We spent wonderful days there...
The apartment is located at the end of Saint Malo's main seafront promenade. It is about a 3km walk along the promenade to the fortress. The apartment is conveniently located, so that both the promenade and other restaurants / supermarkets are within easy walking distance. The apartment is very modern and in mint condition, and has everything you need for a holiday stay. This is especially true for the really well equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine and dryer. There is also no need to search for a parking space, as the apartment has its own parking space. The apartment and the two bedrooms are very quiet, the beds are very good. Freshly made beds awaited us upon arrival. The communication with the landlord was also very good upon arrival. We would like to come again !

Schöne Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage im wunderschönen Saint Malo
Schöne,helle großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Betten waren sehr bequem und es gibt viele Schränke um Ordnung zu halten.
Moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Vermieter war sehr nett , alles lief reibungslos. Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker zu Fuß 10 min(es gab sehr leckere Sachen 😀) Mittwochs und Freitags Markt 10-15min zu Fuss(sehr große Auswahl an Fisch und Fleisch. Saint Malo und Altstadt ist wundervoll.

Magnifique appartement très agréable avec ses deux grandes baies vitrées et un aperçu mer. Fonctionnel et bien agencé, je recommande vivement cet appartement. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, les photos sont conformes à la location et le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Bien agencé, lumineux, ensoleillé, calme, beau et grand balcon ensoleillé avec vue agréable sans vis-à-vis (avec une petite vue mer sur le côté). Très proche de la plage. Quelques commerces bien utiles à proximité. Bonne disponibilité du propriétaire et de sa famille. A conseiller.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Schöne, gut gepflegte und sehr saubere Wohnung mit großem Südbalkon am Ende der Strandpromenade von St. Malo. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer, helles Bad mit vielen Handtüchern - es fehlt an Nichts für den Urlaub, und wir (Familie mit zwei größeren Kindern) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt u.a.) sind in Fußentfernung vorhanden, zum Strand sind es ebenfalls nur ein paar Schritte. Bei Flut ist der Strand direkt an der Promenade überschwemmt, ein paar Meter stadtauswärts gibt es aber einen immer zugänglichen Sandstrand (Plage du Minihec). Schöne Spaziergänge nach St. Malo (über die Promenade oder über den Strand) oder in die andere Richtung zur Pointe de la Varde. Patrick hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen, und der Kontakt mit ihm war unkompliziert.

Excellent séjour a Saint-Malo dans un appartement très bien situé
Appartement très agréable, il est ensoleillé, lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il ne manque rien, tout a été étudié, analysé pour que les locataires soient satisfaits de leur séjour.
Très belle literie, linge de maison raffiné.
Belle cuisine, très fonctionnelle.
Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours formidables début septembre et nous comptons revenir l'année prochaine.
Nous recommandons vivement ce très joli T3

Unglaublich schöne Wohnung
Eine Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Parkplatz im Hinterhof, daher sicher. Sehr modern und optisch neu eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben die extrem guten Betten, gute Härte, keine Rückenschmerzen wie sonst oft in Frankreich. Mehrblick! Es sind zum Strand von Saint Malo gerade mal 80 m, Andere tolle Strände in Richtung Cancale, zwischen 5 min und 15 min Fahrt. Tolle kleine Buchten! Rochbonne ist ein kleiner Ort, 35 min zu Fuss an der Strandpromenade entlang nach Saint Malo Altstadt. Bus fährt auch, alle 35 min, einfache Fahrt 1,35.
Insgesamt ein echter Traum. Wir werden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

A Super week in a great apartment
My wife and 16 year old daughter have just returned from a week in Saint Malo and the apartment we rented from Monsieur Crestey was fabulous.
We arrived to meet Patrick at the 3.OOpm time and as with all these things were a little apprehensive of what the apartment would be like in reality.
We needn't of worried, it truly is a lovely, bright, clean place to be, with all mod cons and superbly furnished.
The Balcony is a wonderful place to sit in the late evening and enjoy a glass of wine.
It is situated at the far end of one of Saint Malo's lovely beaches and although it is a bit of a walk into the town, the promenade makes the journey a very pleasant walk (about 45mins to be honest) but well worth it especially in the late evening.
All in all we could not have been happier there and are planning to return in the Spring (If Patrick will have us)

