What a great property. The location is perfect, located right on Broughton in the middle of restaurants/bars/attractions. It is just as described and in great shape. Communication and instructions were perfect. Parking pass for nearby garage (1 block away) was a huge plus. The only drawback is the noise (kids and their loud vehicles) late at night. Good thing we were exhausted!!! That was easily outweighed by the property in general. Would definitely recommend.

First and foremost, be warned that the Peach Cobbler Factory is right across the street. Booyah!!!
This unit was a pleasant surprise. The unit was all that was advertised. But seeing it in person takes it to another level. The views out the living room and bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you have at home. Fridge with icemaker, range and stove, diswasher, microwave. 3 TVs with Firestick, ceiling fans, etc.
The parking was a public garage that has EV charging for both Tesla and J1772 vehicles. Slow charging but over 4 nights, I was able to get my battery level back up to 90% before I left. This was free but a 3 hour limit per session
Unloading your vehicle can be tricky if you have a good amount of stuff. Hopefully you have an extra person as you need to go to the unit to get the parking access badge. I had the Misses and our great niece. We made it work.
I was there for a conference at the Convention Center. Easy daily drive over the bridge. Finish up and repark the car to walk the town with the family.
Check it out. You'll love it.

I was with a group of 3 friends who were in town for a wedding. When we arrived on a Friday afternoon, the elevator was not working. We had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. That wasn't fun. I contacted the host right away, who responded quickly and contacted the elevator company. Because it was a weekend, the elevator wasn't working until Monday afternoon. Having to walk up 3 flights of stairs definitely impacted our trip, and we avoided coming back to the unit more than twice a day because of it. One of my friends is 73 and her knees couldn't take it. There was a LOT of street noise on Friday and Saturday night. Honking, loud cars, drunk people yelling until after 3 am. It was noted on the listing, but I don't think we realized how loud it would be. Sunday and Monday nights were much quieter.
That said, the unit itself was great! Comfy beds and couch, and we had everything we needed. The AC worked wonderfully, which was needed with a heat index over 100 degrees. We could easily walk to lots of shopping and restaurants, but if we wanted to skip the heat, an Uber was under $10 to the river walk. If I were coming back to Savannah, I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very accommodating change from Telfair to Abercorn when co-travelers dropped out. Just around the corner is J. Alexander’s and they serve the best strawberry waffles! Very quiet location. We had upstairs and downstairs travelers. Didn’t know they were there!
Ate at Crystal Beer House. If you go, the peach cobbler is a must. Lady and Sons was delicious but Leopolds after dinner was well worth a short wait to get a cone.
Was National praline day so our souvenirs included some of course.
Overall, we give our stay on Abercorn 10/10

Love this condo. Convenient to everything Savannah.

Good for walking access to just about anything! Be ready for noisy nights as this is on the main drag so you have late night cruisers and parties. Not bad but be prepared. Quiets down late.
We loved our stay and would come back!

I absolutely loved the location of this property; however, the owner needs to splurge on a few items to make this property better. A k-cup coffee maker, quality toilet paper and decent soap would be much appreciated at this price point. As with any place in downtown Savannah, be prepared for the evening noise on the streets and difficulty parking.

Was a great apartment, close to everything in Savannah. Unit was clean and comfortable. Lot of noise from the street below but it was a holiday weekend so to be expected.

So many things within walking distance. The loft was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the sound machines were a great added touch. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again in the future.

Property in a good location to walk to many restaurants and activities. Lots of natural light. As stated in the description, the area is a little noisy, so ear plugs are handy. Overall a very nice visit!

This is an all around perfect property. It is very well maintained. The location is convenient to restaurants, shops, activities, pharmacy,. Basically you are in walking distance to all necessities. The Hosts are so thorough, there was no need to contact them. They gave such precise details on checking in and out. The condo had every single necessity to make guests feel as though they were home. Sometimes I literally had to force myself to go hangout, because it was just fabulous inside. It even has Alexa!!!!The only thing that caused just a tiny bit of concern, was the lighting in the elevator, it was too dim. We are just thrilled we were able to book this condo.

My group and I lived in Savannah previously, so we planned this as a weekend getaway to visit friends still in the area. We knew what we were getting into with the noise, but you can't beat the location of this rental and walking distance to all downtown Savannah has to offer. As for the unit itself, overall, it's great for the price. It was clean and all instructions were pretty clear. If I could nit-pick, two things that really stood out to us were the blinds in the front bedroom and living area would not close all the way down so there was still a space where you didn't feel completely private at night - feeling like people could look up and see into the unit - and the towels had a musty smell that was overpowering - I think it may be caused by wet towels being left on the floor (as instructed in check out instructions) and not drying properly. We ended up only using a handful of the towels/handtowels because the others smelled. Again, overall good for the price and would stay here again!

