Hear the waves crash from your private balcony! Luxury and convenience describe this wonderful condo located in the Sunrise gated community. This is the best location in Tamarindo and you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, medical services and more, so a car is not necessary!

This exclusive 1200 SF ocean view condo is nicely furnished and features a king-size bed in the master with private bath. There are also a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom with private bath. This home sleeps up to five in beds. The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and 24-hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Large televisions in living room and both bedrooms. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax.

As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

Best location right across from the beach. Large condo that had great space and beautiful sunset views. A small market around the corner and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Perfect for a family.

My son and I stayed here a week while we attended a Spanish camp and classes. The location is perfect. The sunset views are stunning. The pool is great and the condo was perfectly appointed. Would love to come back!

This property was exactly how it is listed. Perfect location, clean and easy access. Had everything you needed to enjoy the stay. Will definitely book again in the future. Concierge service (Olber Torres) was great with communication. Very respondent with the necessary information.

Family of 5 (all adults). Wanted to come to Costa Rica for the surf and this location did not disappoint. Direct access to Tamarindo beach and short drives to other great Playas for surfing with our rental car. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and spacious; the pictures in the post were accurate. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with grocery stores a few min away. May is very hot and humid and the A/C struggled to keep up at times. We felt very safe in Tamarindo and the other places we visited or drove through. Google maps does pretty well. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay in Tamarindo. The condo had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the beach chairs. Condo is close to beach for morning walks and enjoying the surf. Walkable to all restaurants and shopping. Beautiful view from the patio area and appreciated having washer in unit. Would easily stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo. Condo was clean and just like photos. The sunsets were amazing from this location. The beach is very touristy and busy. You get asked many times a day if you want to buy stuff just fyi. But we always found a spot to beach it for the day. Super close to just pop back to condo for bathroom, food etc.

We had a great family holiday at this location. We enjoyed the pool with the kids and all the conveniences around us. The twin bed in the second bedroom was very hard, that would be our only complaint. The other beds were very comfortable. This place has everything you need! Highly recommended!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our three-week stay at Sunrise. The porch with a full view of the Pacific was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect; across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Will definitely return in the future.

Property was in a perfect location to everything and Blue Water took care of all our requests quickly and efficiently. Not hassles. No issues. It was perfect. Our first time visiting Tamarindo and couldn’t be more happier with our accommodations. This condo has everything you need. It’s super clean and spacious and the balcony is great to hang out on all day. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The location is amazing just a short walk to the beach and you right in the middle of the action yet away from it all at the same time. The management team is super responsive, replied to any of our questions immediately, and even helped with our airport transportation. We felt very safe and loved everything about Tamarindo and our condo. We will be back, and will definitely stay at Sunrise condo again. See you soon! Iva and Pete

Great place and the best location. Our family absolutely loved this condo. Well equipped and any questioned were answered in a matter of minutes. Very comfy beds except the small single bed as it was pretty stiff. Ww will definitely book this place if we come back to Tamarindo.

The apartment is beautiful, big, clean, excellent full kitchen with all the amenities needed and in an excellent location. The only issue that we had is regarding maintenance of the place as there are broken tiles around the apartment, door lintel broken. In master bedroom the window from the outside is very dirty so you cannot enjoy the beautiful view, wall under the window should be painted again as there are all kinds of paint marks, Toilet are stony and the bathroom door is dirty (most of the internal doors needs a nice cleaning). Sofa in the living room is sinking and you cannot seat on it. With all that said we still enjoy the apartment very much the beds are very comfortable and it was so nice to seat outside on the balcony.

We stayed at this property for 7 days. Our group consisted of four adults and we had plenty of room. The location is great! It’s directly across the street from beach access and within walking distance to everything in town. Not only was the condo itself great, but the beach towels and beach chairs were a bonus. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo is just as shown. The view from the balcony is beautiful! The condo is well appointed with many amenities, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, detergent, beach chairs, and beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The grocery store is conveniently located. The location is very safe and secure. We were lucky enough to see a troop of monkeys each morning of our stay. Trust me, you WILL know they are there!
