I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Located conveniently near the city center, it boasts brand new, impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms. The common areas are infused with a lovely fragrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled to find several types of coffee machines available, ensuring a perfect cup every time. My stay was truly enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and convenience.

Очень душевно, чисто и красиво!

Прекрасное отношение, спасибо Наталье и Юрию, вы супер! В отеле все новое, очень чисто, везде приятный запах, все прям красиво. Удобная кухня - и микроволновка, и кофе с капучинатором, и плита с нужной посудой. Включили отопление, когда стало прохладно по ночам. До маяка и набережной 15 минут пешком. Из особенностей - в Поти очень много дорог без асфальта, щебень и грязь, но если немного обойти, до отеля можно дойти почти целиком по асфальтовой дороге (с ближайшей к реке улицы)

В номере на двоих - только одно кресло, не хватает хотя бы еще стула/пуфа/табуретки. Нет полноразмерного стола в номере и в холле, с ноутбуком не посидишь, есть тоже не очень удобно с журнальных столиков.

Хорошо, что мы выбрали именно этот отель. Не ожидали в маленьком городке отель, который даст фору столичным отелям.

Чистота. Эстетично. Бесплатные чай и кофе. Вежливый персонал. Тихий двор. Тихая улица. Все необходимое в наличии: тапочки, полотенца, две подушки, телевизор, холодильник, снеки, WiFi.

Минусов нет.

Express inn is the number 1 in Poti. It's a clean, cozy, modern, beautiful and comfortable place. Hospitality and the loveliest staff. Free coffee, tea, fruit. There is a fresh smell in every room.

Very nice, clean, cool place. Mini fridge in room is always a huge plus for me 😎 Beautiful clean modern bathroom. Location close to the Black Sea was super. I enjoyed living amongst this residential part of town. Everything was walkable 😊

Was nicely decorated,it's an old place and they tarding it up for tourists. Hope that all works out in the long run because there is nothing to do in Poti

There is not one smoke detector in the whole place and that worries me greatly. They doing a lot of work on the building , even now,and forget the basics. If you are in hospitality, that's a nobrainer,especially if your guest are on their own during the night, hope they have a good insurance

Everything would be super cool if... I thought I booked a room with a double bed, but the bed turned out to be a bunk! For people like me, who are no longer young, it is too difficult and inconvenient ...

The best reason to come to Poti!

I think it is literally the best place you can find in the city. It was a big surprise for us to find a hotel with such a high quality level. I really appreciate the efforts of the owners to make this hotel a really nice and comfortable place. Especially their attention to details. I wish I wouldn’t recommend this it because I’m afraid that the next time it will be not that easy to book it haha. But honestly it is the best!

Remarkable Service

Just Remarkable. Things to like here: Smart devices, lots of gadgets and appliances. All of the accessories are amazing. The staff was excellent and very helpful. They sent me an invoice as quickly as light since it was a business trip. Comfy furniture and cleanness of the place made my day. I’ve tried Georgian coffee Meama, which was delicious and they even offered Starbucks. Breakfast was delicious. It was well packed in containers. They brought a huge assortment of things, including honey, butter, jams, cheese, sausages, pork, eggs, bread, fruits, and coffee. Everything was freshly made. Fantastic. I will never forget the excellent service I received from Express Inn. Wishing you a good luck.

Modern and Comfortable Accomodation, A Fantastic Host, A Wonderful Time

Compared to other hotels in the area it was great value for money and to a much higher quality standard. The design of the rooms and shared kitchen and living room was modern and always very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, each room had its own refrigerator, and fresh fruit was provided some days per gratis. There were also other facilities like a washing machine, ironing board, and air conditioning. Our host was wonderful and very dedicated, and he was always in contact. When our departure taxi was cancelled last minute; he went above and beyond to find us an alternate method to reach our final destination.

Some fault of our own as we failed to bring it up with the host, yet one room we booked was described as a 'Double or Twin Room' but we could see no way of making the Double bed into a Twin bed. Although convenient, some extras were at a cost like using the washing machine, purchasing coffee pods or a range of items from the mini fridge including water bottles. As a personal preference, I like to have some things included in the room price, even with the increase in the overall price.
