It was clean and cozy. Close to everything. Perfect location for people traveling with pets as there was a dog park right across the hotel. I appreciated the little goodie bag that was given to our pet. It was very sweet :)
There was an additional fee for parking and pets - The fee itself was not an issue, however we needed to pay by cash, (which we didn't have the correct amount of at the time). Paying the extra fee via credit card and/or a heads up for the exact cash amount needed would have been helpful.

Flott beliggenhet og hyggelig vertskap. Fint og nyoppusset. Fint bad!
Litt bratt trapp opp til toppetasjen, om du har tung koffert. Går greit om du er sprek og god til beins.
4.3
very affordable and convenient
its location and the space it offers is massive for the price

Pillows were the best , bed really comfortable

Room is clean. Beds are comfortable. Fantastic sea view. Interesting artistic ornaments.
Low roof in the toilet especially above the sink. Very limited Shower space . No shops in the neighborhood.

It was well located.
We would have liked some breakfast or at least a small mini fridge to store some food. It also would have been nice if someone checked to see if we needed anything.

Lovely location, only 5 mins to walk into town/the beach, bonus to have a sea view and parking. Lovely big room with bay window, comfy bed, great shower. Tricia is so lovely and welcoming too. 10/10 from us!

All I would say is the noise from other guests and outside road, plus the bathroom in our room the shower door isn't completely sealed off so water would run out onto floor into middle of room as there a dip in flooring

The location was good and checking in was easy and convenient. We liked the list of breakfast recommendations.
Although we were notified ahead of time, the low ceiling was a problem for my husband who is 6’ 5 in; he accidentally hit his head several times.

Saltwater is located away from the busy waterfront restaurants and bars and close to The Tate, surf beach and walking paths. Yet, you can still walk easily to town, to the train station or to any St Ives attractions from Saltwater. My room was in the attic top floor which gave me a nice view of the ocean. It was bright and cheerful and I really appreciated having a little table and chairs to sit at in my room.
It was all good.

Great location
Comfy bed
Good sized and warm room.
Tiny additions like an easily accessible plug socket for a hairdryer/ phone charging, and maybe a little prepacked snack for the morning would make the experience even better :)
4.3
Comfortable and clean, lovely views
Nothing
4.3
Accessible to town and beaches; warm and clean accommodation; quiet.
4.3
The precision with which everything was arranged in a beautiful and convenient way
Nothing as such

It’s location, comfortable room with sea view and ample space for clothes etc, spotlessly clean, quiet, little extras (buckets and spades and beach mats etc) to borrow, just perfect!
Nothing, but a drinking water tap somewhere in the house for the kettle would have been useful.

Loved the attic room, very clean, not far from town centre, very good value for money😊
Didn't dislike anything, we enjoyed our stay
4.3
Very cosy clean room with a comfortable bed. Close to all amenities. Helpful hosts.
4.3
Good location close to Porthmeor Beech and Tate Modern
No breakfast as advertised but helpful info for nearest cafes etc . No staff so cannot comment on staff but numerous signs saying keep silent do not disturb no entrance for public so for me didn't feel welcoming
Room was over heated despite central heating being off Radiators cold but alot of heat coming from somewhere
We had to sleep with window open and fan on despite being February Heat was stifling so we were unable to
Sleep and had a very uncomfortable night
Problems with booking if you are booking for two in the family room only a double bed is available and not the other beds advertised are in another room locked away
This was explained in detail by email after paying
that if you book family
room for two only a double bed is available but you can pay extra for additional rooms via booking .com
Personally I didn't work how to edit my original booking on the day

Communication with Tricia and Simon was very easy. The position of Saltwater is great. For a reasonable fee there are a couple of parking spaces.
The house is a bit old and tired. The bed was very firm and we couldn't have had more than 2 nights in it. The bedding was almost threadbare it was so old and obviously had been laundered a hundred times.
4.3
It was in a lovely location with beautiful views. The owner was very nice too !
the bed wasn’t very big and whilst it was fine for us, I wouldn’t recommend the rooms on the top floor for older guests
4.3
the location was great
very clean
the room was too hot, the fan available made a really loud noise and therefore we either had to have it off and be really uncomfortable sleeping due to the heat, or have it on but try to sleep with a loud noise, the windows were open but didn’t do a great deal
4.3
Great location and property
It was all good
