A newly renovated 3 bedroom 1 ½ bath beach house located in Villas, New Jersey which is just a hop up from Cape May & a jump over to the Wildwoods!! Just 107 steps away to the dog-friendly beaches of Delaware Bay. Our bayside beach is home to the most beautiful sunsets to be seen in New Jersey! Fully equipped and beautifully decorated, this getaway offers all the comforts and amenities of home: 2 flat-screen TVs, WiFi, Washer-Dryer, large fenced yard with outdoor shower, huge deck, outdoor eating area with new teak table/chairs and umbrellas, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and much more. The house is located just 10 minutes north of Cape May & Wildwood Beaches in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for families, couples, and of course your puppers!

This is the second time our family (2 teenagers and a dog) has stayed at this house because we love it so much. It's perfect for our needs; good size, clean, fenced in backyard, close to the Villas beach/Flecks/Wawa, and has all the amenities you need. Owners are incredibly responsive and friendly. Thanks so much! We'll see you again in 2026!

Very clean and well taken care of home. We all really liked the big couch in the living room. Loved being able to walk up to the beach on the bay. It took about 25 minutes to drive to wildwood and to Cape May. The ice cream shop down the street was amazing!

The house was cute and clean and although it is pet friendly, there were absolutely no signs pets stay there, which is amazing! Very clean and nicely decorated. The construction in the neighborhood was a minor inconvenience since it blocked the beach access on our street a few days. Being on the bay side we found it to be quite "buggy" on the beach....but that is nature! We loved that Fleck's ice cream shop was in walking distance of the house and we visited there multiple times throughout the week! Overall a good stay! Thanks so much!

Water pressure was low. Living room tv worked 4 days then quit, I called but no response from owner. Picnic table had bird poop all over it. The front screen door kept swinging and banging, we tried to keep it shut but it wouldn't. The ice maker had problems. For the positive, the home had everything you could need, including cleaning, laundry and bathing supplies.

A very nice cottage, in a quiet neighborhood. Neat and clean, and nicely decorated. Everything that a person on vacation could possibly need was provided. The owner responded quickly to my questions. I highly recommend this property and this owner.

The property was located in the perfect area. It was short walk to the bay and a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and other necessities. The house was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We saw many friendly people out for walks and bike rides. The fenced in backyard was perfect for letting out dog play. We really enjoyed the property!

2nd time staying at this property & it was everything i expected. The only problem was that they had changed the tv system the week prior to my arrival & the new smart tv had very limited access & only one broadcast tv station available. If you're into apps & streaming I guess you would enjoy it but I did not. As much as I like this property I don't think i would rent it again with the tv system as it is

Very happy with our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed walking after hours to bay to walk dogs. Located a close drive to Cape May historical area, Wildwood, and other attractions. Very family oriented environment that felt safe and at night was quiet. The yard was a great big size and private. Really enjoyed our time there.

It was a great home a block from the Delaware Bay beach. It was a friendly neighborhood and close to many things in Cape May and the surrounding area. The homeowner was very quick to respond to questions or messages. The house itself was nice and clean. It helped us to have a great vacation.

A nice place but never a good impression when you cant check in until 4:30PM because the property manager is still " cleaning." She also set up a dog bed even though we don't have one. Dog hair, however found throughout the premises. Called both her and her daughter for Wifi info 1st day there and neither ever called back. Front door glass was full of smudges. We pointed this out and she " my daughter does this " ...and left!

Had a very nice stay. The house had all we needed, and the closeness to the beach allowed us to enjoy many walks and sunsets with our family and dogs. The fenced in yard meant we could rest inside while the pups lolled in the shade grass. My 14 year old Lucy dog is still smiling from her vacation!

We loved this property, it was perfect for a family of 4 and our small dog. So cozy, cleaned, perfect location with plenty of games for the kids and the bicycles were a hit with our teenager boys. Definitely recommend and we are definitely will be renting again.

May family of 3 and dog stayed at this house for winter break. I was impressed by its cleanliness and how well-equipped it was. It’s also located close to beach for daily walks. Wonderful, just as expected. We were looking for a quiet place but was in a good location to where we wanted to go and we found it! This house was perfect and the dogs loved the back yard. We were 15 mins away from Cape May and Wildwood. The bay was very peaceful and relaxing. Sally got right back to me anytime I sent her a message and she was very accommodating which is amazing when traveling with a baby for the first time and two dogs!

I have been renting for the last 15 years at the Jersey Shore and this is my favorite cottage. It was about a block to the bay beach which we spent our evening enjoying nature and the fabulous sunsets. Shiloh the dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. Cape May beach a short 15-20 min. away. Will definitely come back.

This rental was cute and perfect for our family and pup. My son was excited for his own room and the puppy loved her freedom in the fenced in yard. The neighborhood is quiet. The house had everything you need from sundries, toiletries, towels, sheets, etc. The back porch was our favorite resting spot. The one beach is very close but unfortunately not swimable. It was full of dead horseshoe crabs and dead fish, and live jellyfish. Wildwood was a clean choice to swim and only a 15 min drive. The location is also15ish min to cape may too. This place was just what we needed for our family vacation!

This cottage was the perfect place for our mid-week spring visit to the Cape May area. Communicating with Sally was simple and she always replied promptly. The cottage completely met our needs. Despite being pet-friendly, the cottage was impressively super-clean throughout. The decor is low-key casual, the furniture is comfortable, TV and internet work exactly as described, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The neighborhood during our springtime visit was very quiet. Staying here was a totally positive experience.

This is my second or third time staying at this property and as always it never disappoints. A half a block from the bay on a very quiet street. Closed backyard perfect for your dog to run around in. Kitchen has all pots and pans you’ll need to cook but you also have all the restaurants Cape May has to offer just minutes away. House was very clean and organized.
