Ruim en leuk appartement op uitstekende locatie.

Het is een heel ruim en leuk appartement, grappig dat de kamers zich als het ware om een binnentuintje bevinden. Het ligt niet aan de straatkant, waardoor het heel rustig is (hoewel straatgeluid ook gezellig kan zijn). Keuken is goed uitgerust met benodigdheden. De locatie is top, in een winkelstraat met alles in de directe omgeving op loopafstand en eigen parking op aanvraag, in een garage onder het complex. Prima bedden en ruime badkamer met douche en apart bad. Wij zouden er in de toekomst in principe terug willen komen.

Rioollucht in de hal is niet prettig (gelukkig niet in het appartement). Lekkage door het beton aan buitenkant slaapkamervenster met dag en nacht hinderlijk gedruppel. Beschrijvingen van sommige apparatuur is gewenst, want 4 afstandsbedieningen voor een televisie met geluidsboxen is niet handig. En niet alles staat in het infoboekje beschreven. Wij hebben zelf een hotel en willen als tip meegeven: maak eens zelf een rondje door het appartement en verbeter de vele (relatief kleine) gebreken. Vooral de nodige (kapotte) lampen en (kapotte) stopcontacten, afzuigkap incl. licht doet niets. Dit is nu voor ons de derde keer dat we een appartement in België huren en dit is bij elke accommodatie telkens weer een ergernis geweest, typisch Belgisch, nee toch? Het is een kleine moeite en zorgt voor de puntjes op de “i”, want het is een uitstekend appartement.

Excellent stay in the old city center, large apartment with all necessary facilities, friendly owner

The location and easy access to the appartment, the furnishing and equipment of the flat, the easy and friendly communication with the owner. The owner's willingness to take care of the delivery of my lost and delayed baggage. The bottle of wine to welcome us was a very nice gesture.

Really big space - the photos don’t do it justice. It’s a large first floor apartment with an internal courtyard, so it’s a bit like a square doughnut. The hosts were extremely helpful and it’s situated right in the heart of the old city

Superb apartment at an unbeatable location

This is an amazing apartment right in the heart of the old town. It's in the middle of all the major sights, but the apartment is very quiet. It's spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the internet is stable and fast, which was essential to us as we had to do some work. Communication went smoothly with the friendly host. Private parking in the building is a great luxury in the middle of the center; you can park and take your luggage up with the elevator. I can't fault this accommodation; we had an excellent stay and I would love to return with my family.

Luxurious and spacious apartment with nice rooms. Great location downtown.

Missed some shower amenities. Parking is a bit tricky (but works fine). Missed the information that our car should be registered to enter the city center (got a big fine).

Very good

The accomodation is spacious and suitable for family and group of friends. There is a big living room with huge TV screen. The location is great; just few minutes walk to the canal where you can find boat tours easily.

There is only a single shower room.

wonderful location for a family. highly recommended

the staff had so much attention to detail. they prepared the residence for a toddler and it was most enjoyable. there was plenty of space for him to explore and run which, if you’ve ever had a toddler is particularly important.

floors are a bit squeaky but a small inconvenience in the overall.

The house is very comfortable and spacious with an awesome circular design. Apart from the internet quality everything was really good.

Internet was spotty and often would shutdown. The speed wasn't also the best.

Enjoyed our short stay and would stay again if we return to the area.

The location was perfect for walking to the sights. The unit comfortably fit our traveling group of 6. And, the manager was so accommodating letting us have a late check out.
