The condo is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We loved having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms for our family. The view from the patio is incredible and the location in Tamarindo can’t be beat. I’d definitely go back. Costa Rica is amazing!

A very nice unit that was much more spacious than we anticipated. The condo and all of the Sunrise property was nicely taken care. It was a great place for a family trip! Close to the beach and all shops/restaurants!

We were looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable place close to the beach for our family to stay for two nights on the end of a week-long wedding trip and this is just what we got! The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. There is a view to the ocean from the balcony and the condo is directly on the main street in Tamarindo. We didn’t need to rent a car, we just walked up and down the streets filled with shops and restaurants and endless beach views/access. The only downside to the condo was that there was this gross sewage-y smell that came through the vents occasionally (once waking me up in the middle of the night it smelled so bad!). Also, there was a lot of calcium build-up around the shower heads and faucets that hindered good water flow in the shower. Other than that, five stars all around!

This is a great condo, clean, comfortable, close to everything you would need and more. Security at the gate and a safe place to park your car out front the condo!

Loved the size of the condo. Enough space for a family of four. Walking distance to everything; bars, restaurants, beach, coffee, grocery store. I would recommend upgrading the mattresses. They were very thin and uncomfortable. Also, more towels are needed. The washer and dryer also need an upgrade. Those provided an odd smell when we used them.

Property is in ideal location. You don't need to rent a car as it's short walking distance to everything. The concierge service can take care of transportation to and from the airport. You can use the savings for other activities in the area. Condo/balcony is central to the property and has the perfect view of the pool and waterfall. Well gardened and kept up. Some of the best times were sitting on the balcony early in the morning listening to the Howler Monkeys and birds as they woke up for the day.

Overall our stay was great, the location was convenient to walking most everywhere, the pool was beautiful waterfalls were fun, the unit is large and spacious and comfortable. It could use some attention to maintenance (dishwasher not installed properly but functional) and some tile needs replacing in the bathroom but the shower was very spacious and water pressure was good. Lots of shampoo conditioner and body wash available. The grounds were well-maintained and the environment was pretty quiet.

The condo has a nice view overlooking the pool! It is walking distance from town, restaurants and shopping. The beach is just a block away. It has a full kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, and a comfy living room. The place was spotless when we arrived. Definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for us!

Perfect for us!

The condo was perfect for my daughters and me. The location was central to shops, restaurants, and the beach - we walked everywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) to prepare multiple meals. I loved having the washer/dryer in the condo! The pool was a nice option to the beach. We even had close-up of howler monkeys as they gathered on the trees above the condo. I would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing unit. The unit is comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of personal touches. Great beds. Nice view. Vacasa soaps and shampoo/conditioner are a nice touch.

It was very close to everything, great parking for our car, nice pool, very comfortable for the three of us, since my dad has a cpap having multiple rooms was a great.

Very good experience. Management very responsive. There is a safe for securing valuables. Pool is large and very clean. Large balcony with pool/ocean view is great spot. Walk to beach and many good restaurants. Kitchen is fully equiped but not stocked other than salt and pepper (buy your own cooking oil). No cleaning supplies. Residents of other units didn't always respect quiet hours and Friday nights and Saturday nights music from nearby club kept some of us awake.

Renting this property was a breeze! Great communication with the property managers. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Wonderful layout for two couples or a family. The location works great for easy access to all of Tamarindo’s restaurants and activities.

Favorite City

We traveled to 5 places in Costa Rica and this was our favorite place for sure. There was so much to do with wildlife, catamaran, surfing, food, etc. The condo was also nice.

“This condo was quintessential Costa Rica... bright colors, foliage, and decor had us in the rainforest / ocean mindset. The absolute best location possible for the town, right in the middle of everything across the street from the beach. The big thing about this place was that they had ALL the cooking utensils you really needed to effectively cook. Foil, plastic wrap, spatulas, knives, pots, pans, dishes, everything. The best touch was the DEEP balcony with a huge, very useful glass topped round table with seating for 6. The place had a modern TV, and had a Nest thermostat! (make sure to clear out any programming from the previous guests, otherwise you'll be stuck with their "automatic" temperature settings.) Vacasa (the management company) was very responsive and Rigo was very nice. Shower soaps and shampoos smelled amazing and were their private label botanical brand. Both mattresses had a memory foam topper and very soft sheets, so the beds were very comfy. Hard surface flooring throughout so you didn't feel guilty about tracking in some wet feet. Pool was exceptional with the waterfall feature. Really a Costa Rican treat of a building. Will come back again.”

We loved the location of this property. Short walk across the street to the beach. Pool was beautiful. Neighbors were quiet. Perfect location for all resturants and other shops. Our only complaint is there are not enough towels for a family of four. We struggled with a family of three and only four towels. We ended up purchasing towels to use while in Costa Rica.
