Advertised two bedrooms and sofa bed in living room; no sofa bed in the property. Had to put the couch and love seat together to make the third bed.
False advertising. Dirty bathrooms.

Location was great.
The location could have been cleaner.

The mattress cover on the back bed room was not the correct size. The people upstairs were way too loud stomping around one the floor all hours of the night.not munch sleep the first night!

The location was good, we parked our car in the street, because the back parking is very tight. Loved the front porch to sit on the rocking chairs. Also great coffee/bakery 4 houses dow. We drove to to visitor center to get passes for trolley
I only thing I did not like was we found 1 bug in the kitchen the day we were leaving which I did not like

Location was good for the price and apartment was very nice.
The neighbors were loud and made it difficult to sleep.

The location was great, walk able to restaurants and sights. But not for someone that has difficulties with uneven sidewalks!
I realize this is an older building but.. The next door unit that was above us was so noisy. During the day it didn't really matter but at night a real issue. We got very little sleep due to the noise of the other renters going up and down the stairs and than walking around upstairs.
The floor was not very clean, we would not walk on it without shoes. Some of the glasses in the cupboards had chips on the top of the rim.

Beautifully renovated and very well appointed. Great host

Good neighborhood
free street parking
clean
Lack of attention to details-almost empty soap dispensers, dusty ceiling fans, cobweb hanging from ceiling, unsure of back door code, parking behind the unit is too small to share with other apartment unless both have super small cars, sofas very uncomfortable, could use a furniture upgrade, small bathroom is really tight and drain was slow in shower, cracked toilet seat

decoration, location, cleaning and toiletries full provision.

This is not a bed and breakfast. It is an Airbnb where you must bring your food or do your shopping at the local grocery store. Krogers is one block from the location and is very accessible.
The renovations were not done professionally. There were a lot of paint drippings on the wood floors and a lot of painting on top of painting instead of stripping and then painting. There is a danger floor stripping at the kitchen that can cause an accident. Finally, the tenants upstairs are either leasing or property managers because I have read reviews regarding the noise. Children are constantly running around and yelling late into the evening.

location is great, place was spacious and management was attentive when we asked for intervention.
construction happening, 4 of 5 days of our stay in the unit above all hours of day and one night until 10pm. including some strong floor varnish fumes coming into our unit. No screens on windows so unable to leave open to air put. unit was musty smelling.

Located on the very edge of the historic district - not too bad if you like walking - and around the corner from a large supermarket and just 40 metres from an artisan bakery, its location was fine. Front porch with rocking chairs was fun to sit at and read/relax (although we were unlucky as the house opposite was being renovated so there was a lot of noise one evening up until 6:30pm - which is way, way beyond G&T time)!
Kitchen very well equipped except no baking trays for the oven which the owner says he will rectify.
The back of the property is a no-go area. It boasts ‘manicured lawns’ but it is actually a weed-strewn mess with A/C units blasting out hot air. No one would dream of sitting there.
Also I am genuinely concerned about all sorts of properties which use numeric codes for entry either directly (as in this case) or in little lock boxes to get the keys to enter. Once someone has hired a property and been told the code, what is to stop them a few months/weeks/days later from accessing the building when someone else is in residence? Do owners not have a duty to change the code after each booking? Should they, for reassurance tell bookers that the entry code is unique for them? No idea if this applies to this property in particular but as a general comment I hope landlords will take note because renters feel vulnerable on this score.

Absolutely lovely historic home with all the creature comforts! Beautiful decor. Quaint porches and back yard patio. Convenient location, close to the trolley stop and grocery store. Host has excellent communication and is simply delightful. Highly recommend!
Nothing, save the fact that we didn’t have time to stay longer!

The place was just as pictured. Clean. Owners very responsive and it had parking!
The floors are thin, which means the people upstairs were heard walking and running all the time. If noise bothers you, this isn't for you.

Location: Next to supermarket, not too faraway from historical district.
Could have been cleaner: under sofa and bed there were plastic cups and petals left from previous guests.

Nothing I didn't like!

Location and roomy. The front porch.
It’s was a bit pricy, but probably a good price for Savannah.

we were OBSESSED with everything at this property. The garden, the location, the free Netflix/Hulu, and how updated it all was! it was within 1 mile from every place we wanted to go. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had- we didn’t want to leave!
it was perfect.

good location, The fact that it had two full baths
The guests that checked in above the residence , 2nd floor, checked in at 10 PM and sounded like they were moving furniture for two hours. Very hard to sleep with all the noise

Porches, pocket doors
Over all it was a good stay.
Hallway bathroom too small, pullout couch uncomfortable
No way to secure the door once inside (we don’t know who all has the combo to the door or the owners) so should at least have a chain or lock to secure once inside.

Excellent central AC, excellent beds, quiet at night. Good kitchen, both patios very nice. Very nice all around! Good location.
Sofas past their prime.

It felt like home! We were equipped with all needed household items and the location is perfect. To get here, we drove all day and to be here we were on foot. There was no need to drive to hang out and get to know beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. This was a comfortable escape for me and my whole family, indeed!

The worst rental experience ever!!!!! I demand my money back!!!
The worst rental experience ever!!!!! I demand my money back!!! The property was nothing like what was advertised online in the pictures! The property looked to be in excellent condition in the pictures!!!! When we arrived we were surprised by how runned down and poorly kept this property was!!! It has been so poorly maintained!! It looks like there has been a ton of repairs done to it by inexperienced workers!!!! So many drywall repairs that were horribly executed, they looked like a child did it! They didn't care of how it came out they just wanted the holes closed! The wood around the interior was rotten, the walls were greatly deteriorating, the backyard lights and bathroom lights didn't work! I was able to fix the bathroom light by the 4th day because we got tired of showering in the dark! I can go on about this terrible air bnb. I need my money returned!

Location! Walking distance to downtown and Forsyth Park
Trash containers were full from adjacent unit
