Will recommend to family traveling from out of town

the accessibility of the room for my handicapped spouse.

I used a 3rd party site to book now pay at property. No big deal, but wasn’t informed about the 50$ charge beforehand.

Billing was a frustrating experience

The breakfast was par for the course. The location and room were all good as well. The hotel was as expected. We were on the ground floor, which was great for letting our dog use the bathroom. We also were happy that we had a shower/tub combo to bathe our small children in it.

The hotel lobby was under construction which was not disclosed to us when we booked the place. It was inconvenient, but not terrible. The biggest issue was that the hotel kept charging us for things they should not have charged us. We booked the stay through Booking.com and paid in full before our arrival. Once we arrived, they told us that we had only paid for 1 of the 3 nights. They were adamant about this. So, we were charged for 2 nights upon check-in. I went back and looked through my charges only to learn that we had indeed already paid in full, to begin with. Since the hotel staff were adamant and were of no help, I had to contact booking.com to follow up on this. Booking.com agreed with me and contacted the hotel on my behalf. When I called the hotel about this, they would agree that I had paid $537, but then insist that I had only paid for 1 night. So, when I asked if one night cost $537, they said no, but then would not ever agree that I had paid for 3 nights. We talked in circles. They finally put me on hold and then said that booking.com had reached out to the manager about the issue. Additionally, for some strange reason, on the 2nd night of my stay, they charged me an additional $57 at around 3am. After I contacted them, they removed the charge, but they never explained what it was for or why they charged me. During our short stay, we paid for 3 nights ahead of time, then for 2 nights upon arrival, then a random $57, then an $84 pet fee. We were charged Friday for the"additional" two-night stay. While they said the additional 2 nights stay was being completely refunded, it has not been just yet. I will watch closely over the next week to see if is refunded. While the actual hotel was pleasant overall, dealing with the additional charges was infuriating. I will not stay there again. This should have been very simple. It was an ordeal.

I enjoyed my stay

The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. The dove products in the bathroom were great too.

The swimming pool was closed the whole time. I stayed the weekend and my daughter was looking forward to swimming.

Comfortable bed. Nice big room. TV easy to operate. Breakfast room an offerings

No possible to purchase any wine, beer snacks on site. A big miss after a late flight/workday arrival.

A simple stay

Convenient and close to places to eat

The checkout was underwhelming. It seemed as if asking for a receipt for my stay was an inconvenience and it left me wanting. It would have been nice to hear "thanks for staying with us, I hope you enjoyed your stay" or something. Instead, the computer screen seems more important. Very impersonal. Customer service didn't seem important, but night time staff was attentive and friendly.

Recommend this clean and comfortable Holiday Inn Express!

Comfortable room. Breakfast was plentiful and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great parking. Location was convenient.

We tried to check in around 3:30pm but the room wasn't ready. Apparently due to staffing shortage. We came back 45 mins later and it was ready. Staff apologized and thanked us for understanding.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms exceptionally clean. Bring your appetite for the best hotel breakfast you’ve had! The offerings were endless

Only drawback was a negative desk clerk at checkout. She just wasn’t friendly and was very curt.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very responsive, friendly and respectful.

You had to request housekeeping a day before each nightly stay. The room I booked looked nothing like the photos.
