No pillowcases on one double bed. Only one washcloth. Lamps and coffee pot needed dusted. Otherwise basically ok.

Checking in to the hotel was easy and processed quickly. Once we arrived to the room one of our key cards didn’t work, the room was out dated, the bathroom was not cleaned to my satisfaction, the shower curtain was d Disgustingly dirty.

During our stay, we found the employees to be polite however, the cleanliness of the facilities was severely lacking. The pool area was never cleaned, and there were never any towels available for our family of five. When we requested the pool area to be cleaned, the process was haphazard and nothing was actually cleaned properly. The pool water was dirty and the bathroom near the pool was in dire need of a deep cleaning. Additionally, rooms that had been checked out of were not cleaned and the doors were left open for other guests to see. The overall lack of sanitation is alarming. My entire family fell ill, likely due to the poor hygiene standards. The manager needs to conduct a thorough walk-through of the premises instead of just sitting at the desk on his phone. I took the time to observe the situation before writing this review because I understand the impact that reviews can have on a business. I want other parents to be aware that this hotel is not suitable for families with children, given the unsanitary conditions.

We were unable to stay in the hotel due to the condition. The first room we were given keys to was occupied. The second room had black mold on the ceiling and bathroom. The third and final room had dirty bed sheets where a used toothpick was found in a made bed.

Our stay was good. However, the bathtub was very slippery, and my wife almost slipped when stepping into the tub to take a shower. How about placing some safety mats in the tubs and have them checked regularly. The rooms could be upgraded to include charging stations for electronics. Also, how about upgrading the interaction of each guest with onscreen announcements about their stay such as their bill, checkout time, etc. Include HBO and other channels for movies.

The facility checked us in without telling us the hot water was broke and had been for almost a week prior to us checking in. Absolutely absurd! Bed was terrible and no warm shower. Definitely deserve a refund!

Had what could have been a conjoined room. Guess the walls are thin there as we could hear the family staying there very well. Otherwise, clean room and comfy beds. And great breakfast!

I had booked a 2 night stay. I had to return home a day early due to an emergency. Someone from the hotel called me at 11:36 that night wanting to know if I was staying in the room. I paid for the room and whether I was in in or not was my concern and not the hotel. I had some questions such as do they call everyone that time of night to see if they are in their room. No one at the hotel would answer my call. That had to be the rudest, most inconsiderate thing I have ever encountered at a hotel. I will definitely not be back and advise anyone else considering staying there to think twice unless you like being woke up in the middle of the night.

The first room they assigned us was unlocked And you can tell that someone laid in the bed the room was not clean and the was a bottle of hand lotion on the floor. When we asked for a clean room the Latin duty was on trained on professional and just rude. And told us that she couldn’t move us because she didn’t know and was not trained to switch rooms She moved us finally to another room was clean. The problem is that the staff is not trained. Also they make a copy of your drivers licenses and keep it on file which in today’s world is a risky thing to do. Especially when they already have all your information, I would not recommend staying here unless you have no choice I was told the best Western in Saint Francisville was a lot nicer..

The reception staff is very welcoming and they always say hello/goodby! We always felt safe in the hotel and the parking lot. The breakfast staff was very neat and happy. The food area was very clean and the food was good. The room rate was a bargain!

Very convenient for event we were there for but unfortunately the room had a smell to it. Trash on the floor bedding looked wrinkled as if bed was just made instead of freshly washed.

Everything was good. We enjoyed the breakfast, the lady who works to bring the food out was charming and very friendly. I had a little trouble with the thermostat though. Nice and quiet with excellent staff.

Something happened to half the power in our room when we first got up. We had one light by the door and air only. I went to the front desk at 7:30 and she said you are bout to leave right. I then told her after we shower and get dressed. She said I will see what I can do. She told me is was probably a fuse. We left at 10 and nothing was done .

Toilet was loose and housekeeper said she had been reporting it for two weeks with no result. Tub floor was very slippery. Property should consider placing NON-SLIP strips on the floor of the tub.

Employees were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Also, a great Mexican food restaurant is right next door. We went to St. Francisville, which wasn't very far, so location was good.

When we tried to check-in at 8:30PM we were first told we didn’t have rooms and then told there was an issue with house-keeping and it would be 30-45 minutes before our rooms would be ready. So we went next door the Mexican restaurant to eat then came back to check-in and we still didn’t have rooms at 10:30PM. Finally after about 15-20 minutes they found 3 rooms for us. They charged us triple for what the rooms were because one of the cards “declined” but was removed from the card and we received 2 receipts for the same room. It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a Best Western and would never stay there again. We did not have breakfast even though it said breakfast was included and the cereal they did have out was stale and old. We are still waiting for corporate to give us a call about refunding the extra charges.
