The view is always a win from the balcony of this hotel. The breakfast was a full variety buffet with hot and cold options. The room is spacious and has everything you need from bath & shower, fridge, kettle & coffee maker, Desk, TV the works its all there!
Absolutely nothing that I don't like about this hotel. It is always my hotel of choice when in the Cape

The view is amazing. ~The room is very well appointed and really confortable.
spotlessly clean

Breakfast was good. It would be good to add a bit of vegetables to the breakfast menu, there loads of proteins and carbohydrates than vegetables which locks out vegetarian customers.

Rooms are connected with door

not so tasty, I think they need to improve on the quality of the food they buy
the cleaners didn't clean my room on one of the days

Beautiful and spacious room, staff was very friendly, we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff made a cute cake and wished him a birthday and we found that very special 😻
The gowns were xtra small, so we couldn’t wear them as we wear medium and when we asked the staff they said they only have small sizes

The view - Table Mountain
Restaurant breakfast plates were not so clean.

Location. Good room size. Comfy bed
Room was set up for 1 person.
1 shampoo. 1 body wash next to bath nothing in the shower.
No water in the room people are nervous to drink the tap water in africa.
We ordered our breakfast in the room. Croissant was not from that day as was harder than my toast. One set of knives and forks for 2 breakfasts. No butter for the toast. Cooked breakfast was cold. I called for the 2nd time and suddenly it was on its way it was like it was forgotten.
Catering and small items in the room let the side down.

Clean
Mirror & lighting
We prefer total privacy from bedroom
No proper hanging space to hang towels open to dry.
Room 406 no plug close to a mirror for ladies to dry hair.
For 2 people, 2 cellphones =only 1 station to recharge phones.
4.5
The view was spectacular.
Only 1 tiny bottle of shower gel in the room.

Great View of Table Bay and Table moutain, but sadly, the bedroom windows were quite dirty (on the outside due to sea spray etc), so the view was a little bit grainy.
Nice sized bedroom and bathroom.
I specifically asked for a quiet room, and they could not have given me a worse room - 1st floor (on the main beach road) above the restaurant/bar, and with an interleading door into the adjoining room, with extremely poor insulation - you could hear the TV and the guests in the adjoining room. It is unacceptable for guests who are strangers to be put into adjoining/interleading rooms with such poor insulation. These rooms should be reserved solely for family and/or friends who are travelling together.

The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very neat and clean. Staff were very friendly.
I didn't like the fact that we couldn't control the room temperature ourselves. It was either icy cold or so hot we had to open the window in the middle of the night because it felt as if we couldn't breathe. The shower head needs to be replaced. We couldn't shower. You try to take a normal shower in those cubicles.
The booking experience on Booking.Com sucked. It needs to be more simplified. It's like a screen and senses overload when trying to make sense of the million options. The food was VERY average and INCREDIBLY expensive. Spur's ribs has a better taste and the pork belly had no crackling. There were 2 of the tiniest strips of pork belly and the egg fried rice didn't taste Asian at all. Very disappointing food. Your prices need to be seriously reviewed or a better offering arranged.

When booking in, the picture chosen was not the room given, I was moved 3 times on check in as I insisted I booked a room with a view of table mountain, was given a side room, with no lounger as per the original pic, overlooking a roof of a restaurant next door
The porter called down each time to explain to them they have me in the wrong room
3rd time lucky, I was given the room I booked on the picture
Seems the words (description of the room) does not match the picture
Not sure how this is my responsibility
When I raised this, told it has happened, is a problem
The following day I went down to extend the stay by 1 night, waited hours for someone to confirm, when I called reception, the person had gone, new staff had no knowledge I was waiting for an extension
The result was I had to book a suite, as the King Room I showed reception in the morning at breakfast, was no longer available
Total lack of service, except for PRINCE, he is the only person working who seems to understand why the guest is upset and what is actually taking place, he then tried to assist me
Escalated to HOD who told me is not their issue, I must contact booking.com and could I prove that the pic I booked is different, implying that I am making this up
I have since emailed them the pic of my booking, to PROVE that I was not lying as they implied
Escalated to someone in the absence of the GM who told me they have many rooms, over 144 I think Phillipe said, not his problem he indicated, as he cannot be held responsible for the picture of the room I wanted as he has so many, he told me he has many rooms with different carpet colours, many rooms with diff colour chairs and they are not all blue (the hotel furnished chairs in the room are blue) and he told me he does not understand what I am saying, when asked is it acceptable for a guest to book in, making a booking on a picture and not getting that room, but a substandard room, with no view, no chair lounger
Waiting on the GM to call me

The room was excellent, BUT my aircon did not work. It was too hot inside. My card for the lift also did not work and I had to swop it for another card. Still did not work in one of the lifts.
The aircon did not work.

range of services, location and friendliness of staff
water left in room was not regular
room key didn’t give you access to gym even though it’s included - had to go back to reception each time

Room was sunny and spacious with a breathtaking view. Breakfast was excellent
The ventilation is smelly as we could smell the kitchen fumes the whole time. Please investigate

This is my second time there and the food was amazing. Staff members were great really loved their hospitality. The guys at the door always greeting and always willing to assist with the bags and opening of the doors. Love this place. Already planning for my third stay there.

I had a lovely view of the sea and Table Mountain. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We have spent quite some time in the gallery ad it was much quieter there. The shuttle from and to the airport renders an excellent service. Ishmail was a very safe driver. (Although price a bit steep.)
The liquor prices are exorbitant ….
Check on Marco Olivier’s work ito originality. He copies other artists and change small things thereby claiming original work.

The view from our room was amazing and the facilities were perfect for what we needed for our stay.
Everyone we spoke with / had interactions with were so friendly and always happy to help with whatever was needed.
The breakfast buffet was a very large selection of foods so there is plenty to pick between if you are there for a longer stay.
Although the view was incredible, the windows were very dirty. However there were a few time we did experience having the window cleaners at our windows which would have been nice to have a prewarning beforehand.
The bath plug was the only other thing I could mention was that you'd fill the bath and it would drain away very quickly.
