

This Place Rocked! Are room was Awesome! The Breafast was included and quite good, Beers were cold, Pool was nice A/C worked good and the help was not only friendly but helpfull. We had a great time here!

Could be brilliant

Nice washing line, nice grounds, decent location, nice staff

Wifi only in lounge area, lockers weren't fit for purpose, no bbq area, no ventilation in shared kitchen

Good location

We picked faulty towers because of the perfect location close to the bus station. Many things are in walking distance (museum, restaurants), which was nice. The food at the place itself was okay, I would recommend eating elsewhere. There was a pool.

The pool seemed a bit dirty, wifi was only available in the bar area.

great spot

wifi good, dorm bed comfy but only stand up fans 2 per room. kitchen very good, pool great. bar area and pizza oven lovely. Can book activities at reception. Big shopping mall across the road.Lovely lounge area upstairs beside dorms with comfy couches. Free pancakes at 3pm.

If you got stuck in top bunk no fan for you.. Not enough sockets in room but do have them around lounge area

An oasis just off of the main street.

Lovely gardens, pool and bar. Room was comfy and apart from the mosquitos, we loved it. Thank goodness the beds had great nets and the hotel provides mosquito spray for the rooms. The free afternoon pancakes were a lovely perk and the breakfast was fairly good. Good location for the supermarket, the museum and several restaurants and cafe's. Handy excursion booking in reception.

We would have been happier in the chalets but had asked for a room to hold 3 people so that was fair but the room in the tower was OK

An air con in the Tower would have been welcome

Excelente estadia em Livingston

As instalações e localização são perfeitas, o espaço comum e a cozinha também! O wi fi funciona bem, e tem um jardim lindo , piscina , chá, leite e café grátis. A maioria dos funcionários são gentis e prestativos.

Não gostei do fato de afirmarem que do aeroporto pra cidade não havia forma mais econômica de se locomover. Oferecem um transfer por 10 dólares (são apenas 6 km de distância), sendo que Taxi privado no aeroporto sai bem mais econômico. Deveriam prestar as informações corretas pros viajantes. Muitos de nós somos mochileiros em busca de custo benefício justo.

A really great spot!

We had a very comfortable private room with a really powerful hot shower. The place is beautifully set up with a lovely bar/lounge area. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the ongoing free tea and coffee as well as the 3pm pancakes. Location wise, you are very central - with a great supermarket and places to eat nearby. The team was very helpful and friendly.

The pool looked a little murky (but they were on with cleaning it).

Exceptional

I had a problem during and earlier stay and management took that feedback on board and made sure that my stay was exceptional. If there is a problem, please speak to the reception and they will do their best to put right things.

The location is a bit noisy but I am told this applies to all establishments in town and unavoidable. That said I believe sound proofing is being upgraded.

Truly valuable

Various kind of accommodations, ours was a standard cozy room, quiet, clean, with mosquito net, comfortable indeed. Located up to the main road of Livingston in a quiet, green place, a brazier lit in the evening, pool and bar open also at night, some dishes available during the day, kitchen with come utensiles and fridge available for backpackers, a supermarket across the road, an excellent cafe’ restaurant three minutes walk. Wonderful Mirriam can solve every problem and she is always smilin, you can’t miss a Pauline energic and healthy message.

Very good

Great communal area, with a pool, and free tea n coffee til 4pm. Free.pancakes at 3pm daily.

There was a very large group of high school children staying during my stay. They screamed, yelled, played, and flirted with each other, very loudly every night, until 11pm, with no adult supervision. They used all the toilet paper every night, so we had to hide some in our room for the morning. The toilet doors are see thru, as are the shower doors, giving zero privacy. Dorm beds sank in the middle, hurting my back. Wifi not reliable, especially if a lot of people are at the bar area.

No faults at Fawlty Towers!

Great accommodation at reasonable price. Suited us perfectly for overnight stay. Breakfast, which was included, was more than adequate. Our room was basic but very clean with our own bathroom. Shower was good. Staff were great... very pleasant and helpful. It was a little oasis behind a wall in a busy street. Luggage was safely stored until our departure. And we enjoyed our free pancakes at 3pm with complementary tea and coffee all day. A bargain.

Amazing!

My pick-up at the airport was organized by the hostel at a fair price. The location is in the center of Livingstone, opposite a shopping center. Check-in was fast and smooth. I stayed in a single room which was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary pancakes in the afternoon are a nice touch. All sorts of activities can be booked through the venue.

I can`t think of anything.

walls in room very thin, you can hear your neighbour’s every word, lacking a social atmosphere as lots of big travel groups, don’t leave your valuables in common areas unattended.

great location with helpful staff

Supermarket is across the street, and bus stations are within walking distance (both local and long distance bus stations). Miriam is a super woman - she helped me with every single random questions/requests! The facility is clean with a bar/restaurant, pool, and even a fire pit to enjoy a bonfire at night:)

Since it’s located in the center of the town, you can hear music at night sometimes. I stayed in a private twin room (Ospray) which is facing a rear parking lot and a walkway - you hear locomotion of staff working as early as 6:30-7am (but such can work as an alarm in retrospect)

Beautiful and worth a stay

Miriam was very welcoming and attentive. She helped us find a last-minute excursion in the afternoon as we were leaving the next day. Free afternoon tea and pancakes are a nice touch. Centrally located. Beautiful surroundings. The bonfire at night is a nice touch. Place is clean and well maintained, with security and mosquito nets.

Thin walls, can hear music at night and can hear if people are speaking loudly in next room. The swimming pool did not look swimmable. Wifi does not reach rooms, and you have to sit by the dining area to have strong wifi connection.

Awesome place ! Keep it up ! The massage by pollina was remarkable!

The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable and became like family members !
