Top Hotel mitten in Hanoi

Die Lage war top, sehr zentral. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön groß, extrem sauber und das Bett mega bequem 👍🏽 das Bad war groß und komfortabel. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und geschmacklich super.

Probably the best hospitality in old town

The hospitality from all the staff in this place is amazing! We had a super experience all the way from airport and in Solare, especially big shoutout to all the wonderful tips and help from Zoey. Would definitely recommend going there if you’re planning Hanoi - the location is also super central with a lot of trips opportunities arranged from the hotel.

She’s the one who goes above and beyond, giving you all the insider tips—whether it’s the best spots to eat pho, shortcuts to avoid traffic, or where to catch the sunset. Lily remembers what you like and is always ready with personalized suggestions to make your trip unforgettable. With Harley and Dave handling the reception smoothly and Zoey assisting with any special requests, the team feels perfectly in sync. The door staff, always cheerful, welcome you back with a genuine smile, while Emma at the restaurant and the attentive cleaners round out this incredible experience. Awesome stay. Highly recommended for Indian travellers

Very friendly staff. Zoey, Kathy and Harley from staff are like the Superwomen..! They will explain everything very nicely. Indian and Vietnamese restaurants (if you want to try local food) are very nearby…150-200 m from Hotel (walkable) Train street is just 1km. You can take a Grab taxi or walk alongside market. This property is new and at the centre of Old Quarter and easy access to taxi and local transport. 45-50mins from airport. Highly recommended for Indian travellers

I loved every bit of my stay, highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect and the hotel is very clean and lux

The location was amazing, the staff was brilliant. The staff was always so friendly to us and always treated us with a big smile. Linh, was especially amazing! She engages in conversation, makes great tourist suggestions and goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy!

Loved it!!

The hotel was fantastic! Great location, close to restaurants and nightlife and all other locations! Super friendly and helpful staff! Very clean and comfortable! We sincerely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!

Really nice comfortable stay

Great Staff, really welcoming. Kathy reccomended us some places to visit in Ning Binh which was great to know as she was born there. There is loads of great breakfast options with nice meats and a la crate breakfast menu

Everything was really good- I could only suggest wider selection of foods for vegans

New hotel - such friendly staff !

This place is incredible !! I saw the comments saying the staff was really nice but i was actually impressed by how professional, nice and hospitable they are ! The hotel is brand new, squeaky clean, comfortable, modern, great wifi, great rooftop bar pool, you name it. Honestly i extended my stay because of how great it is. I will definitely come back and i strongly recommend this place ! Sepcial thanks to: Linh, Hien, An, Nam, Ha, Diem. From the bottom of my heart thank you for such a warm welcome !!

Zeer aangenaam hotel in het centrum van Hanoi.

Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk! Ontbijt perfect in orde, de accommodatie is perfect gelegen in het ‘old quarter’, we kregen een gratis upgrade en onze kamer werd tot tweemaal toe toepasselijk aangekleed omwille van onze huwelijksreis. Topervaring!

Perfect stay in Ha Noi

Staff was exceptional and very friendly. Location of the hotel was perfect close to all the restaurants and markets. Room was big and the beds were comfortable. There was no noise from the street. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

In realtà ci sono due hotel con lo stesso nome, questo ha ingenerato confusione nel taxista e anche nel servizio di pick Up per la gita. Per fortuna sono lontani solo 5 minuti a piedi. Ma con i bagagli può essere un problema. La piscina è nell’altro hotel con lo stesso nome. Si può comunque andare perché sono convenzionati.

Not as nice as expected

Nice breakfast, clean and nice building

The pool is not located in the building but in their sister hotel, 5min walk away. While this is a major negative point to have to walk to the pool, the pool itself and their rooftop bar is really nice. The room was somehow strange, and in particular it was impossible to make it fully dark - the transparent door of the bathroom was letting the window light come through, so we were awake early.

Good place to stay

Nice location in the middle of old quarter, a few steps from all the sights. Friendly staff, nice breakfast with ample variety. Rooms look new, comfortable bed, good bathroom with no sewer smell. Good air conditioner, which doesn't turn off when you leave the room with the key - was very welcome in summer heat. The street is almost quiet, but at 7.30 a.m. you can be woken up by a government loudspeaker the hotel has nothing to do with. If you're a light sleeper they provide earplugs. We were given a free room upgrade :)

The rooms look new but start to show signs of wear, hope the hotel doesn't let things get worse. Few decent eating options and no convenience stores nearby, have to explore the old quarter to find places to eat. They can help you with tours and transfers, but I recommend you to cross-check the prices, their offers aren't always the cheapest. But those are minor disadvantages, the hotel is overall good value for money and closer to 4* than many in the old quarter.

Lovely and friendly hotel in a great location

Amazing location with some of the most helpful friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Perfect for exploring Hanoi’s old town. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

This is a good hotel but when I booked it, I thought it had a pool. The pool shown in the pictures is not at this hotel. It’s at the sister hotel 5 minutes walk away. This should be in the hotel description. Part of the reason I booked the hotel was for the pool. However, you can still access the pool it’s just a short walk away.

Great place for a rest

The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned daily. Nice city view from the room. Breakfast included and a good choice and variety of foods.

I was on the top floor. Although it didn't bother me too much there was a lot of electronic noise - it may have been the elevator - I'm not sure. That said, earbuds were provided but I didn't use them.

Great time in Hanoi

Perfect location, right in the old quarter. The hotel is very nice , the room is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, everyday different. We used the swimming pool once, and even if you have to go to the other hotel for it ( only 3 minutes walk), it is nice after a long hot day. Staff is also very nice and helpful.

Clean rooms, good service, good value.

Rooms very comfortable at this price point. Cleaned to a good standard. Staff very helpful in organising a transfer to and from sapa for a reasonable price - slightly more than the market rate, but peace of mind knowing they’d find a reputable company.

The property is listed as having a pool, in fact it’s their sister hotel - a 5 minute walk away - which has the pool. You’re free to use the sister pool, but it does put you off slightly.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Team aber Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Team, gute Betten und Service zur Transportorganisation. Haben sogar eine weitere Nacht gebucht weil es uns so gut gefallen hatte. Die Lage ist spitze, alles im Old Quarter zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das zweite Zimmer war leider voller Haare, wirklich geputzt wurde hier nicht. Wir hatten eine weitere Nacht vor Ort gebucht und uns wurde das gleiche Zimmer versprochen, da wir es dort schön ruhig fanden. Leider haben wir das Zimmer dann doch nicht bekommen. Der Putzwagen vom Zimmerservice stand im engen Flur ständig im Weg, selbst ohne Gepäck schwer vorbeizukommen.