We took a weekend getaway to Savannah and we loved our stay. Location was perfect and the right amount space for our party of four. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice place, was exactly as described and pictured. Close to everything, and located on the corner of two very busy streets, which means it's also quite loud. This wasn't a problem for us since we were expecting it (we never heard a peep out of the building residents, it was all just street noise). Beds were very comfortable, Parking is in a garage about a block away, but we were often able to find street parking closer (this is hit or miss). We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our place was located in the perfect spot for us. Loved being near shops and river walk. The place was perfect for the 4 of us. It’s hard to find a place with two king beds for two adult couples. This place had that! (Beds were a little firm for my liking but I was exhausted every night and I could sleep well). Very easy instructions to follow to check in and out. We would recommend this place to anyone.

This loft is in the perfect location for all of the "things"! Great access to shopping, easy walks to everything we wanted to see and do. Loved the "check-in" screen and helpful tips and recommendations.
The living room could use another comfy chair for someone to sit in rather than needing to use a kitchen chair. The smaller bedroom would benefit from a luggage stand. We also couldn't get the tv to work in this room.
All in all a great place...be aware there is a possibility of "palmetto bugs". The owner was able to send a bug guy out and we only saw them our first night in the kitchen after we returned from dinner.

Absolutely perfect location and a very welcoming unit. We were very impressed with the amount of extra toiletries available. Definitely planning on staying there again!

Savannah is our home away from home (Michigan). We’re there 3-4x per year. This stay may have spoiled us for ever staying outside downtown ever again! It was so convenient being close to where we always spend a majority of our time while visiting. The location was perfect and set-up was great for what we needed with three littles!

I stayed in this property for a bachelorette weekend with friends. We chose it based on price and location at the time. We loved the location, as we were able to walk to almost every destination we had in the city within 10 minutes. The space was clean and was actually larger than I expected based on the pictures in the listing. The large windows, hardwood floors, and exposed brick are really beautiful and make the space. I only have a couple small drawbacks: While the kitchen was full of cups, plates, baking sheets, toaster and coffee maker, there was no coffee. For the price and considering all of the other supplies provided, a small bag of coffee grounds would have been awesome to have. The other downside was the street noise, however, I read a previous review about this and came prepared with ear plugs which blocked out all of the outside noise. Would recommend bringing some with you, as the unit is on a busy street in the heart of Savannah and especially at night, there will be noise. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend based on location alone. Would be perfect for a small friend group or two couples.

The condo was in an excellent location for walking. The listing states that it has toiletries, but the soap is a small bar, so make sure you bring your own. The shower faucet in the main bathroom is loose and it is somewhat difficult to regulate the water temperature. The beds are so comfy that you don’t want to get out of them! As the listing states, it can be noisy at night but it did not bother us at all. Overall, it is a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Perfect location. Walkable to most things in the city. It can be a bit loud in the late evening so keep that in mind if noise is an issue for you. Very spacious and well appointed property. Very satisfied overall. There was an issue with check-in as the security door code was changed without a follow up from the host. Luckily we were able to get in that evening and speak to the host the next morning.

The apartment was a great place to stay, downtown was just a short walk away but there was also so much close by as well. We knew that it would be noisy reading the reviews and late at night early morning did get noisy but with all that being said we would recommend staying there and we would stay again as well. With that I would say the bathrooms could be a little cleaner in the the shower area.

I have been to Savannah many times and always stayed at a B&B. This was my first VRBO stay. It is in the heart of the action and very close to the City Market, but I personally prefer a quiet and more relaxing stay with a personal touch! It is in an old building and the elevator and hallways were dirty and smelled musty and moldy. Kinda felt like I was entering a crack house. I was not impressed. The unit was clean and but had a very strong scent of Fabuloso which was overwhelming. It lacked alot of personal touches when compared to other VRBO's.. no kleenex, Suave shampoo,(really), no coffee (complete bummer), towels were old, pillows were flat and smelled musty, no water(only $3.69 at Walgreens), no snacks! When you are staying in a walking town like Savannah having water in the fridge for your guests would have been a nice touch! We had to buy a 24 pack of water- it was $3.69 at Walgreens and we had carry it back 2 blocks - not fun! Beds have slight sags, chair in livingroom has broken springs, bathrooms could be updated. The noise from the street lasted until 3am on Saturday night and we had screaming and yelling in the hallways of the building and some drunk pulling on our door. We got Zero sleep - the one white noise machine in master bedroom did not work and bedroom in the front did not have one. Thank God I had ear plugs! There is very little room between the bed and the windows in both bedrooms which made it difficult to get in and out of bed and put you close to the window and the noise! I guess if you are young and want to party all night and personal touches are not necessary. This is the place for you.
