I personally did not stay at the hotel but had booked for my Judge for an Agility Trial. Check in and out were no problem and communication with the hotel was handled efficiently. The guest had no complaints.

Somewhat noisy due to closeness of airport.

You are better off sleeping in your car than paying money to stay here

Nothing! Rude staff Noisy hotel airplanes wake you up and paper thin walls where guests wake you up. No sleep!

Rude and Unhappy Staff! Noisy hotel - paper thin walls and loud alarm clocks going off every single morning in other rooms in the early morning. Stomping on the ceiling and banging sounds in the walls. Nightmare !

Decent room and stay for the money (one night stay). Very secluded area.

We were given a 1st floor accommodation.

Although the bathroom look is modern, I can see some rust or maintenance issues around the shower base. Carpet looks old.

Great place to stay along the way to your east coast destination!

Close to the interstate. Very clean and welcoming. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had a a property like this.

A great place to layover on our way to Virginia to visit our daughter!

Hotel was clean and accommodation met for early check-in.

Fire aram went off several times in the middle of the night. Staff had trouble turning it off as if they had no training on how to. This was very inconvenient we want be back. Also we ask for towels before we left for an engagement. We were told they be in the room when we returned that never happened. I'm disabled but had to go down stairs and get them after I called the front desk and explained what happened. They weren't even busy but couldn't bring them up.

Nicely remodeled. Continental breakfast was good and comfortable room. Allows pets for $25 a night which is a very good price.

Overall, the stay was delightful and I would Definitely consider staying at this location again.

Front desk people, checking in and checking out, we’re very nice and courteous.

The complimentary breakfast was great, but the man who was in charge( the cook, I’m assuming was very rude). Definitely not a people person, he could learn a little customer service skills when it comes to dealing with people. Also having the indoor pool on the 1st, May not have been the best idea. Water was everywhere on the floor and the elevator.

Disappointing. Won't stay again.

The outside of the building looks nice.

Maintenance was bad. I had a very slow bathroom sink and a door that had to be shoved hard to open or close. Both of these were obvious problems that should have been fixed BEFORE renting the room. The breakfast was unappealing. It compared poorly to similar hotels like Holiday Inn Express or Tru by Hilton. The room wasn't very clean.

Very nice & clean.

Newer & clean. Staff was friendly.

Odd smell in our bathroom. Maintenance tried fixing it but nothing helped so we kept the door shut & it was ok. But every times we opened it, it was super strong & we had to allow it to air out before we could walk in to use it. Glad we were only there 2 nights otherwise we would have asked to be moved.

Would come back AGAIN! Loved the decor.

The appearance of the hotel was very warm and inviting. The staff were extremely friendly and quite helpful. Only stayed one night, but enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom, and the main lobby area. Breakfast was quite good for a hotel - hot and fresh.
