This flat was spacious and comfortable for our four person group. The area is quiet while still being within a few blocks of any amenity we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Stephanie was very responsive to our email questions and accommodated our later than expected arrival. The only issue was a broken AC unit in one of the bedroom units that could not be fixed in time for our stay. Stephanie refunded part of our rental cost as compensation with no questions asked. Overall the property is well located to Jardin Park and the many restaurants and tourist departure points. Would definitely recommend this property for those looking for a clean reasonably spacious well located property when visiting Bordeaux.

Appartement fonctionnel qui est très bien situé, près du très beau jardin public de la ville. Chambres assez grande mais avec peu de rangement. La cuisine est un peu désuète, le comptoir de travail est petit et en mauvais état, bois fendu. Le salon et la salle à dîner sont juxtaposés l`une à l`autre ce qui rend la circulation plus facile. Les grandes fenêtres permettent un très bon éclairage. Salle de bain correct. Salle de toilette un peu petite. Immeuble propre et tranquille (octobre). Appartement agréable à y vivre.

Location, location, location

Location, location, location

This is the perfect location for people who love close walkable access to the city, but the quiet for resting and sleeping. The apartment is modestly equipped. The kitchen could use a new countertop, (water damaged and cracked) we didn’t cook at all so it didn’t bother us. The hand held shower has limited pressure volume, so prepare for extra time if you have to rinse hair, mine took twice as long. There is plenty of storage space in the bathroom which is a bonus.

After arriving in the early evening and getting a quick introduction to the apartment from the property manager’s collègue, my husband rounded the corner in a bedroom and cut his shin deeply on a piece of metal sticking up from the bed. A finial was apparently missing and had neglected to be repaired prior to our arrival leaving a razor sharp edge. I went to close the drapes in the living room and the curtain rod fell off the wall. It was a rough start that was indicative of our overall opinion of the apartment - cheaply furnished, worn, and with minimal comfort. The apartment is spacious, however, both bedrooms have no closet or, that is to say, the closets are locked and you are not able to use them. The tiny closet in the narrow hall is the only place to hang ones garments, and there is barely enough room for one persons clothing. The hangers in this closet were dry cleaner leftovers to boot. The sofa and dining chairs are stained and we opted to cover them prior to sitting down. One of the lights in the living room never turned on, and even if it had worked the room was always too dimly lit. The toilet room has no sink which is typically found in the French toilet only room, so one must walk down the hall to the bathroom to wash up. The kitchen is poorly stocked and the coffee maker did not work. Glasses and dishes are in a cupboard in the dining area due to lack of space in the kitchen. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent access to dining, bakeries, and other shopping. No complaints at all about the street, although often too noisy to leave front windows open and so we were a bit claustrophobic. Stéphanie was quick to take care of the issues that she could, sending a technician to repair the bed and curtain rod, better hangers in hand, but had no other apartment to move us into. We didn’t bother to mention the living room light and coffee maker which were not top of mind while dealing with the other issues.

Our short stay was comfortable. The apartment is quiet yet central. Apartment was as described, The beds very comfortable. Laur was very responsive to our delayed arrival and willing to accommodate our needs. Merci. Not providing hand soap in the bathroom a small deficit.

I loved the location of the Apartment. Unfortunately we were there during a heatwave, therefore not having Air conditioning in the common rooms was problematic. There is Air conditioning in the bedrooms which is great. Otherwise, we enjoyed our experience and will recommend this apartment.

We stayed at this Bordeaux apartment for 5 nights and highly recommend it. Most importantly, the host is lovely and kind. She came to my rescue when I became ill and needed to see a physician. With my limited French, I asked if she would make me an appointment which she did. It was with a physician who spoke English and was walking distance from the apartment. The host was always very responsive to calls and emails. We notified her when were within an hour of arriving at the apartment to exchange keys and receive an orientation to her apartment, which worked well for us. The apartment has 2 nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds as well as ac. A fan is available for the living /dining area if needed. The apartment is secure with locked lobby entry and there is an elevator to the 4th floor. We liked being out of the main downtown area- Bordeaux is quite walkable and it has excellent public transportation. We had dependable Wifii, a kitchen with an oven, mircrowave, dishwasher as well as a washer for clothing. There was dishwasher detergent available and a few kitchen essentials such as coffee filters. We cooked very little but knowing it was available was nice. A quick trip to the supermarket set us up for the next 5 days. There is a separate toilet room down the hall from the main bathroom. The only lacking regarding the bathroom was that there is not a true walk in shower available, but a large spa tub with a hand held sprayer. There is plenty of room for storage of personal items. I loved the huge light trimmed medicine cabinet. We loved having ample space instead of a small hotel room. It was fun to live like the locals- even if for such a short time. Having a washer enabled us to pack less clothing. There was even an iron with an ironing board. All in all, we would definitely stay in this apartment again when in Bordeaux. I so appreciate our host’s kindness during my time of need.

El apartamento está en una buena ubicación, sobretodo si vas con tu coche, ya que por la noche tienes sitio para aparcar. En general la vivienda está bastante bien, aunque habría que mejorar algunos detalles para darle un 5*.

I stayed in this apartment with my husband and two daughters and it was great. It is in a beautiful part of town and we walked every night to a plaza with tons of great restaurants where we dined al fresco. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Stephanie was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend for your stay in Bordeaux!

We liked the apartment very much. It had all we needed. The only small problem was lack of hanging space for our clothes but we managed to get round this ok. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms was wonderful, especially with temperatures in the 20s overnight.

We stayed here for nine days in July and really enjoyed our time in Bordeaux. The apartment is in a fabulous location, just around the corner from the beautiful public gardens. The street itself is very quiet, and at the same time centrally located so that it is extremely easy to get anywhere by foot or tram. The apartment is clean, inviting, and has everything you need for an extended stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights. We are a family of four and found the building and neighborhood very quiet and safe. Restaurants, organic market and coffee are just a few blocks away. Laur Stephanie was always prompt in communicating and Cecile met us to explain air conditioning, tv etc. Thank you both. The beds were very comfortable with very good linens and they provided a lot of very nice towels. We had a fantastic stay!

Accueil chaleureux de Stéphanie. Magnifique appartement à proximité du Tramway. Très propre et bien fenestré. Très bien équipé et près du centre ville de Bordeaux. Passé un séjour merveilleux. Je recommande la location de cet appartement à 100%.
