It was very pleasant and the staff was very courteous. Nice place to stay

It was a quick and relaxing stay!

We arrived in the midst of a snowstorm. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Also, the bed was soft. Breakfast in the morning was great! Definitely would recommend to others traveling.

Fantastic Facility

We were cheerily greeted by Ariel at the front desk, who informed us we were staying at the newest hotel in Elko. She swiftly checked us into a lovely room on the upper floor and assured us it had a fantastic view of the mountains in the morning. It did. Breakfast was beyond the standard, and the hotel was every bit as nice as Ariel maintained.

Nice comfortable room

Bed was comfortable, the desk staff man was quick and attentive and the breakfast awesome.

The maid left food in the refrigerator and the flashing lights coming from the smoke detector was beyond extreme.

Clean, updated rooms

Room card didn’t work for some facilities the way they should and had to be opened by staff. Checkout was at 11am and cleaning staff started letting themselves into our room to start cleaning it at 9:30am, while we were still in bed. They came in and interrupted our stay a total of 5 times before we packed up to leave the room and check out

It was very comfortable.

I liked how friendly the guy at the front desk was. He was so accomodating and answered all my question. He made a very good first impression.

I wish there were a restaurant on the property so I don’t have to get in my car to eat dinner. When you are on the road all day, you don’t want to do any extra driving.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and good customer service

The hotel was fine we just didn’t like the town. It was too hick and cowboy for us. It was just an overnight which was fine.

Nice, clean hotel option in Elko.

Clean, new, everything you’d expect of a Holiday Inn Express. Great and helpful staff.

No spa and pool was a bit cold. The pancake machine wasn’t working and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working.

My GPS took me to a parking lot near the Star hotel. Not a building or even a mattress there. Apparently this happens routinely with Google maps!

Very clean hotel & room, easy to access location, reasonable price, super friendly & helpful staff

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean throughout. Mattresses were on the firm side. Breakfast was fine for that type of set up (allowed for good start for early travel).

We only stayed one night but it was a very pleasant surprise for us. Better than expected. Room was very clean and spacious. Beds very nice. Bathroom was also very nice. Fitness room was much better than expected. Breakfast was amazingly better than expected.
