Nothing really just perfect

Very clean and comfortable property. Had everything we needed and easy access to town centre.
Nothing (although no plug for bathroom sink)

I can thoroughly recommend this lovely little property! The rear view from the kitchen looks out over gorgeous countryside. The location is just minutes walking from the exceptionally beautiful village of Bourton on the Water. We both commented on how peaceful and quiet the Close was. The house was thoughtfully supplied and presented. Faultless cleanliness. We enjoyed our weekend stay immensely.
I would have given 'Exceptional' all the way through, except for an unfortunate coincidence that the central heating failed just before our weekend visit. All credit, though, to Jasmine, who could have cancelled us in the circumstance. Instead she supplied two new plug-in-heaters, that just about did the job. She said she would be available if it was insufficient.
4.5
Close to town.
The house was larger than expected and was comfortable for our family of 4.
It was warm and cozy.

The location of the property was well situated except for a walkway / path that ran along the front kitchen window.
There were blinds in the window but I'd rather look out onto a view than a kitchen blind.
The Villa was nothing like the pictures advertised on the web site, the web site showed a cosy looking settee, we got a hard through back from the sixties, on the site it showed a nice dining table with 6 chairs, we got a small old fashioned table with a plastic sheet over it and 4 chairs. there was a floor light on the web site for those relaxing evenings on the web site, we got a portable fan. The curtains in the bedroom have been installed by bob the builder without a measuring tape. I could go on but I really can't be bothered. "It is a nice area though"..

Location excellent
No information booklet available and we had to try and work out how to use the cooker. Why were white boards situated around the bungalow?

Mattess was too soft

Very cosy little bungalow. Ideal for winter visit. Lovely view from kitchen window. Location, perfect...in walking distance from main Bourton on the water main area and all its interesting places. Very good eateries, too. Dial Hotel for a bit of gourmet. Cheaper options. Many choices. The cotswold Arms in Burford Very good pub grub.
The sofa in lounge, very uncomfortable. But we are an older couple. Fine for younger people.

Provided tea and coffee with milk.
Couldn't work out heating controls. May have not seen instructions but would have been good to have some.
No towels provided. Again may have said this on info. Didn't bother us as only staying one night.

it was very clean & well situated.
We loved having open fields behind us & walking distance to the village.
no driveway so parking was a bit of a nightmare at first.

Lovely little bungalow located on a quiet residential area. Not too far from the centre of Bourton on the Water - about 10 minutes walk. Also, walking distance from The Model Village, The Dragonfly Maze and Birdland. There is parking nearby. We did have issues with the water but the owner sorted that out promptly - continuously communicating with us and keeping us updated. I would recommend staying here, it's nice and cosy and quiet after a long day exploring the Cotswolds.

cleanness, location, good supply of tea/coffee
the water heater for the shower was hard to control. water temperature fluctuated during shower

Good location and very clean
Shower very bad. Weak pressure and either too cold or too hot. Literally a tablespoon of coffee in the coffee jar. No actual milk just little pots. Check-in not until 3 pm and check out at 10am which isn’t great.
4.0
Safe area, very near to big Co-op
Miles of fields where you can see cows and ducks roaming around
The water heater system is a new one installed and therefore not so stable. i was in the bath and left shivering as the water went totally cold, but the owner came very quickly to resolve the issue. thanks to her.
However, no saucepan which makes simple cooking difficult.

Great location, very close to town as well as nice country side walks. Cozy living area and kitchen well equipped. We will definitely come back. The host was helpful and responded to messages very quickly.
Shower lacks pressure and hard to find the right temperature setting.
