One of Folly's Best! This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is the perfect relaxation retreat! From the comfortable beds to the stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counter tops to the relaxing daybed swing on the private balcony everything is top notch. The views from this 2nd floor condo are awe-inspiring from sun up till sun down. Watch the dolphins play in the waves throughout the day and the beautiful lights twinkle on the pier at night. This property is sure to make your vacation extra-memorable! Your two private parking spaces are only a few steps away from the conveniently located elevator that takes you directly to your front door. Here you are only a half block away from the fun and funky downtown Folly area. You are close enough to soak in the best of Folly! 2 Perfect allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. We loved our short vacation at this wonderful condo. The only thing I did not like was that even though there was no one checking out on the day we arrived, we could not check in a little early (1 hour) without paying $114. Also, if you are not out by 10 am you will have to pay $114 as well. Even if no one is checking in that day. I checked. The condo was well stocked and adorable and very clean. We loved it!! I live in Charleston and I love to vacation at Folly.

My family and I stayed here five nights this January. We loved it! The living room sofa was the perfect place to relax and catch up on the family. The balcony was wonderful and the girls loved the swing. So close to the Main Street in Folly Beach and right on the beach. Location was great! Only small minus had to do with the TV in the third bedroom - it had a parental control PIN on many of the channels. I called the rental company but the issue was never addressed. This was no biggie just a minor irritant. Overall, we would definitely come back!

Great location, very warm home like feeling the moment you arrive. The view is a million dollar one as are the naps on the balcony. The ease to visit the shops and restaurants could not be easier and Bert’s is a stone throw away. We can’t wait to come back ! Highly recommend staying at Perfect 2 ❤️

The condo was clean, available for us when we arrived. Access was super easy and convenient with a code as we got in late at night. We enjoyed the ocean waves crashing and the sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for coffee and supplies that we bought at the grocery store, the location was in walking distance of everything you needed on the beach and off. It was a wonderful time spent for eight days at Folly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

First time to Folly Beach. Quick 2-night stay to peruse the area for potential longer stay in Fall or Spring. Condo was perfect for this: clean, updated, location within walking distance of casual eats and coffee. Everyone in town and on beach on good behavior. Beautiful condo, with a wide balcony overlooking the beach. Right beside the pier, and only five quick minutes by foot to restaurants, shops, & stores. The condo was super clean, just like advertised, and well appointed. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect. We walked to dinner every night and couldn’t be closer to the pier and beach access if we tried. It is superior. We loved the balcony the most and being able to enjoy the beach any time of day we wanted. I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately we had extensive construction in the floor above us for about 10 hrs a day on Monday and Tuesday of our stay. We had no issues during the weekend, but during the week days it was very unpleasant especially with a child who needed naps during the day. We were not aware this would be an issue and it was quite disappointing. Hopefully it will be finished soon for future guests.

This is the first time I haven’t given a VRBO a 5/5 review. Our stay was ruined by a complete lack of communication. Our VRBO had no water for almost 2 days. We were told early on day one not all the condos in the building were without water and a plumber was on his way to fix the units without water. We contacted the rental company multiple times to get a status update but received no response until we checked out 3 days after our initial and only contact. We were told by the rental company contact that the managers of the complex decided they weren’t going to bring a plumber to fix the water from the beginning so there was nothing the rental company could do. This information should have been shared with us on day one that we were without water instead of waiting until after we left. We received no contact from the rental company, no offer of water throughout, or any concern for the situation we were in. It was an expensive trip completely ruined with no offer at any point to help us or compensate us. I would not recommend this VRBO or any VRBO represented by Folley’s Best Rentals.

The property and location were great for our girls’ trip. Beach access and being walking distance to the downtown area was a big plus. One suggestion considering that it is a beach rental would be providing beach towels. The rental itself was very clean with plenty of room.

We stayed here with our 1.5 year old. Very clean place, great layout, and couldn’t be in a better location! The pier (right next door) is supposed to be done in the beginning of 2023. Until then, construction starts at 7am and ends around 5ish so you’ll hear the construction noise… but our toddler loved it and it was fun to watch! This place is also in walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. We’ll be back next year!

Great location, directly on beach, roomy and has a awesome balcony for hanging out on. Absolutely prime location. Slightly dated in some aspects, think kitchen appliances, tvs, pans, and bathrooms/showers but by no means a negative takeaway from overall experience. We will definitely rent again!

This is a great place to stay ! Beautiful decorated! Great location !! Pet Friendly !! Loved the deck with that awesome swing could have just sat there all day !! Kids enjoyed watching the dolphins !!! We enjoyed our stay so much and will be back !!! Thanks for a great weekend !!!
