Great place with a nice view !

It was a great stay at the condo. The condo was very clean from the start. Kitchen had all the things you need even a coffee maker and toaster. The showers came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That was a plus for me. The view from main area is beautiful. And the neighborhood is such a beautiful area to walk around and drive. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment was just lovely with fantastic views in a quiet neighborhood. Ron had a guidebook for visitors that i would say is the most comprehensive one i've seen for guests. Would definitely stay again.

It's a great neighborhood. Condo was clean, secure, great view from top floor and very well kept. Second time I've stayed at this property in a different condo and I will stay again if travels bring me back and there is availability.

Beautiful && great location!
The property was beautiful in a lovely historic area with beautiful homes all around. Our view of the water was amazing and the kids and I loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the sun go down. It was so clean and maintained. We were so close to everything our family, stores, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops (for the kids), and attractions. Ron was so easy to reach and had a book all tabbed for the place and what was around and trouble shooting. It was quiet and such an amazing trip for us as a family. We definitely will stay here again && strong recommend for everyone! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

I am done with hotels in Tacoma. This was a great place, convenient location, clean and well kept.
I hate to leave such a glowing review, might make it harder for me to stay again. I’ll have to book early.

Tacoma is a tough town to navigate
We were delighted with the neighborhood. Scenic and welcoming. This property is very well maintained and my impression was of someone taking personal interest in the impression that a visitor would experience as they entered. Then many details reinforced that initial thought. If I ever visited Tacoma again I would make serious effort to stay here.

The Perfect Trifecta: Clean, Quiet & Comfortable!
I can’t say enough good things about this spacious condo and the super, attentive host (Ron). The place was immaculately clean and well-appointed with all the basic necessities; The location is convenient and close to anything and everything; The view from the balcony is beautiful; The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and safe; The master bed was incredibly comfortable; Covered parking was a blessing I didn’t know I would need (first time visiting Tacoma) . . . I could keep going but I’ll wrap this up by saying that I’ll be staying here again! Thanks so much Ron!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 nights while we visited our daughter who had recently moved to Portland from Seattle. It is a great property in a quiet, residential neighbor hood . A o cal grocery store (Thriftway) and several good restaurants and bars are close by.The two-bedroom condo was clean, well appointedointed, and easy to find. All the amenities (cable, wi-fi, etc) all worked perfectly. We arrived on Day #4 of our tour of our 4 national park, 3 city tour of the Pacific NW. As such we had to launder our clothes. The washer and dryer which were located in a closet of one of the bedrooms worked well and soap and fabric softener was provided.Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Portland much more than our previous visit to our daughter in Seattle which we found more expensive, congested, and dirtier. We plan to return in future. We would definite choose this property to rent again.

We stayed here for a family reunion with my brother and his wife. The condo is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Ron was so nice and let us check in early, and communication with him was so easy! The cost per night was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!!!!

nice condo
nice condo, a little cramped but met all of our needs. would strongly suggest adding a glass door to the jetted tub, almost impossible to use without water spraying onto the floor.

Perfect Tacoma Spot
It was very easy working with the property manager before and during our stay. The location cannot be beat with great restaurants/bars nearby, excellent activities all around, and of course the views of Commencement Bay! Thank you for a great visit.

Perfect getaway condo!
The condo was in a great location, clean, and the perfect space for two just trying to enjoy a weekend getaway in the PNW. The owner was very easy to correspond with and made sure we had everything we needed. He was super accommodating for us, in that we asked for an early check in because we were attending a wedding the night we arrived, and he made the arrangements to fit our schedule. He responds quickly to messages and has the condo stocked with all the essentials that you would need. Would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home in this comfy, cozy condo in a very charming neighborhood.-vintage houses and mansions and well manicured yards(with lots of beautiful blooms while we were there). We were enjoying the comfort of the condo so much, we scratched a few "to-do's" off of our bucket list just to spend extra time decompressing and unwinding and enjoying the view outside and the comfort of the condo. Instant heat and "realistic looking" fire from the touch of a button fireplace, jacuzzi tub in main bathroom for soaking. We were in Tacoma for a family reunion, and our cousin from Bremerton saw the condo and said that she should rent it for a "stay-cation" to come and relax in Tacoma...We didn't get the chance to explore the immediate area on foot, so I don't know how much was within 10 minutes walk. We only went around the block. This is a third story property...no wonder the view is so good. Oh, this property is as nice as the pictures show- modernized and recently remodeled. Owner was timely to respond to my email questions, and friendly! If/when we go back to Tacoma, we would totally love to stay there again. We enjoyed Chihuly's "glass bridge just a few miles from the condo. GPS wanted to take us precisely to the spot on the freeway where you look up and see the bridge. There is no exit there, and only emergency parking. If you want to walk the bridge, I recommend parking at the Tacoma museum of glass, or on the other side of the bridge near the US federal courthouse- which look beautiful from the outside(all that we saw) and has museums near by. It took us approximately 45 minutes to get to Seattle at 11:00am on a week day. It took us the better part of an hour to get from Seatac airport to the condo during Friday commute traffic.
