Great beside the unknown fees ! And parking

The parking doesn’t come with the room, And the incidental fee was $121 which was not stated before booking.

I won’t be back.

Location was excellent.

This hotel provides a horrible experience for families. An outside bar pounds noise into the rooms until midnight (and I was 5 floors away!!). When one person turns a light on in the bathroom, everyone is awake because the bathroom doors are clear glass! This place probably works well for one traveler who is planning on partying until after midnight. If you are looking for a good night’s sleep or if you are traveling with others, go somewhere else.

Parking cost way to much. I payed $85 dollars for 2 nights. The room we stayed in had a plumbing issue.

Wife’s birthday weekend; clean room and good location for what we were doing, but too overpriced

Clean, nice room,

Overpriced for room size, and staff was not friendly. Music at pool was loud and only one genre; got old fast if that’s not your groove. Fun moments, but not enough to book again for the price

The signature Moxy drink did not have black cherry syrup, they ran out. How to u run out of a key ingredient for your signature drink? Unacceptable.

The interior decorations were amazing. Very Art Pop and modern. Including inside the rooms as well. The service was great. When we checked in they offered us a token to use to get a free drink. The service at the bar and drinks, the music, atmosphere, and games made this a really fun stay even with my 5 year son.

The staff, after getting a hold of them was very friendly and helpful, I would guess they are understaffed.

First, the reservation number on the booking, is not the same confirmation number to mobile check in and get key access. I emailed for the confirmation, and was sent the incorrect booking number. Upon arrival, the doors were locked. I attempted calling for 10 min before another guest let me in. No staff was to be found. I special requested a coffee maker in the room, which I received a confirmation for and there was no maker in the room. Lastly, my room had no hot water or hot water pressure. I luckily was able to contact staff who gave me a new room after midnight. I stayed at the Moxy before and did not remember it being this bad.

Good place for locals in the lobby and bar, guests did not seem to be impressed that I saw.

Not good options for breakfast at all.

For the money the room lacked upgrades very minimal.
