This home sits on a beautiful lot on False River in Oscar, LA. The house is located on what is known as "Million Dollar Row", which hosts some of the most beautiful houses on the river. Sitting in a prime location gives guests easy access to all the amenities and attractions the area has to offer. The house is two stories and has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom features floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views of the river. The master bathroom has a large stained glass window which provides a great atmosphere for soaking in the Jacuzzi Tub. There is also a walk-in shower and dressing room in this bathroom. The three additional bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. Each bedroom offers a full bathroom to ensure privacy for your guests. There is a spacious laundry and living room on the first floor as well.

On the second floor, guests can find a great living room which is perfect for entertaining, and there is a brick fireplace to keep warm on cool nights. The dining room has an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors which run throughout the kitchen and living room. Floor to ceiling windows allow for spectacular views of the property and lake. The kitchen features a brick with mosaic tiling that houses the oven unit, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. A large wooden island sits in the center of this unique kitchen.

Outside guests will find a large pier including several covered areas for entertaining. The pier is equipped with 2 boat lifts and plenty of storage.

We spent the weekend at the house are prepared for the LSU game. The house was amazing, and the hosts fantastic. If you need a place to take in the Louisiana sun look no further than this gem.

My group of high school girlfriends had a ball here. There was plenty of room to spread out and large areas to congregate. Enjoyed playing pickleball at night with outdoor lighting, putt putt golf and soaking in the infinity pool. Great pier with swings to sit out and soak up the river view. We would definitely stay here again!

Wish we had known the boat launch on was the other side of the lake and also that the boat slips were both occupied, securing our boats in the wind was difficult. Other than that our stay was very nice !!! Thank you !!!

We rented this property for a family getaway for Christmas. The views were spectacular and the amenities were wonderful. We relaxed in the heated pool while enjoying the scenery and fished with our boys during our stay. The home is close to various food places and Walmart is right up the road if you need anything. Interactions with the owners were great. Jeanne was helpful anytime we had a question. We hope to stay here again soon! You won’t be disappointed in this rental!

Pics do not do the property justice. Large spacious house allowed for all 10 of us to spread and enjoy our own time while still being together. Screened porch was great for evening conversations. Pool and fire pit were very enjoyable!!

We LOVED this property and will definitely be returning! The hosts were very nice and personable. Knowing that our stay was for accommodating us and some of our Out of Town guest for Our wedding, they left a personalized card, Champagne and wine, congratulating us on our union. All of our guest are wanting to go back as well. The home is very clean and has EVERYTHING that you will need to make your stay enjoyable.

This home is absolutely beautiful with details that yell this is the owners personal vacation spot. Tons of extras left "just in case". The property was fantastic! The house comfortable slept all my children and friends. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for our crew. The front porch has a great view overlooking the lake with a nice gas grill where we grilled steaks. my grandkids loved the slide and the aqua lily pad! Our family made some wonderful memories on the lake and really enjoyed the house!

We brought ten high school coaches from Memphis to the False River property. It is a beautiful setting and the balcony overlooking the river is amazing. Very clean and spacious with a kitchen excellent for cooking and entertaining. We will definitely be back!

This property was lovely, clean and perfect size for our family! We love the amenities such as the dock, large yard, basketball court, plenty of sleeping space and nice comfortable home. However, if there were any draw backs it was that we would have preferred less personal items from the home owners left behind.. It's always nice to walk into a rental space as when entering a hotel room. Where you can put in your own items and they don't get lost in the shuffle of it all! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

This property is so much more than what you see in the pictures. It is a 5 star very unique property. The kitchen is stocked with the very best kitchen cooking utensils. We could not have asked for a better place to have our gathering of 12 ladies who graduated from high school together in 1966! What a well appointed home. Beautifully decorated and a great setting for sitting outside in the fantastic weather we had for the weekend. Owner was gracious about replying to any questions I had. With the stunning views of the river, you could spend an eternity relaxing on the big covered porch. The house had plenty of places where my family could gather for visiting and games. We played dominoes and cards in both living areas. If there was a game we forgot to bring, they had it. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots, pans and utensils. We arrived to find a complimentary bag of coffee and bottle of wine on the kitchen island - which was the biggest kitchen island we had ever seen! The upstairs areas and the master bedroom were elegantly and comfortably decorated. There are things about the house I had not expected. For example, there is no front door- you have to enter through the garage, or go around to the back of the house to unload. Once inside the house, your groceries and luggage go upstairs. Just keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs as a couple of my guests did. Also, the Mother-in-Law suite is only accessible through the garage or outside. This worked out well for my daughter and her baby as it provided a quieter sleeping environment. The problems we had with a difficult door and slow sink were quickly and cheerfully rectified after notifying Jeanne. The repairmen came within an hour for the sink issue and I know I don't find service that fast at home! The air conditioner and heater and hot water heaters kept up with our ladies needs very well. It was a wonderful weekend and I look forward to a time when we can return to this jewel.

This home is absolutely perfect! We stayed the week of New Years and had a very relaxing time. The home had everything we wanted, top notch cook wear, comfy beds and furniture, high end decor, beautiful views of False River. There was plenty of space inside and out for our kids to play. There was a sweet welcome basket on arrival that included wine and coffee! Jeanne, the property manager was absolutely fantastic! She quickly answered any questions that we had and was so pleasant! We have already recommended this rental to friends and family.

This vacation home has it all. Spacious, custom built and extremely functional with plenty of sleep space (real beds) for everyone. We had a great time hanging out in the great room and cooking in a real South Louisiana chef's kitchen that has everything you could need, all with great views of False River. Also spent some great evenings on the spacious boat dock with plenty of seating. Perfect trip - perfect place. Thanks!

We had a fabulous long weekend here! It was the perfect location for our girls trip. We rented a pontoon boat one day and had a great time the other days relaxing out on the dock and swimming. I can’t wait to plan my next trip back!
