Good Wi-Fi
Ants in the bathroom, poor breakfast, for 3 days of stay they never cleaned the room (they went to throw out the garbage on their own and asked to change towels)

The location was convenient; but there was a lot of road noise in spite of being in a back room. The staff were very kind and helpful; the breakfast was good; we had an omelet with bread and beans and tortillas with chicken and a mole sauce. We dropped our bags off early and were delighted that staff took them up to our room for us.
The road noise was not something the owners could control; but it was an issue with our getting to sleep. The shower tiles were slippery; for old folks that can be risky.

The property was close enough to go to the Zocalo centre and allowed us to also get to the north part of the city for our work obligation. Being outside the main city centre was nice because it was quiet.
Beds were a little stiff but that is usually expected with most places of this price range. Good value for a quick trip if you need a place to sleep.

I really appreciated Hector's hospitality and the hotel's cleanliness.
It's not that central. You need to take an uber/taxi.

Very friendly people, room was bigger than we expected. All perfectly clean and with all needed facilities. Big bathroom and balcony.

The staff were wonderful! Hector speaks English and is very helpful with providing local information, answering questions and engaging in friendly conversation. We were very impressed also with Maria, her friendly and kind personality and willingness to take time to be sincere and help us. Overall, staff were great and we felt comfortable and as if we were among friends staying there.
Nothing.

Staff was very nice. Location was perfect, very close to the US consulate. the AC worked great and was quiet. The water was hot in the shower.
Bed was a little too hard - the road was noisy and lots of talking in the foyer later into the night. They put me in a room close to the road, so I may have been just my room.

The hotel has some nice touches, like drinkable water and pretty spaces outside to relax.
It seems we got unlucky with the room, as it was right next to the laundry and was very noisy. Workers talking until late at night. We were also expecting a room with a hammock (which is what we had booked and the main reason we wanted to stay at this particular hotel), but we were not given a room with this installation. The woman who checked us in told us that breakfast was 8-10am. We were starting a long drive at 8:30 so went to the breakfast area at 8am to be told that it doesn’t start until 8:30. Very disappointing as breakfast included was another reason we booked this hotel. Bed was hard as a rock. The street doesn’t feel particularly safe at night.

Had a great time at this nice place. It was really clean and well appointed. I can recommend this apartment for a stay in Mérida. But remember the host was only speaking Spanish. The breakfast was o.k - nothing special, but you can eat it. :)

The house
Everything good

The staff has good intentions and are available and nice. They resolved a confusion with my room very quickly. The rooms are ok with good space and clean.
The internet is unstable, the tv only have national tv and with poor signal, Netflix is unabeliable due the bad wifi, the parking has a cost, not enough space for all guests to have breakfast at the same time (only one table). Overall is not like a hotel its like a guest house.

Maria was very helpful and prepared good breakfasts. She is friendly and concerned about the comfort of her guests. The property was clean and the location was excellent.
The plastic bed covering made the bed a little hot and uncomfortable, but I understand why these coverings are frequently used.

Maria an Pedro were very helpful and nice.
No parking lot included even when they advertise it. We parked on the side walk and if We want a parking place, cost $ 60 MXN. Breakfast is at 8AM not at 7AM so We couldn't get one but kitchen smelled great in the morning.
