One of the Best Orange Beach has to offer! Rarely do you come across a first floor corner unit just steps away from the sugary white sandy beach. Awaken to breathtaking views of the sunrise over the ocean and perhaps catch a view of dolphins swimming in the rolling waves. Dolphin Key is a low density building having only 24 units with it's own private beach area.The property has a gulf front pool, dune walkover,covered parking,charcoal grills for your use. This is a perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation.The unit has been recently updated with class and comfort in mind.Beautiful new tile in the living areas and new flooring in the bedrooms,new living area furniture and all new bedding and linens await your arrival.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay.There is a wet bar with a new ice maker in the living area. This smoke free condo, has free WiFi, sleeps 8 comfortably with a King size bed in the master suit which has a sliding glass window to the balcony.The master bath has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms each have 2 full size beds in them.The living area has a comfy queen size sleeper sofa. This unit is Non smoking with no pets allowed, minimum age to rent 25 yrs old, strictly enforced. During the summer there is a minimum of 7 nights stay. Thai condo serves well for our family. It was my spouse and I, my mother who is in a wheelchair and my son and two friends of his. The only thing we had to do was move the beds down for my Mom so she could get to her bed and the bathroom easily. The view was good. We really liked it was a private beach and that you had to have a code to get to the beach. We like not having the big crowds like huge condos. The only thing we wish was if it had closer things for the kids to do within walking distance. Gulf Shores was the closest but luckily they were able to drive so they still had fun. Overall we really did enjoy our stay and Kim and Richard were fantastic hosts.

This is our second time staying at Dolphin Key. Beautiful condo right on the beach. Watched dolphins from the Patio every morning. The views are amazing. This was a perfect place for our family and definitely plan to stay here again. The hosts are wonderful to work with!! It was a great week❤️

We booked this condo last minute and had never been to Orange Beach before and had little idea of what to expect there. The condo unit is right on the beach as advertised and was great for easy access to the beach. The location in Orange Beach overall is pretty nice as well, walking distance down the beach to Flora-Bama for fun and just a few miles from the shopping centers for groceries and restaurants. Pros: The unit is well maintained, comfortable and very large. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Beds were extremely comfortable. The condo unit itself is smaller than some of the other high-rises around the area so it was easy to get in and out without a lot of traffic from other guests. Cons: It's not stated in the listing and this is only temporary (review posted March 2024) but there is a large condo building being constructed just down the beach from this condo and you'll have to contend with the sights and sounds of that construction. We didn't have much of an issue with it during our stay and would book the unit again knowing that the construction was taking place but just be aware that it will be something you can't miss when you arrive. The only other thing I'd list as a con is that this condo unit only has an outdoor pool, versus some of the other larger buildings we looked at had an indoor pool as well that is good for rainy/cool days. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this unit and would book it again.

Quick Fall Break Getaway. Condo was wonderful and had just about everything you would need. The space in the condo was pretty perfect. 3 bedrooms each with their own bath! That worked for us having and son and two daughters! You are so close to sand and ocean. You can sit on the couch and just watch the waves! I loved that we were so close. Just walk down one flight stairs and in less than 60 seconds your at the pool or on the beach! Condo was very clean, too! Low rise building, easy parking, easy to get out into the town! We hope to come back soon! Thank you for sharing your condo with our family!!

This is my 4th time staying here over the last decade, and it was just a great this trip as it has ever been. The condo is spacious and very clean. The private pool is great, and the view of the gulf from the balcony is perfect. Easy access to the beach. Overall, this is a great condo for families, and we plan to return.

We have stayed at this condo two years in a row. We have been going to OB for 11 years, and this condo is the best we have ever stayed in. Comfortable bedding, well-supplied kitchen, new full-sized washer and dryer, easy access to the beach, the condo and building are clean and well maintained, and the pool is clean and well kept. One of the best aspects of this condo is the parking. Both years we have stayed there is always plentiful parking. The owners respond quickly to requests.

For the second year in a row, our family had a lovely stay at this special property. It is spacious, well-appointed, and amazingly clean. The location makes getting out and about a breeze, and the beach area is so quiet--just the way we like it. Kim and Richard communicate before, during, and after the trip, and you can tell they truly want their guests to feel at home.

We loved staying at 1G in Dolphin Key and will be back! The property and unit are well maintained. The only minor things we found were that the pantry closet and one of the bedroom closets were locked, so storage room was on the short side. Some guests were not able to put up their hanging clothes and groceries were covering the counter space, just need to pack accordingly and limit hanging clothes. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Orange Beach East is an excellent property located in Orange Beach Alabama. The condo is located on the east end corner of the building with gorgeous views. The owners provided comprehensive details about the unit. Additionally, the communication between the owner and the guest was excellent. The unit has lovely decor and is fully equipped with anything you may need to make your stay enjoyable.
