Carillon beach gulf front house with private walkover -- 2 miles to Rosemary beach and close to Alys & Seaside. Home interior 100% new in December 2016 - 2019! Completely new relocated kitchen with white quartz countertops, new cabinets and Kitchenaid appliances. Completely new pots pans plates glasses etc and we left the old as well for plenty of extras! All new 8" french oak wirebrushed floors on main level and upper level. Complete new paint on interior and 100% new furnishings. Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn etc. Finished like we wanted our own home to be! ***2 miles to Pier Park -- Coconut Telegraph provides the perfect setting in Carillon with nearly a mile of sugar white uncrowded beach and your own private beach lounges and umbrellas included for in season rentals. Forget the crowds but still be close to everything.

* Gulf Front - step from your deck onto the private walkover to the beach
* 3 neighborhood pools for guests to enjoy.
* 5 bedrooms including an incredible gulf front king master bedroom with its own 250 square foot covered deck as well as an additional main floor master with a shower and tub AND another 160SF deck looking over the front of the house. Please note that there are stairs to climb to reach the main floor. This house does not have an elevator.
* New kitchen with Kitchenaid appliances new cabinets with quartz counter-tops fully stocked with gourmet everything. Yes there is a Keurig here!
* Three Master Bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, with brand new king beds (one on each floor). Terrace level master was just completed at beginning of 2020 with spectacular finishes. Top level master has Tempur-Pedic mattress. This house has 4.5 bathrooms.

This house has a lot of great spaces and the community is beautiful. Each couple had their own bathroom, and the others shared the common bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets. The new charcoal grill was great. Being steps away from the beach was so worth it. The towels, chairs, and beach toys and gear are a nice amenity, too.

This is our 4th time at Coconut Telegraph! Have been twice with friends + their families and twice with our extended family (parents & sisters + kids) - Coconut Telegraph never disappoints! The location is top notch. On the beach, but also close walking distance to pool, park, sports courts and the Beach Cafe / Lake Powell Pizza. House has all the amenities. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking necessities & the large table makes for wonderful gatherings and great memories!

2024 is the 8th year that our family of 10 has spent a wonderful week at this house in Carillon Beach. From the fully equipped kitchen to the kid's favorite bunk room, it's just an amazing family house! Very comfy beds and updated bathrooms make this house so relaxing. Our family played on the beach, played bingo and Mah Jong almost every evening. We cook lots of meals and the kitchen is well set up for any of our family chef's. The ice machine makes it so convenient to fill coolers to take to the beach. Having the chairs right in front of the house is fabulous - especially for the kids who go back and forth a lot. Having stayed in the house for 8 years now, we can vouch for the fact that when we arrive, it is always clean and ready for us! Kathy and Ashley are a pleasure to work with and are always available for any questions. We will be back next year and hopefully for many years to come!

We love this house! Been going to Carllon Beach 20 years. Third time in this house, second with this owner. It was unanimous that this is probably the best set up for our family now that our kids are grown with their own kids. We are already looking to book next year!

Our family was blown away by Coconut Telegraph! It was perfect for our family: multiple king beds, large eating/lounging areas, stunning views, and a cozy community. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. We will be coming back (if it isn't already booked)!

Coconut Telegraph delivered it all! Gorgeous view, comfy beds, all the things for littles, well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor and perfect layout for my family. We all agreed it was even better than advertised. Would recommend to anyone and stay here again- longer next time!

The house was super nice. The location right on the beach was spectacular. Off season was nice to miss the crowds. We were lucky to have no rain and some days of sun (still chilly). Love the primary bedroom. Thanks for a fantastic place to stay.

This was the PERFECT house in the PERFECT location for our family vacation! The house is right on the beach and provided the needed convenience for vacationing with a toddler. The kitchen is THE most well-appointed rental house kitchen I've ever experienced. The community was so nice and clean; the pools were great as well. We rented a 6-seater golf cart for the week and that was fun. We loved being there in September when the crowds had subsided. It's so close to Rosemary and Alys beach...Great shopping and dining. We didn't want to leave!! And we hope to be back next year! Definitely would stay there again.

