Our group had a great time at this property. The house is super spacious with all the amenities you can think of! The property comes with bikes and beach chairs which made it easy to get to downtown and enjoy the beach. The communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive. We will be back for sure!

We had a group of 10 children and 10 adults for our week long stay in Cape May. This place was a fantastic option for us — plenty of room, a couple of blocks to the beach, close to town, and the bikes and beach box really made it so easy to set up on the beach or ride into town. Highly recommend!!

8 Women age 70 enjoyed this property! It was perfect with lots of space, wonderful beds and a great kitchen. It was a little disappointing that we did not have a view of the beach but looked directly at the big grey back wall of a hotel. But this is not the property's fault. We were also surprised that there was a fee to use the beach so take your wallets when going! Owner did outline this in the house material but we did not read it before we walked the block to the beach. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway but beware people park in front of the house and their cars hang over into the driveway you use so getting in and out can be tricky! The kitchen is amazing everything was in working order. So thank you for a wonderful place to stay during our little trip to the shore!

Listing is overall accurate except there is not "spa/whirlpool" and linens/towels and Kitchen towels are not included. Plenty of kitchen items - don't need to bring anything except the towels and Martini glasses. Arrived and house was dirty (dishes left in dishwasher, trash not emptied, vents dirty, window sills dirty, greasy pan in oven, grill rusty etc; Lisa responded promptly and had cleaners come an hour after arrival. The house needs some repairs though. Ice machines are not working but Lisa offered to reimburse for Ice Bags from Wawa; One dishwasher not working but there is a 2nd dishwasher. Master bathroom showers leak and seeping through ceiling. Vents are rusty; No screens on any window so having the windows open allowed flies and bees to enter house.

We had a great time-good location to beach and town. Beach chairs and umbrellas available on a beach box on the beach, so don't have to haul them from the house. Large kitchen and dining table to accomodate multiple families staying together. Everyone in our group had a great time.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The place easily fit all 20 of us. The main areas had plenty of space and the kitchen was great. It had everything we could need. Having a second fridge was great too. There were also plenty of trash and recycling bins. It's in a great location. We loved it.

We stayed here for a family celebration of my father's 95th birthday. There were 17 of us and the 7+ bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. The beach house is beautiful and so close to the beach. The huge table in the dining area allowed us to have all our dinners together comfortably and the spacious kitchen allowed for several people preparing different portions of a meal without getting in each other's way. The common areas were comfy for games and puzzles and the outdoor fire pit was used each night to cap off the day. I would recommend this property for any medium sized group (14-20) that is looking for a beach getaway. There were 8 bikes for touring beautiful Cape May and chairs and umbrellas kept in a locker at the beach so we didn't need to lug everything back to the house. It seemed like every detail had been carefully thought out. I had wonderful communication with the property manager who was very responsive to questions. A+++

The house had a few things that really made a difference for us. Plenty of bikes for riding around, and different groups could go their own way. Having a box on the beach with plenty of chairs meant we did not need to lug too much down there. Plenty of room, beds, and dishes just made everything seamless.

This was a great house for our large crowd. The kitchen is huge, tons of seating, great backyard (we loved the fire pit!), everything we needed was available. The owner is very responsive. We did noticed that the floors needed to be swept/vacuumed , but overall we had an excellent stay and loved our trip.

It was spacious, clean and inviting. The beach was so close and we enjoyed two beautiful days there. Harriet Tubman museum in Cape May was very interesting to visit during a rainy afternoon. Dinner in the back yard with smoors over the fire pit were a lot of fun. Overall we had a wonderful time and would like to return someday.

We rented the house this week for 6 adults and 6 kids. It was the perfect size and layout for 3 families. Everything about it was great - location, interior, and front porch and backyard for hanging out. Very clean, great beds, kitchen had everything you could need (and I’m very particular about cooking and kitchens). I honestly can’t think of a negative. I hadn’t been to Cape May in 30 years, but I’ll definitely come back soon with the family, and will not hesitate to rent from Lisa again. Thanks for a great vacation, Lisa!

We loved this home. It was one short block from the beach. The box on the beach was filled with chairs, pails, shovels, umbrellas, boogie boards, small beach tables and paddleboard games. The bedrooms were so nice and large. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen, dining room and Living room were open concept so we could be with everyone. There was another living room and s back room porch. Beds were comfortable. I rented towels and linens from linen ladies so cleanup was easy. The owner was very responsive when i had a question. Lots of books, toys and games for all. We made happy memories and we will be back. We loved sitting outside on the huge porch every night. Thank you Lisa.

Loved the openness of house; air conditioning was nice but would prefer to open windows. Location was great, easy walk to beach. Cycled all around town. View was not so good as house faced back of hotel (red brick wall). Plenty of room for everyone; included all amenities we needed. Enough to do in the week we were there besides going to beach. Great sunrise and sunset. Quiet than expected given main street.

This is my family's eighth year at this home. It is in a great location, only one block from the beach and close to boardwalk. We had a lovely long weekend at this home with a group of families. The house has a great entertaining space downstairs and lots of beds upstairs. We cooked some lovely meals and enjoyed the large dining room table which was perfect for our big group. The house is awesomely located near the beach and restaurants. There are two lovely outdoor showers and a nicely tended garden for the kids to romp in. I would highly recommend this home for large groups to rent. We hope to return! The only thing to note is that you need to bring your own bedding and towels.
