About this house rental

This is a four bedroom, plus outside bedroom, four bath home on a private cul de sac in Montecito. The gated entry and completely enclosed yard make this property very private and the perfect home for a family with kids. Your kids will love being here, there is so much for them to do. Inside there are three bedrooms plus a large master bedroom with an ensuite. There is also a detached one room cottage with TV and mini refrigerator. This has a double bed.
The kitchen looks out onto the gardens and pool area.
The den is the most desirable room in this home. Always bright and centered right in the hub of everything. Double doors open up to the pool area and almost make you feel like you are outside. The den has a large 50" TV. The living room is very comfortable with gas fireplace, two large sofas and two large arm chairs. There are wood floors throughout and high beamed ceilings.

Beautiful Kitchen with fur cabinets and granite counter tops. Top of the line appliances. Everything you will need to feel right at home. Dining room and counter area off of kitchen. Two doors leading outside, one to the pool area and the other to the ping pong table and BBQ. Pool area has Table and chairs with umbrellas. Laundry Room has MayTag front loading washer and dryer, sink and lots of cabinets.

This was the perfect house for a girls getaway! Everything about the house was perfect. The location, the decor, the pool, the hot tub and the backyard was great to enjoy. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely home that is bigger than the photos make it look! Hot tub and heated pool were great amenities. Only thing, the beach is about a 17 minute walk from the house not a 9 minute walk. Would 10/10 stay here again.

This house was the perfect home-base for a 9 person friends weekend. The backyard has everything - swimming, basketball, ping pong, hot tub, and more. The living spaces are comfortable with ample seating. The beds and bathrooms were clean and cozy. 5 min walk to grocery and shops/restaurants, 10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful home, hope to stay here again soon!

Everything was wonderful. The house was great, the backyard and pool was spectacular. Super clean and impeccable location. It is one of the best homes we have ever stayed. Check in and communication was seamless. I would highly recommend this house. We are already trying to find another time to come. The kids were in hog heaven. Thank you for the great stay. Pete

A few things - we ran out of garbage bags last night. So need to refill those. The food from the previous renters was still in fridge - like containers of leftovers they had cooked. I talked to Dannya about it. So it’s still in there. Yesterday we got home and there was a dead rat in the pool. No big deal just FYI. Must have drowned Great house and the location was unbelievable. Thanks for bringing hangers over. There was about 3 in the whole house when we got there. Appreciate the promptness! Thanks again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Montecito. It was perfect for our two families - plenty of space both in the bedrooms and in the living areas. The backyard and front yard were amazing - pool was great, yard was large, basketball hoop was fun. The location was ideal with being able to walk to the nearby shopping center to grab coffee, food, and ice cream. We would stay here again without hesitation. Very grateful for such an amazing getaway!

Wonderful family home with pool, hot tub, basketball, ping pong, fire pit, and large lawn. Living room and family room have generous comfortable seating areas and the dining table seats 10. The kitchen is large and and had everything we needed to cook and make family meals. Very comfortable beds, very clean and well cared for home. We would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay while celebrating a wedding in Santa Barbara. Hosts made the entire process easy for us from booking through check out. Highly recommend this spot for its well appointment accommodations to its fantastic location - walking distance to Pavilions grocery store, numerous shops, and Montecito’s Coastal Village Road.

We were a group of 4 walking distance to everything we wanted. The pool and hot tub were kept perfectly and everyone used them even though it was cool November weather. Beds are very comfy. The great room was especially nice for night time TV.

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. We had 8 girls and could have had probably 3 more. The layout of the house was perfect for those of us that were early risers but didn’t want to wake the other girls. It was a quick walk to butterfly beach where we went to watch the sunrise each morning. The home had so many activities, I wish we would have carved out more time to enjoy the backyard! Check in and out was seemless. The host was very communicative. The power went out the last day we were there, and the host found out the reason for this within a few minutes and let us know what was going on. Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's house. The house, the garden, the pool, the other amenities, the location were all perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday! We were in town for our son's wedding and our family including our two young grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the house and all of its amenities. It is exactly as pictured and just to my taste, and our hosts were very helpful and immediately responded to any requests and/or questions that we had.

We had the most beautiful week at this Montecito Oasis. Could not have asked for a more responsive host in Julie. Our kids loved having an area to play baseball, basketball and swim at the house and having the beach so close was a dream. Thank you for an excellent stay with many wonderful memories for our family!!

The house and property are beautiful. Unfortunately there were issues with the cable connections during our stay which made connecting and doing work while there as well as watching my son's graduation from UCSB on Livestream more difficult. Otherwise the location and the house are lovely! The house is stocked with all the amenities you need and the outside space is wonderful.

The property was beautiful and perfect for our stay in Santa Barbara for our niece’s wedding. Eight of us stayed there and there was plenty of room. We also entertained our extended family there and the outdoor space can’t be beat. It was the perfect place to stay and I hope we can get back there soon. Can’t recommend enough.

Great backyard with lots of space to relax, walking distance to the main restaurants/shops in Montecito, and lots of open, comfortable space in the home for my friends and family to spend time together. This home is absolutely beautiful! The experience was second to none. Plenty of supplies available during your stay. The backyard is so relaxing and peaceful. We used all the outdoor patio furniture, the umbrellas, fire pit, ping pong table, and fire pit. A pleasant surprise around every corner. We even made friends with the resident backyard morning mallard ducks :) Thank for a wonderful stay! I’ll also add that it was a very simple check in check out process with great all the information you need for your stay. The information booklet was helpful also. Excessive owner communication has been a turn off at other homes I have stayed at in the past.

Lovely home spacious with beautiful grounds. Well appointed. We spent our time enjoying backyard pool hot tub and gardens. Kitchen was perfect for preparing family meals. Very safe neighborhood only slight issue was road noise only because I’m not used to any noise. Not really noticeable from living space just master and outdoor area.

As others have stated this home is simply wonderful, and a great place for a family get together. Our family of 6 adults and 3 grandkids had just so much fun, and Julie and Craig were awesome hosts. A big windstorm came in during our stay and knocked the power out overnight. Not to be inconvenienced we played card games under candles and flashlights, and the next morning Julie and Craig came over to manually open the gates and help clean up. We do a family reunion every couple of years and this home was simply PERFECT! Couldn't keep the grandkids out of the pool during the day, and then adult time in the hot tub during the evenings was precious. Thanks so much to our hosts for a fantastic experience!!!!!

Minutes from the freeway and stores, this amazing property felt like an oasis with a great backyard for the kids to play ping pong, soccer, swim and a cute little cottage for them to make their own. The pool was heated so they could swim at night while we sat by the fire and grilled it up. Would definitely stay here again.

While the home is lovely with plenty of space to spread out, the back yard is the key feature of the property. The setting is spectacular with something for all ages. 3 generations of our family enjoyed a week of relaxation hopping between the pool and the spa, walking downtown for coffee, shopping, dining etc.. If you like to get out and walk/hike, this is the place. Lots of hiking trailheads within a short drive or you could walk to Stearns Wharf/State Street if you're into more urban hiking. We would definitely go back!

Loved the property and our time there. Only thing I would like to see improved is light in the living room. It's really dark and those spots on the beams are low powered and some are burnt out.

This is truly a lovely property. Perfect for relaxing and quality family time. Comfortable furnishings, very well stocked kitchen, fabulous back yard. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every bit of it.
