Will never stay there again.

Location was great, didn't eat breakfast there.

We asked for a King bed, but ended up with a queen that was the size of a standard bed. The couch in the room was very dirty, as also in our daughter's room. It was obvious that a cat had scratched up the arms of the couch. My daughter/husband found a blanket in closet, we just didn't sit on it. Not once during the 3 night stay, was our room cleaned. We had to ask for dry towels, tissues and soap. We were in town for a family reunion, one other member stayed at this hotel, and felt the same way. For the accommodations, we were shocked at the total price.

Staff was amazing, place is clean

I liked the room they were clean , the fridge was nice and the room in general.

The bed was uncomfortable and the sofa had a tare in the cushion

friendly, affordable, accommodating.

The staff was absolutely willing to be helpful at all times and all questions. Not one bad or negative interaction. Stayed for over ten days.

Shower Hot water was warm. Sinks got hot, never the showers.

I have traveled a lot, the staff here is the best I have ever expirenced. I would stay here again.

The pool was very warm. The staff was the best!

Handy location, decent facilities, and exceptionally friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel absolutely met our needs and expectations. It's not fancy, but as a stop along the way it ticks all the boxes, and all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Convenient inexpensive hotel stop in a road trip was comfortable and quiet but not very clean

It was shabby: chipped paint, scuffed walls, torn sofa And not super clean: splattered wall behind sink, front of dishwasher, stained sofa cushions

BEST STAY!!!

Great stay. Place was very immaculate and well-kept Staff were very friendly. Free washers and dryers. Glad I discovered this gem. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area. 5 stars hands down. Well worth the money!!! All these other hotels need to take notes

Bad experience! Where's the management and supervision on hotel quality? Disappointed in Home2 Suit

Not much! After 2 dirty rooms, we lost our appetite to try breakfast.

Extremely dirty bathrooms in 2 different rooms, no toilet tissue and had to go and get it. Dirty and worn carpet and furniture. Took pictures to show check- in. They seemed aware of problems and still assigned us to a second room that was dirty. Not sure beds had even been change as they looked sloppy.

Insufficient EV charging & reservation cancellation (not by the customer) ruined our stay this time

This place had been our regular in the past few years. We choose this place because of EV charging and the ability to accommodate late check-in (after midnight).

For unknown reason this time around, the EV charging was severely throttled (~10 miles per hour). I had to recharge my tesla in the nearby supercharging station in the morning. This totally defeated the purpose of staying at this location, if the overnight destination charging isn't sufficient for me to drive next morning. We checked in around 1:30am. We did call in advance to let the receptionist know that we will be late (after midnight). To our surprise, our reservation was cancelled when we arrived at the premise.

Awesome Hotel, But Really?

Very clean and comfortable.

Check-in and check-out. Is it really a 10-15 minute process if the room is booked and PAID online?! Why would they report to Booking.com that we hadn't stayed there and then charge for an additional night 5 days later???

Great place for a stopover

Were passing through, nice rooms, blackout blinds, comfy bed. Fridge and cooking facilities. Bathroom on the smaller side but worked fine and was clean.

Pillows were a bit too soft for us.

Comfy bed, good breakfast spread, nice that they had a dog area, friendly check in staff

Our dogs, who are still getting used to hotel stays, heard everything through the walls

Clean quiet stay.

Taylor & Sarah did a good job of checking me out. They found an error on billing. I don't know if i would have found it. Rooms were very clean. Families were there using pool..I never heard door shutting, elevators or talking..nice quiet stay.

Good place to stop between Reno/Tahoe and Park City. Clean, comfortable hotel, adjacent to I-80.

Superb

Great location off the freeway for travel.

There was not a dedicated dog area. And, even though there is lighting outside, it shuts off prior to daylight. I did not feel safe walking my dogs. Luckily, I had a flashlight and mace backup.,
