Liked the ambience modern look of the hotel.

Shower soap dispensers were empty Hotel needs more restaurant staff … had dinner at Beastro & felt sorry for the only wait staff working herself that night as she was running all over the restaurant helping customers. Wait time was very long but did not fault the only working wait staff because she was trying to do the best she can even with a smiling apologetic & courteous face

rooms felt cold and empty - devoid of life.

the lack of security and the lack of accountability on behalf of the staff. the girl who works the overnight shift and wears the same bumble bee head band every day is HORRIBLY rude and snobby.

Refrigerator made an odd humming sound every night in the middle of the night- loud enough to wake me up but not long enough to warrant a call to the Front Desk. Totally “Cashless” property was inconvenient- had to go to Starbucks to break a $20 (but something) to leave cash tip for housekeeping.

the uniqueness and vibrancy of the hotel, views were also incredible.

no microwave, the fridge didn’t keep food cold enough and resulted in me getting food poisoning ~ unless it was the potstickers from the hotel restaurant …

Would stay here again for the type of travel.

The rooms were sweet. We knew we would be spending most of our time in the room so we wanted some space. Room was very open and nice. The staff were super cool, the room was clean, the rest of the hotel was also super clean. We liked that once you get your keycard that’s what you need to get around and it prevented a lot of unnecessary foot traffic. Andrew at the front desk was cool as heck.

The showers were fine for us, it didn’t bother us at all, it’s only a half door and it gets water everywhere but it was whatever, they gave us extra towel, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel I don’t think if I needed a lot of “get ready room” the mirrors aren’t super easy to use and there’s no fan in the bathroom so anytime someone showered it makes the room very humid. Also, the complete lack of signage in the front lobby is pretty bad. The check in “counter” is not a counter and looks like a hostess booth for the restaurant. And when the elevator doors open every single floor looks exactly the same and there is stairs but they aren’t marked at all and are hard to use.

Great views in a great location!

Close to everything, has restaurant and full Starbucks on site. Trolleys and bus within the block. Short walk to downtown shopping and many cafes all around. Park Cafe exceptional food and very close.

Le restaurant qui y est rattaché est bon Bonne localisation Salle de sport correcte

La douche fuyait et le bruit de l'eau réveillait la nuit Le réfrigérateur faisait un bruit terrible également Le miroir de la salle de bain endommagé, personnel prévenu mais aucune réaction. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain à l'arrivée. La chambre n'a pas été rafraîchie malgré la demande. Impossibilité de demander un check Out avec 30 minutes de plus car séjour réservé avec Booking.com

Parking wasn’t included and was $45 extra for the night in an unsecured parkade which meant nothing could be left in the car. Staff were not particularly helpful or knowledgeable about points of interest around the hotel.

Good hotel but nothing spectacular.

Looked modern and clean

Bathroom lacks ventilation and shower glass doesn’t stop water from getting out. Bathroom gets soaked and feels like a sauna whenever a shower is taken and because of the non existing ventilation it stayed soaked overnight and in the morning too.

Great place to stay when visiting downtown Portland

Location, on site parking, good value, helpful staff. Bathroom Lighting was great! Also the built in night light in bathroom was handy

Lack of counter space in the bathroom was a challenge for 4 people. Also, one person size mirror in bathroom was not enough. The only other mirror was the full length mounted inside the closet which was of no use as an alternative place to do hair and makeup.

They have to let guest leave at 12pm others hotels like the marriots let guest leave at 12pm so I don't like they knoc the door even it's not 11am and they knoc the door at 10:30am and it's not good at all.
