The breakfast was excellent and kept well stocked.

The bed was lumpy! Just terrible. Hallway was dirty & back door was open. We had to go to Travel Lodge to register and have breakfast.

I showed up with my 10-year-old daughter, looking forward to staying in a hotel room and a hot shower after a long day of driving. They had no hot water at their property. They did not notify me ahead of time. I've spent additional time trying to communicate to Booking.com and the property that they promised I would not be charged. Then they marked me as a no-show! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!

Well the staff was rude they acted like we were bothering them first of all in my Grand daughter's room the smoke alarm was beeping so I called the front desk they sounded mad and took a long time to get there the rooms stunk and in the corners of the room and along side the floor boards there was dirt so the next day we to look at some properties we bought when we got back we just want to take a shower then go out for dinner but then we find out there was no hot water so my husband went to the office to tell them they said that we could go to the office and take a shower I'm sorry but I need my privacy as sorry I've wrote in the wrong box.and the only thing I liked is it's location

Beware the low price. These rooms are old and really need a renovation.

Best low price with. last minute booking.

Room had no TV. when I turned on the heater, it was loud like a lawn mower. then the cover fell off and revealed a lot of dust. it looked quite old. as snow was falling outside I really needed the heater. management did move me to another room at 10 pm.

Cheap and cheerful

Cheap, clean room, staff were friendly, location was fine for a night. I didn't stay for breakfast but the coffee was nice.

Could probably do with a refurb but it did the job for the price paid

The room was big, and efficient.

Bathroom was not clean. I found used bottles of soaps still on shelf in the tub and also found loose hairs on walls of tub. Checking in was a roller coaster, had to check in at sister hotel. The lobby there has a strong scent that triggered a migraine. When I brought it up to the staff they just laughed it out. Breakfast was very disappointing. No thing was available in the breakfast room, no milk, waffles, or juice. We had to walk across to sister hotel and used their breakfast room. I asked for housekeeping and was told that my room wasn't on the list. I did beds and took trash out because I don't like a messy atmosphere.
