Location was the only thing that was nice, right in the heart of Sayulita-this was also a disadvantage, as
the hotel room was extremely noisy due to the street life
noisy, curtains barely covered the main windows, the room was far to bright in the night, this hotel has seen better times decades ago.

Location
The budget rooms are.quite basic and awfully noisy at night from the local bars. My room did not have a flat screen TV as stated.

Great location, friendly service and a super cool place, modest and charming. Was helpful to have a kitchen

nothing
First, I have to state that the staff are nice. That’s about it for the pros.
This was our worst hotel experience ever (if you can call that place an hotel). I’m shocked I booked it.
We have booked two rooms. One for the kids and one for us. The kids room had no washroom and they were expected to use a common one. We immediately upgraded to a “normal” room.
The “normal” rooms looked like monastery rooms with terrible facilities, old beds with old covers, leaking shower, we had to ask someone to get hot water, wifi that goes down every minute. I can’t really describe it with words. It was just awful, and we are not a spoiled family. This place is not by any standard and is not qualified as humans accommodations during a vacation.
Also, the pool was dirty with too much chlorine.
Although the location is good for the day and evening, it is crazy noisy at night. The music from the nearby bar didn’t stop until 4 am (like sleeping in a bar) after that came the roosters which were unbearable even with ear plugs (like sleeping in a barn). It was a nightmare. We all didn’t sleep the whole night.
We came for one night and wanted to spend the 2nd day on the beach but were too exhausted to stay and just took the bus back to PV to our condo.
Learn from our experience, do yourself a favour and just stay away.

Clean beds, centrally located.
The floor was sandy and at night very loud music was played between 19 and 2AM on the other side of the street which was clearly heard in the room.

View and location
Very NOISY you cannot sleep uptil 5am bc you can hear all the parties. No hot water, beds are from concrete and a matress is just put on it so very uncomfortable, we received an economy room when we booked a standard, with no normal window and aircon. The place was quite dirty, all in all we did not appreciate it and it was expensive for such a service

The location is great and the price!!!

The staff is really nice, polite and friendly. They allowed us to continue checking the ATMs for cash. They are very attentive.
The stairs too many to go up to our room. The room was clean but it is definitely in need of remodeling. We could hear everything from outside. The environment outside the hotel was too loud but then again we were there for new year. The hotel only takes cash and all of the ATMs in the town were out of money. We were checking daily until we found one with enough money to pay our bill.

Readily available water at all time of the day. Plenty of hot water! Very good location, within waling distance of everything in Sayulita.
Very good neighbor is you want to go out. That being said the music is loud until very late in the night.

The view
The groups of people singing on the terrace outside our room until 3.30 am
