Only the location was close to my appointment.
Rooms were way too small, no closet, hardly any room to move around. Wasn’t appealing, will not book this hotel again.

Location and facility were nice
Walls are paper thin!!!! We had to call the front to ask for the people above us to quiet down. I have never ever had to do this, and nothing changed. It was like a herd of elephants was up there. As such we won’t be back. Had appointments all day and no sleep!

Second, stay at this hotel . Which says something in itself . It's convenient for me with the location, clean and normally pretty quiet and relaxing.
The only thing I would say for this last trip is that I should have been informed that the pool was not really usable from early morning until 4:30pm on a Sunday because they had swimming lessons with toddlers up to 12/13 year Olds. . One of my main reasons for my stay is because I am able to use the pool from 7am until 11pm to do laps and also use it with my grandson.Who I am in town to spend time with. I worked around it but was a bit disappointed that I wasn't told about it at all. Until we walked in the pool area I had no idea. Also, one of the parents at these swimming lessons was very rude to my grandson .. because he got a couple drops of water on him .. (honestly, if you don't want to get wet, don't sit right beside the pool where kids jump in and get out). I don't mind the kids, but to have a bunch of adults staring at you like you shouldn't be there while their kids are getting lessons puts people in awkward positions. Also the door is left open & anyone could walk in and out of the pool area which means they can go anywhere in the hotel also - no security for this and no one had to show ID or put their name down anywhere. So if by chance I let my 7 year old grandson go down to the lobby to get his snacks anyone could walk in and out of the hotel where no security measures at all were taken I believe I should have been told at least at the time of check-in that the pool gets used by a large group that come in and out all day at their own leisure, so I could have made other arrangements for that day.
When we left the pool to go to the elevators, the children that were with the same rude man were playing with the ice machine and fountain . Licking the ice and dropping it back in the bottom and touching all over where people get their water and ice from. While the dad was at the pool table area chatting with other parents .

The hotel was clean, loved the esthetics and great that it wasn’t carperted. I hope they have provided more towels. Great value for money.
We checked in late around after 11pm and our keycards were not working. It was only working on the last few hours of our stay thanks to Shine whom made it worked.

No complaints!

The facilities are modern and well maintained. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is a great benefit. I like the way it is slightly different each day which is nice for multiple day travelers.
Perhaps extend breakfast time to 9:30 am.

What did I like, only one person. The night desk girl from Jamaica was very nice to me during the night. You see I have Narcolepsy and I only sleep for 3 hrs. a night and the night desk lady was very pleasant to talk to
My wife is injured and has to walk with crutches and was in a lot of pain. We booked a room that was as close to the door, instead they were going to give us a room way down almost to the end of the hall. I said that it would not due, and after the girl gave us a room close to the elevator on the third floor. I asked if they had a wheel chair and to my surprise they did not, instead I had to listen to a long lecture on how all the furniture and the architecture had to be what was dictated by Hilton and they were not allowed to change anything. So after I got my wife upstairs I went to the store and got a bottle of wine and I asked if I could have two wine glasses. The answer was a no. I then asked if I could have two water glasses again the answer was no. So paper cup it was. After we left I checked the bill and they up charged us for the new room. When I called to complain the man on the phone who claimed to be the supervisor was incredibly rude talking over me every time I spoke, and he gave me the same lecture as the first guy culminating in him banning us from the hotel, and did I mention that my wife and I are seniors. I'm not worried about being banned, We will never stay in a Hilton Hotel again.

Basically this hotel is okay, and staff at reception were adequate as well understanding my problem. So could be a nice stay. However the hotel pet-policy is far away from reality.
Most ridiculous hotel policy regarding pet-fees. Never experienced such ever before.
Turnover policy is much more important as the customer’s satisfaction.
I booked a room for one night in this “pet-friendly” hotel, send out an email, we would bring our dog. After cancellation time expired, the hotel replied by messaging the pet- fee they charge is $$75! I called directly to cancel the booking, hotel refused because time expired. I explained in detail why this policy is far away from reality and proposed a normal fee of $25, hotel declined.
$75 cleaning cost for 7,5sq mtrs vinyl (labor rate maybe $17,50) means somebody could polish 5hrs the 7,5sq mtr floor! Insane.
Better to say: you are not pet-friendly hotel. Or mention in your advertisement this ridiculous amount!
Furthermore: small room, no ventilation, no tea / coffee machine, bed mattress in poor condition, weak pillows, shower needs 10min to get on temperature and a limited quality breakfast.
I escalated my complaints via reception to manager to general manager, was promised to be called back, however until now no reply!
I uploaded a photo of the hotel statement, where they go for absolute customer satisfaction. NOT! Also attached a photo of a hotel which understands customer satisfaction.
For me Hilton is a NO-GO, because of lack of managers feedback or refund, as frequent traveller, I will avoid Hilton from now on.
Please pet-friends stay-away here! For all other travellers: there are better alternatives.

