Lovely quiet location, very comfortable bed and David was the perfect host. Great to have a little fridge in the room. Super shower in the adjoining wet room. Breakfast was excellent, with home-made marmalade. And the stewed rhubarb was a hit with the yoghurt. We can also recommend dinner at The George, Croscombe, just a 10 minute walk away.
We liked it all.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Our room and bathroom were a wow, and our back door opened into a lovely secluded garden. David and Julie were charming and so welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully provided without the need to request anything. The place was spotlessly clean and fresh, even down to the two daffodils in the vase that were replaced by 2 more fresh flowers. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. We couldn't rate Middle Farm Cottage higher and plan to return in the summer if they will have us!
There was absolutely nothing to fault.

Fantastic hosts, spotlessly clean, super comfortable beds and a great breakfast. The perfect base for exploring Wells and Somerset.

Lovely setting. Beautiful property and David and Julie were exceptional hosts.

Excellent breakfast - all home-made jams & marmalade. Nice peaceful location, but within a couple of miles of amenities, with the option of a regular bus to eg Wells, Bath etc.
Nothing at all to dislike, apart from picking the only rainy week of the summer!

Julie and David made a lovely breakfast for us, they made us feel very welcome. The cottage was very quaint and we absolutely loved all the little special touches. We will most definitely return.

This B&B is situated on a lovely little village road. Our hosts were lovely and welcoming. Our room was cosy and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with the best poached eggs ever. We wish our hosts all the very best, and thanks to them for a lovely stay.
No complaints at all.

Breakfast - superb, locality - superb, can't make any complaint whatsoever, not even a little niggle
nothing could have really made our stay any better. IF and that's a big IF I would have preferred my own bathroom

Fabulous! Beautiful house in the most picturesque village. Communication with David before the stay was excellent.
Julie was the perfect host, she cooked us a delicious breakfast and we finished it off with homemade jams.
We were attending a wedding, hence the stay, and Julie went above and beyond.
They couldn't have been more hospitable. Thoroughly recommended!
nothing to dislike.

The local strawberries, fruit compote and a choice of cooked food for breakfast was wonderful. The bed really comfortable. David was friendly and informative. Julie was unfortunately away.

Lovely village, with a local pub for basic meals. Own entrance to the room, great shower room. Breakfast was ample and with lots of choice. Our host was very nice!
Parking was on the street, but as the village was very quite, not a great issue. We were offered the drive if we wanted.

Julie was the perfect host making us feel very welcome. The cottage is adorable and immaculate. We went with the baby and the dog. Julie prepared an amazing breakfast and she even made a special breakfast for the baby (she even had a highchair, baby plate and cutlery). It was superb! We are already planning on going back

Breakfast was very nice. Felt very welcome and our own door and patio was lovely. Loved the little extras well done. Good location for Steam Train, Wells and lovely park at Shepton Mellet. The George good too. Thank you for the Anniversary card a very nice touch.
Car Park perhaps but not much that can be done about that.

I wouldn't change a thing.

An exceptionally warm welcome from Julie and David. A great room, with everything we needed. Breakfast was perfect, especially the home made jam. We will definitely stay here again - thank you!
The only thing we didn't like was having to go home.
