Come and enjoy this single family, two-story home, nicely situated just two blocks back from the beach on 34th Street. Away from the crowds, yet so very close to great surf and great eats, you're within easy walking or biking distance to all of Newport Beach! Unwind on the spacious outdoor patios, which boast ample seating, shade, and sun, and even a bbq grill for evening cookouts. Stepping through the red Dutch door, here's what you'll find:

For the price paid this place was perfect. Had a few boogie boards in garage to use. A 2 car garage is a big plus plenty of space. Beachview realty was very helpful in helping us move location to a house that was accommodating to my mother who couldn't go up and down stairs. We ate on the front porch with the nice umbrella every meal. Nice quiet street

The house was very comfortable and definitely looks even better than the photos. The location is fantastic. It was great to have two parking spaces. The staff of Beachview Realty were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time!

This home was in a great location! It was very walkable, in all directions, and in a lovely neighborhood. The house was perfectly accommodating for my party and had all we needed.

Great location, nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. I highly recommend Mama D’s for great Italian food and service. Less than a 5 min walk!

The stay was nice The only issue we had was the water pressure was a little uneven throughout the home and one of the hoses didn't work in the front Other than that, it was a great stay!

It is in a great neighborhood but there is very little in the way of comfortable furniture. One small hot leather couch. No chairs except wooden ones at the dining room table. The outside patio furniture in the front is old and nothing special and is aided by some mis-matched ill fitting pillows. the upstairs balcony has only a table and some broke down wooden inside chairs and a few patio chairs around it for seating. No lights or umbrellas and a lot of un- used space. We spent most of our time there sitting at the dining table. Not at all comfortable. Additionally not enough silver ware for the number of people who can stay there. The pictures made it look a lot better than it was in person. The beds were comfortable and the rental company responsive to anything but not designed at all for comfort. Also the beach chairs they have provided are old and rusted and high on a shelf in the garage. We did not bring ours as we thought they would be included and ended up have to buy some at the store. Our first time in Newport - this was an expensive house - and we were disappointed. I would not stay there again.

We had a great time in Newport Beach, the house is walking distance to many things. 2 car garage parking was great, even fit a Navigator in the garage. Perfect for 10 people! Will definitely stay again on our next trip out to the west coast!

We loved this space. The walls/doors/handles needed to be cleaned, but we wiped down frequently touched surfaces and felt fine the rest of the stay. Lots of space for everyone. Had basics that we needed, which was also great. Very close to the beach and parking was also very accessible!

This was a great location for our family. Close to the beach and property has supply of beach towels and chairs which was very convenient. Location was also easy to navigate to and close to grocery and within a15 min drive from mall and other restaurants.
For a family vacation, this property is definitely a good choice.

Not the same as pictures
The house is way smaller than the pictures. Living room and dining area are very small and have only one couch that will seat 3 or 4 person by force. Access to one of the bedrooms is through another bedroom that is not convenient. The lighting in bedrooms are weird. The dishwasher doesn’t work at all and when we arrived all the dishes were dirty- we had to rewatch everything by hand. Over all it’s a very old house and needs some improvement. The houses are very close to each others and not convenient when having small children since they are noisy. There are no toiletries whatsoever and barely any toilet paper or paper towels provided. The location is close to the beach and restaurants, which is great.

Awesome location but feel short
This location is awesome so close to the beach and shopping area is right there too unfortunately there was a lot wrong with the house, the stove, dishwasher and internet didnt work we asked a few times about the internet and it never got fixed. The house was also dirty when we arrived, you can tell that don’t take care of the house it also didn’t look like the pictures

A Relaxing Vacation by the Beach
The property is very conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach on 34 Street. It was a walk down the boardwalk to ice cream, donuts, places to eat, etc. You can walk to Pavilions grocery store, another plus. In fact, numerous restaurants are just a short walk away. We rented 4 bikes for the week and they got used every day as well. Overall, the property had everything one might need to have a great vacation. I particularly liked the number of bedrooms which this house possessed. It had four where many of the other rentals only had three. Our family of 6 and 2 friends stayed for a week at the property. We had plenty of room to stretch out and the room configuration was perfect for us. I think the kitchen is in need of updating. The kitchen cabinets must be the originals as well as the countertops. Very outdated. And the carpet is kind of yucky but maybe this is beach carpet. I would return to the same place again.

Great house near the beach
Just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The only complaint we had was that the bbq never got hot enough to cook anything so we had to broil the steaks in the oven. I notified management and I’m sure they will take care of the problem. I would stay here again!

Great location for a family vacation/getaway
Cozy, home conveniently located near the beach and fun restaurants/stores. Everything all in one place. Overall, a good experience. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy during our stay and the house is not ideally set up for cold weather. Hard to keep it comfortable in every room. But we had a great time and we'd do it again. One small detail that we missed in the description was that the guest is expected to supply paper products like paper towels and toilet paper. Thankfully, there is a great grocery store about 2 blocks away and we were able to easily get the needed items.

Nice, clean, comfortable
Great place for the price. Had three couples and 2 little kids. 3rd bedroom requires entrance through 2nd bedroom, but other than that everyone loved the property. Renting toys was the best part, as the management company easily gets you any bikes or boards you could want. Family loved that!

Perfect stay
We had a great time with no issues. The location was great, the neighbors were all very friendly, and the house was clean and a perfect fit for four couples. The check-in process was as simple as it gets and took less than 2 minutes to get they keys. We would definitely do it again.

We had a great time during our stay. My only complaint is the kitchenware is extremely old making it difficult to cook. The furniture is very outdated.

Great getaway
The rental process was very easy, the property management was friendly. The dishwasher didn’t work and we reported it, but they didn’t come by and fix it. Otherwise the house was very accommodating for our family of 10. It is an older home, but we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, Shopping and dining. Some of the reviews said there weren’t enough linens, but that was not our experience. They provided plenty of everything, including beach towels. There is only 1 couch that seats 3, but we rarely used it because we weren’t there to watch TV.
I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a relaxed, clean environment.

Great location and great home
Nice house for our large family located close to so many great spots. Walking distance to Balboa area, Lido Isle, grocery store and multiple restaurants. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels (beach and bath) as well as linens. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Very inviting
The house is very spacious with lots of sleeping arrangement. Loved all of the outdoor space. The neighbors were super friendly and encouraged us to enjoy ourselves as well as gave suggestions on where to go and what to do. I would stay here again! Very close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants.
