All and all it was a pleasant stay for a quick business trip. We would stay again for the price.

The property was nice and well maintained. The staff was helpful. The room was large and clean.

The sofa in the suite needed a good clean. It was the only dirty thing in the room. The breakfast was not fresh, and we chose to eat elsewhere.

I had a great visit to Greensboro and enjoyed my hotel stay.

Great location - near the airport and also close to family I came to visit. My check in and check out were very easy. The people who worked at the hotel were all very nice. They were approachable and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful.

There were some things that needed to be fixed in the room: my room door wouldn't lock, the toilet seat was loose; the dresser drawer was off tract and the face bowl was draining slowly. I reported the problems to the front desk before I left for the day and they were repaired by the time I returned in the evening. So, they were taken care of promptly.

They said there was a couch bed and pool, but the couch bed was boarded up and the pool was dirty and not filled.

The bed was comfortable.

Upon our arrival there was a leak at the entrance that we had to walk around that was falling on top of a mat that was soak and wet, once receiving our keys to the room the first thing I noticed was the room had a odor and once we received our towels the towels as well had a odor. The bathroom was not clean including the tub. We could also hear conversation and any movement above us from other guest. Overall I wouldn’t stay again. Thankful it was only for one night but I would definitely stay at the hotels across the street. They appeared to be much more nicer.

It was not stocked enough for the many guest. The swimming pool had no water in it.

I enjoyed my stay. Liked the location. Liked that it didn't allow pets.

The staff was good. The room was clean.

The furniture needs upgrading. I didn't like the flush item on the back of the commode.

Overall it was nice. Problem listed above may prevent me from staying again.

Breakfast was Good. Staff were very nice.

Was very disappointed that pool was listed but was not open. This is something that should be noted. I travel at least once a month for work, and this is something that that i will have to consider before staying again.

shower leaked… it was a handicap bathroom with only a curtain try at didn’t stop any of the water from leaving the shower area. there were no soda machines or ice makers. additionally, room keys kept malfunctioning and we had to keep going down to the lobby to get them redone. Breakfast was not appetizing

Location, room was comfortable.

First day of breakfast, no milk for cereal. Biscuits were really hard, eggs were rubbery. Sausage was best part of breakfast, ate yogurt.

Convenient stay

This place was conveniently located but no road noise inside the room.

The beds are a little firm and the pillows are really soft. We were still able to sleep though.

Nice location, nice amenities and value for what I paid.

The room was excellent, great quality and value. Simple, clean and appropriately sized room. I will say at the time of my visit the hotel was relatively new in January 2023. It was in a great location for the event I had to attend. A lot of people that attended the same event stayed at this location.
