Perched lakefront in Shipwatch, one of Miramar Beach's most exclusive gated Gulf-front communities, The Grits Carlton offers a luxurious coastal retreat just steps from a private, uncrowded 400-foot stretch of white sand beach. With 2,700 square feet of living space, this five-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. The home features three spacious primary bedrooms with private baths and balconies, along with two custom bunk rooms—perfect for kids or teens. Each bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV for entertainment. The open-concept living area includes a family room with a 60" LED Smart TV, a large sectional, and swivel chairs, offering plenty of room to relax. The gourmet kitchen boasts all-new furnishings, including a French door refrigerator, ice maker, and a large island that's ideal for casual dining or socializing. Step outside to enjoy the lakefront deck, complete with a splash pool, built-in seating, a propane grill, and outdoor dining areas.
First Floor: Large open living area, custom kitchen, dining room, king primary suite with lake views and private bathroom, spacious lakefront deck with splash pool.
Second Floor: King primary suite with large bathroom and garden tub, additional king primary suite with private bathroom, bunk room with a full bunk as well as a twin bunk with shared bathroom, additional bunk room with full/twin bunk, and a laundry room.

Situated one mile west of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, this home is within walking distance of Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery stores, and restaurants. Scenic Gulf Drive's sidewalks provide a picturesque setting for biking or strolling along the coast. Golf enthusiasts will love the proximity to seven championship courses, including those at Sandestin, Seascape, Regatta Bay, and Emerald Bay, all within a 3-mile radius. For more shopping, dining, and entertainment, head to Destin Commons, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, or HarborWalk Village, all less than 15 minutes away. Family-friendly activities such as charter fishing, water sports, mini golf, and bowling are just a short drive from the home.

*This property is monitored by a security camera located at the front door.