This house is perfectly located -- just steps from the beach. The inside is gorgeous -- especially the bathrooms! It had everything you needed. Perfect for a group of 8. Love that chairs and umbrellas are always set up on the beach. Had a wonderful week and the sunsets are amazing!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property and it never disappoints! The house is perfection with 3 king beds all with an en suite bath makes house sharing with extended family or friends so easy! Carillon Beach has quickly become our favorite family vacation spot. The neighborhood with extra activities for kids & a gated community is hard to find anywhere else. Coconut Telegraph is best of both worlds being ON the beach but very close to the pool pool & sports courts. The beach is wide and never too crowded. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of beach toys and extra beach chairs if needed, two refrigerators, ice machine (!!!), beach towels, and so much more. Management/Owner are very accommodating and great to work with. We look forward to coming back!

We are always looking for beautiful views and we found it here at Coconut Telegraph. We had a range of ages in the family and the home And area was perfect for our needs. The chairs set up each day with umbrellas were perfect but would suggest getting an cabana type of Shade tent to use closer to the water especially is kids are involved and doing sand and water activities. We have already made plans to return to the lovely home.

Property was beautiful as was the house. Met our high expectations in every way. Loved it so much we are thinking about buying property somewhere in the area. This is a very quiet neighborhood away from the crowds, if you want more action look to rent directly on Rosemary Beach which is only a quick drive away. We wanted peace and quiet with a short drive to action and this was absolutely perfect. We don’t have kids but the boat bedroom surprise would delight almost any child, super cool! Highly recommended in every way.

We have used Vrbo for many trips and this was by far the nicest most well stocked and taken care of home. The location and beach access was beautiful!! The kitchen was well stocked and felt like they have thought of everything to accommodate their guests. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Beautiful house in an excellent location! We rented the Coconut Telegraph house in Carillon to stay while attending a family wedding. The community is beautiful! And the house is so convenient! All the wedding events were held in the Carillon community within walking distance from the house. Other family members rented houses in the community so it was easy to walk and visit. The house sits directly on the beach with its own private walkway to the beach. Again, very convenient! Incredibly well-stocked kitchen. You don't need to bring anything but food and beverages. It does need at least one full-length mirror somewhere in the house. If you are getting dressed for an event there is no place to see what you look like. I would also bring an electrical strip for charging devices. There are very few in-site electrical outlets. Most are hidden behind furniture. Bottom line - we would definitely stay at Coconut Telegraph again!

Great place to stay, the location is excellent, very close to Rosemary Beach and all the other beach towns on the 30a. We loved being able to walk straight to the beach while also feeling safe and secure in the gated community. We did run into some dirty comforters/blankets but overall house was clean. Would stay again.

This is our second year staying in Carillon Beach and Coconut Telegraph was everything we wanted and more. The house itself is breathtaking. We never wanted to leave. Our family has vacationed at Carillon Beach for many years and Coconut Telegraph is by far the favorite vacation home. Well appointed with plenty of room for 8 adults and four grandchildren. Two washers and dryers, stand alone ice machine, and provided beach chairs and towels added to the convenience. Beautiful property!

This house worked out perfectly for our family vacation. The beach side master bed and bath is a dream come true. Close and convenient to restaurants & grocery, steps to the gulf! The view is perfect, the beach was perfect. The house has two sets of washer/dryers and has every kitchen need right there! Owner & manager were very responsive to questions. We hope to return soon to this beautiful neighborhood home.

We stayed at Coconut Telegraph for the week and loved it. My kids loved the bunk room with the boat loft space as well as the gaming area. CT has great decor and most importantly views of the ocean. It was a quick walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We made a lot of great memories and hope to make more in the future. Thanks!