Appartement en excellent état, lumineux et très bien équipé, conforme à la description. Situé à deux pas de la plage, et proche de tout, il nous a permis de passer un bon séjour breton revigorant. Une belle pause en terre malouine avant d'attaquer une nouvelle année
1er séjour hivernal à Saint-Malo : Appartement tout confort de grande qualité, calme et proche commerces. Idéal pour de petites ballades en bord de mer en famille (ex: Paramé Saint Malo inta-muros 8kms). Merci à Monsieur Crestey pour son accueil et son attention. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Wunderschöne, helle und geräumige Wohnung, perfekt aufgeteilt, neu und absolut hochwertig renoviert, geschmackvoll und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung entspricht den Tatsachen. Perfekte und umfangreiche Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Küche modern und geräumig, Vollausstattung, nicht zu wünschen übrig. Sehr bequeme Betten, nachts sehr ruhig, wir konnten jede Nacht traumhaft schlafen. Balkon zur Südseite mit Sonne von morgens bis abends, mit einem kleinen Blick auf das Meer.
Tolle Lage, zum Strand nur ein Katzensprung, zu den nächsten kleineren Geschäften / Restaurants nur wenige Meter, ebenfalls der Bus nach Intra Muros. Ansonsten eine knappe halbe Stunde am Strand / Promenade, zu den Thermen gute zehn Minuten. Zurückgesetzt von Straße, ruhig und gut isoliert. Zu unserer Freude ein eigener, kostenloser Parkplatz.
Freundlicher Vermieter, immer ansprechbar, jederzeit bemüht und verbindlich.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Excellente location !
Location parfaite pour une famille. Nous y avons passé 15 jours géniaux avec nos enfants de 3 ans et 3 mois. L'appartement est en parfait état, très bien isolé (nous n'avons pas entendu le voisinage), bonne répartition des pièces. La literie est d'excellente qualité, nous avons rarement dormi aussi bien dans une location ! Le linge de maison est également super. Monsieur Crestey est très attentif au bien-être de ses locataires. Etant donné que nous restions 2 semaines, il est venu changer les serviettes de toilettes et les housses de matelas, 1ère fois que nous voyions cela ! La cuisine est superbe et très bien équipée : appareils électroménagers et vaisselle en très bon état, et en quantité suffisante.
Un détail qui avait une grande importance pour nous : Monsieur Crestey a mis à disposition tout le matériel de puériculture dont nous avions besoin (baignoire bébé, matelas à langer, lit parapluie, chaise haute).
La localisation de l'appartement est idéale, juste une route à traverser et nous étions à la plage de Rochebonne !
Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir ! Encore merci pour tout Monsieur Crestey !

Appartement idéal pour une famille ou 2 couples.
Appartement situé à 2 pas de la mer avec un accès direct sur la plage par un escalier.
Appartement très joliment rénové où il ne manque rien. Il a été décoré avec goût et parfaitement aménagé et équipé pour pouvoir vivre comme à la maison. Il est très bien isolé et nous oublions que nous vivons en résidence.
Nous étions en couple avec les grands parents et notre petite fille de 12 mois. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et le bel espace des pièces à vivre nous a permis de circuler librement dans l'appartement qui a une belle orientation, une belle luminosité et une vue sur la mer.
L'appartement se situe près de quelques commerces accessibles à pied et non loin des thermes.
Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et très disponible. Il a ainsi répondu à nos demandes et notamment la mise à disposition de matériel pour bébé (lit, baignoire, chaise haute, ....) dont nous n'avons pas eu à nous encombrer dans une voiture déjà bien chargée.
La résidence sécurisée et en retrait de la route ainsi que la place de stationnement au pied de l'immeuble sont également un plus !
Cet appartement est idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples qui souhaitent accéder facilement à la plage et aux plaisirs estivaux (baignade mais aussi apéro ou diner dans les cafés et restaurants en bord de mer)
Le descriptif est totalement conforme à la réalité.
