Great for a family trip

This is our third time at this hotel and we love it. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I especially like to commend Heather at the front desk in the mornings and Rosemary who runs the breakfast. It is an older hotel but everything is well kept and maintenance. The beds are super comfortable. Breakfast has waffles and eggs for hot foods, and assortment of breads and cereals. The pool area is big and during the day, almost cheerful. Again, things are definitely dated but, for the price, we still feel like we're getting more than what we paid for.

The dryer machine was broken on a trip that I happen to need it the most. 😑 My room did smell like cigarettes. Not a super strong odor and not their fault. A guest before us didn't follow the rules. It didn't bother us that much and we even forgot to let the front desk know.

Location option of a smoking room rooms were clean we actually had towels and bath cloths….lol

Hallway needed a good cleaning windows were dirty hallway trash cans were overflowing hallway needed vacuuming real bad

Below expectations

Fresh fruit at breakfast was nice and decent coffee. Mattress was comfortable

Some pillows hade mold on them others were so old and worn, small and lacking support. Dated washroom needs a reno I hate microfiber sheets and polyester cover. Cotton sheets are preferable

Great staff!

The staff were friendly and still professional. They went out of their way to check in on us as we came in late one night and see if we were ok. We were hot, sweaty and tired from helping our daughter and her family move out of a 3rd story apartment. We definitely appreciated the concern!

We only had one tiny problem. We had moved the coffee pot into the bathroom and plugged it into the outlet above the hairdryer. It wasn't working. Since it was 9:45 on a Sunday, I went to see if there was still coffee left in the breakfast area. Miss Rosemary was a breath of friendly helpfulness! She showed me where the coffee was and let me know that there was always more available! Btw, it turned out it was the outlet and not the coffee maker in the end!

Good stay for the money.

The room was nice and clean. Everywhere else out in the hallways and stairs look like they never clean and vacuum.

Breakfast was terrible. There was only hot eggs prepared. Only other hot item was waffles and due to that the wait was so long because everyone wanted waffles. The eggs seemed to be the powered eggs.

When I checked into my room it was dirty. Sink was not cleaned. There was trash still in my room floor. The drawers were dirty with hair and other nasty things in them.

Bad

Had 3 rooms, ended up with brown water, rocky refrigerator, no heat. Old man was laying in bed with doors opened looking at everyone at pool through the mirror

Absolutely my favorite place to stay in Greensboro!!!! I'll definitely book them always !!!

Loved everything and I also loved how the room looked like it was renovated...

The indoor pool still isn't heated and it gets cold in that area and the elevators still don't work which makes it more difficult when u have bigger luggage and you have to carry it up the steps... oh and one of the light bulbs in da room was out when walked in so it made it a Lil darker by the window but we still managed without.... 🙂

I was here just overnight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Nice breakfast setup, the waffle station was a nice touch and the waffles tasted delicious!

The girl that checked us in was rude. The lobby was nice but as soon as we walked down the hall we were greeted with clouds of marijuana the whole way to our room. We got to our room and it smelled horrible, we ended up leaving and not spending the night.. wouldn’t recommend or stay here
