As fotos me enganou, pra chegar no local passa por uma obra na rua o que deixa ainda pior, o acesso ao predio ja decepciona, creio ter uns 20 apto por andar, o apto abafado. Tentamos cancelar mas nao conseguimos, a proprietaria atende rapido e nos deu a opçao de outro local, um studio menor ainda mas aceitavel e foi que fizemos .

La cama era cómoda y tenían shampoo, bálsamo y jabón en el baño

Fila en el ascensor para subir a piso 25, losa sucia, sin hervidor ni tetera, hediondo a cigarro, sábanas manchadas, sector peligroso, con alargador se les debía dar energía a las lámparas de velador, etc.

Estadía sin poder entrar a la pieza.

No pude ingresar al alojamiento porque no abría la cerradura. Tuve ayuda del personal de recepción pero fue en bano. Incluso llama al propietario quien no ofrece solución por lo cual me retiro del lugar al no poder ingresar.

Luego de quedar sin alojamiento en una ciudad complicada a las 22h con mi familia y un niño ,literal en la calle tengo q soportar el atrevimiento por mensaje llamándome ladrona y otros improperios q no eran los adecuados, pidiendo paciencia cuando tiene cero eficiencia siendo una cerradura algo muy común y en este caso las llaves no abrían el local. Un desastre. Momento de total desconsideración con el cliente. Encima pretende cobrar la estadía completa. Desastroso el trato.

It had all I needed. Mini markets around the corner, and an amazing Peruvian restaurant, Inagi, it was sooooo good!

As a solo traveler, I did not feel too safe walking the neighborhood at dusk. The building though was very safe.

Be careful here! Avoid this unit.

Kitchen and bathroom had been renovated.

Bad end of town. Taxi driver told us it is very unsafe here, to be very careful.Very high rise residential block, full of immigrants and all night noisy drug parties. Description of unit was not honest. Photo of lovely white embossed bed linen, turned out to be thin, very old pattern sheets, with 5-6 long black hairs inside the bed.Sheets may not have been washed! Some worn out bobbled blanket had cigarette burn holes on it! Have no idea how it was rated a 9, unless other owners gave a rating to each other's unit. Seemed there are several units in this block, all getting a 9!!! Worst place I have stayed. I felt very unsafe. Said it had a terrace, no terrace. Said it had a safety deposit box. ...no. Door lock flimsy, no dead bolt. Saucepans burnt inside. Bedside lights no connected. Hot but no A/C and no fan. Hotplates not working. The only reason to get an apartment, rather than a hotel room, is to use cooker... I moved out after 1 night, paid for 5 nights. Owner refused to refund me, even though 19% was City Tax. Booking.com should check these details and make sure the description is truthful and verified. This is by far the worst property I have ever stayed in.

Nice appartement

It was a nice appartement with everything you need.

We arrived by bus in the morning around 6am. They told us we could check-in at 15pm which was already quite late. But when we arrived the appartement was not ready and in the end we could enter the appartement at 17pm which was quite late. Especially if your already walking through the city from 6am

The apartment was well furnished, very comfortable and located in the center near to everything. The host is very kind and helpful.

Bad

Close enough to the city centre to walk

Check in was a nightmare. I informed in advance that we would arrive late but received only short instruction that keys to be collected at the reception. The reception turned out to be a security guy that had no idea about the key he should give us. Long telephone call between the security guy and the owner cost me around 10dollars but finally we got the keys. When were already in bed trying to fall asleep (what wasn't easy due to noise coming from people partying in nearby apartment) something unbelievable for me happened. The owner came to collect the money! Half past midnight! Without any previous notice via booking.com or during the call we had had 1h before. Regards the noise. Both evenings and nights we struggled to fall asleep as the music and people shouting was unbearable. This is a 30 floors block of apartments, kind of U-shaped. The flat has windows coming out into the internal part of "u" so one loud party is enough for everyone be deprived of any peace. The flat is announced as having double bed and sofa and I booked it for 3. We ended up sleeping with our daughter as the sofa was completely worn out and unfit to even sit on it. Kitchen utensils, bathroom, wardrobe shelves were dirty. As never thoroughly checked when the previous guests left. The were cockroaches. We found 2 dead in the middle of the living room when we entered and managed to kill another ones later.

Very nice experience!

Everything was perfectly organized! The location was wonderful, right next to the center of Santiago. Ana is an amazing hostess, very helpful on letting us know all the information needed! The room has everything that we needed, comfortable bed, a beautiful kitchen and everything was clean! Very good WIFI connection, as well!

We would have appreciated more information PRIOR to our arrival, number of the room, floor etc...