The location, close to the highway and a few restaurants.
The staff was rude, did not smile or say good morning or have a good night, I called front desk for towels and I was told to come to the front desk and get it myself. The building is not sound proof, we heard EVERYTHING. There were no cups by the water fountain or at the 24hr complimentary coffee/tea bar. Save your money, do not stay here.

- The location was great.
- The colorful decor was cheerful.
- The bed was comfortable.
- The staff were nice.
- No coffee in room
- The bathroom fan didn't work
- No body wash in shower, but a body lotion instead
- automatic blinds weren't fully working
- No bedside lamp
- Very noisy people above. Should not have been able to hear their footsteps
- Breakfast should have more protein variety. Scrambled eggs and sausages both mornings was disappointing. If sausages are all you serve, then you should offer up more variety of sauce, like Cheez Whiz or HP Sauce or biscuits and gravy like they serve in US.
- Wooden cutlery is a big, fat fail for me. They are disgusting to use. Invest in stainless cutlery and wash them.

Poor, sausages not browned, eggs were dry and flaky. Wooden utensils ruin the taste of the food
Improve the above

The lobby has a nice atmosphere with lots of seating and the coffee is on 24/7 which was very convenient.
Breakfast was excellent, cold and hot options.
The sheets are very soft and the beds were comfortable.
I liked the smell of the soap and lotion.
Some of the pillows were pretty clapped out and should be replaced.
The soap and lotion are in large squeeze bottles, pumps would be better.
A hot tub would've been nice.

It was close to my appointment (3min walk) the staff were friendly, great choice of food places close, clean and the doors were soft close so you did not here everyones door when it closed. Also there was a bunny hopping around the parking lot 😃
The parking lot had some garbage and broken glass.

very modern and trendy and new hotel. great decor and style. liked the shower a lot. in a quiet part of town, so no noisy guests coming in late
not very close to Rogers Place or West Edmonton Mall but I like being in a quieter part of the city to sleep

Would not come back again. There were kids running in the top floor till midnight (claimed at the last minute of the midnight and the running AC made a very lound noise. The beddings and mattress were poor and not comfortable at all. Not worth the money.

Very clean. Perfect helpful and friendly staff. Very good location. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Pool seems nice, but I did not use it.
Breakfast can be better with other options. (Maybe turkey bacons or turkey sausages or plain scrambled eggs) The walls are too thin. We could not sleep well because of our noisy neighbors. Bed seems nice but somehow could not sleep and woke up with lumbar pain every morning.

room was 11 degrees Celsius upon arrival. took 2 hours to warm up. Breakfast was not good quality. Very thin coffee, eggs dry, sausage dry.

it was clean.. construction all around. you could tell it was only a couple years old.
$160. for my husband and I there was not even a coffee machine in the room. I reserved a room with two queen beds, and got one bed. we travel with our small dog which is a Shih Tzu and does not shed. There is no carpet in the room anywhere and they charged us an extra $78 for our dog. . we do not mind paying extra for our dog we do everywhere else we go, $10-$15 but $78 is an extra room/bed and we got nothing for it not even a area outside to take her to walk/ bathroom.. when I spoke to the girl on the front desk about this she said she knew nothing. It was her first day I would use the same excuse I guess.

It was a convenient loacation for the purpose of my stay.
The beds were horribly uncomfortable (hard). The room was small and very very basic. The pillows were soft and there wasn’t enough for my spouse and I to sleep comfortably. Safe to say we both woke up in the morning grumpy and not feeling rested.

First of all, my bed sheets were not changed from the previous stay and i had to go and get the cleaners myself as personel never send them to my room to change the bed sheets, dispite the fact that I communicated my concern 3 times to the front desk personel.
Second i was charged twice for my stay. Was told that will get the refund and here I am 3 weeks latter still no refund...
The worst stay ever.

Nice new building. Modern decor. Coffee was hot, even at midnight!! 😄
Loved the look of the room. Bed was ultra comfy. The pops of colour were great and unexpected. AC worked very well...it was 30° the day I stayed. Overall, the space is well thought out in an Ikea like manner!
Free breakfast was a treat...lots of options, and again...hot Lavazza coffee...yum!!
The pretty red hooks in the washroom don't actually hold a towel. The towel falls right off as soon as you try to hang it there. So, to have a shower, you hang your towel on the shower door or leave it on the sink and then track water all over the floor. They are too short. The views are nothing to look at. It's located in a sort of shopping/ professional district. However, there aren't a lot of hotels in the area, so it was handy.

The hotel was very conveniently located as we were travelling through and it was just minutes off the freeway. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The bathroom door wouldn't close and kept swinging open. We had to prop it closed.

Ideal location for our needs. Clean.Comfortable beds. Walk in shower vs tub.
Awesome lobby area and average hotel breakfast included. Tea and a coffee available, but only in the lobby.
No bedside lighting. Very bright lighting over both beds. NO ability to read in bed without disturbing others in the room
NO glasses or mugs available in the rooms .

common bathroom did not have soap and was dirty!
my room was not made when i came back. I am unsure why they would have missed it

Another great stay.
Front desk staff seemed really inpatient and irritable. Could tell it was nothing personal however and mostly shrugged it off but definitely something that stands out now under review
