Great location, Wonderful Staff, Fantastic Breakfast

Very clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast, and the staff ( Zoey, Kim, Danny, and Bonie) made us feel welcome. They are top notch and gave us great information. I would return!

Awesome staff, great location and reasonable price. Would 10/10 stay here again.

The hotel is clean, the beds are big and comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Nothing beats the staff though. They were polite, helpful and always happy to see you. Such a lovely place to stay.

I don’t think there was anything negative about our stay.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Fast wifi. Filling breakfast.

Best stay and highly recommend Hanoi Emerald Waters

The hotel is located to many restaurants, cafes, beer street,… in the Old Quarter. Our Deluxe Double Room is clean and tidy with internal window. Breakfast is buffet with Vietnamese & international dish. I booked a Halong Bay 2 days 1 night tour and Ninh Binh day tour with them and that’s amazing, good price and best deal. Besides of that, after booked 2 days tour with them, they gave me a free one way airport transfer and 50% discount for our massages. I don’t know how many times I have to say thanks with their staff. They do very well their job, friendly, helpful.

Very good location. Close to few tourist attractions, restaurants and shops near by within walking distances. Good spread of breakfast especially considering that we are vegetarians. Very accommodating staff

Since property is located in a very busy and narrow street, taxi or car waiting on the road was a problem.

Old dated hotel, with superb location, friendly and attentive staffs to make you feel at home

Location is the only thing that is good for the hotel. Entrance and the facade looks nice. Helpful and attentive staffs. All staff offer help and information to ensure you get to enjoy the best of Hanoi. They even give suggestions on how you should spend your time in Hanoi.

No window, no view. Window only facing the air well and very small. Air Cond system failed. Once somebody on heater, the whole tower is turned on with heater. The staff explained that they are taking action in upgrading the air cond system. Unfortunately due to the pandemic and the tourism industry in Hanoi is still at the recovery stage, the hotel will need a little bit more time to get the fund for the upgrading process.

Great connecting rooms and splendid location.

The connecting room is really interesting. Two separate rooms actually, one with king bed for us and one with twin singles for the kids. Both are linked by a common area that can be locked from inside, so as good as a 2 room accommodation :) The hotel is well located with many food options nearby and the lake is just a few junctions away, come down, turn left and walk all the way straight. The counter staff are also very helpful and friendly. Be sure to ask as much questions before you leave the hotel because few can speak English once you are out on the streets.

Very nice hôtel centrally located. Very practical for everything. Room was spacious and clean and corresponding perfectly to our standards. Breakfast was very good. But mostly the staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful, giving us tips and helping us plan the next parts of our trip. Thanks again!

The staff was really friendly and nice. Great location near the lake and the room is quite big. Breakfast is also nice.

The room is outdated and so are the rugs in the hall. The water flow in the shower is weak.

The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter of Hanoi close to all major attractions. But what needs special mention is the care and attention given by staff especially Ms. Zoey and Ms. Kim. Great place to stay
