Room was affordable and clean. It was convenient to have parking right in front of the room especially with the freezing cold temperatures. Bathroom had been remodeled recently, it was very nice.

Room was ok. Front desk was fine. The guy in the morning wasnt very friendly. There is no place to eat the breakfat they have. You have to take it back to your room. Its very hard to carry hot coffee and your breakfast back to your room. The asian restaurant next door is great.

The motel was easy to find. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The mattresses were a bit thin but the continental breakfast was surprisingly good considering the size of the lobby

Friendly staff, clean room, and comfortable bed. My room was cleaned every day. For the price, the hotel had exceeded my expectation. The only minus was that I was not able to connect to their internet. I didn’t ask for help because I had a great phone reception.

The Stay Express Inn is a great place to stay. This is our second time staying here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean & they have plenty of parking which was a plus because we were pulling a trailer.

We just needed a place to sleep for one night. The bed was comfy and check in easy even though we had a late arrival. The managers were friendly. Breakfast included juices, cereal/oatmeal, muffins, bread, apples, yogurt, string cheese, and a waffle maker for fresh waffles. Trays were available to take the food back to your room since there were no dining tables in the breakfast area. Our room was quiet for sleeping but could hear other guests in the morning. The only negative was the shower head in our room, 112 needs to be replaced.

We booked this hotel because it was rated 9.0 out of 10, and it had laundry facilities. $6.00 for one load of wash, and another $2.00 for a dryer load. The bedspread had a blood stain on it that we found when we turned it down, and later when we pulled down the sheets to climb into bed there was debris in between the sheets. Hair, lint and other dirt. It was very late, so we just slept in our clothes. The man at the desk was also rude and consending to my wife. I would give it a 3 out of 10.

The booking was what I was looking for and worth the price. Comfortable and clean room. Bathroom was not too small. Great water pressure. The shower had a grab bar and a non slip mat which I thought was great.

A nice value, good access to restaurants. Very helpful at front desk and a nice little breakfast in the morning. We used it as a “base camp” for hiking in the Ruby Mountains. We will stay here again.

The man at the desk informed me that he wasn't able to meet my request for a bottom floor that I had asked for months in advance when making my reservation. He said he had emailed me but I never received an email. He said they had plumbing issues. He also offered to cancel to reservation at no cost. I said I'd take the room on the second floor then all of a sudden he had a room available on 1st floor. Room had an updated bathroom but the carpet was old and the rest of the room was not updated. It was clean and met all of my needs for the night, including a convenient bottom floor to parking, refrigerator, microwave, and in room coffee. I was happy about that. The TV was disconnected but the gentlemen at the desk was very helpful and came and fixed the issue.

This was perfect for an overnight stay during a multi-day cross country road-trip. At first we were wary, as the outside of the property looks a little run down, but the room looked newly remodeled and was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The proprietor was exceptionally helpful and kind. The breakfast had more options than we expected. The wifi did not work during our stay, which wasn't a big deal to us, but would have been an annoyance for a longer stay. Great value overall, and we would stay again if passing through.

Very good for the price. Smaller but comfortable room. Clean room except someone had smoked in it. They definitely tried to clean the smell as it was faint but I have sensitive lungs. Quiet area. Safe area.

Stay was good but cleanliness was a little issue this time. The bed had food on it and bathroom was not clean. Little usually as this wasn’t my first time and I had high expectations. Always good to know that worker trucks stay and go early in the morning. I usually use them as my alarm.
