The room was clean and comfortable, and it was close to so much, over all I would highly recommend
From our room, we heard the loudness in the late evening from the bar and cafe on the floor below.

El baño hermoso y la habitación muy comoda
Mala atención a la habitación no especifican en su oferta los horarios o los días en que no atienden a la habitación o que el bar no abrirá

The front desk staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help us solve a couple of problems with a tour and helped us out with tickets to a football match. Always friendly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
We had no issues.

We stayed at this hotel twice, once upon arriving in Santiago and then again when we returned from Buenos Aires. This is a really great hotel in a great location.
Our room (same one each time) was spacious and comfortable and had a nice deck for enjoying scenic views of the Andes and a park. It also had a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, an armoire with a safe, a fridge and espresso machine. There were USB ports for charging electronics, very helpful since Chile uses 220V.
The breakfast was great! Lots of variety, fresh OJ, coffee (a little weak), fresh breads, yogurt with nuts and dried fruit, eggs, meats and cheese. It was always well stocked.
There is an upstairs rooftop bar/restaurant and we enjoyed a dinner and several lunches there. Good food, good drinks and a great view. It does get crowded after 5 with, I think, the after work crowd. Very friendly staff.
The hotel will arrange tours for you. Be sure to check out the area, there are some great restaurants and, in the evenings, there are street vendors selling just about everything. The Plaza de Armas is a great shopping area with retail and street vendors. You can catch the hop on/hop off bus here.
If you are on the top floors, the noise from the rooftop bar can be a bit much at times.

Great location. Short walk to the old centre of the city. Lastarria is a great neighbourhood, short walk to food, supermarkets etc. The hotel itself is nice, and breakfast was good. The staff are super friendly, speaking both english and spanish, and helped arrange a transfer to the airport when we checked out. The staff always looked after us, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
The rooftop bar is nice. We went up for a few drinks after a big day out. The food is a little bit pricey for what it is,but I guess your paying to be on the rooftop bar.
The only other comment I have was re coffee pods in the room. On arrival we were told we would be charged for anything out of the mini bar (of course), but the coffee was free (Ill point out at this stage not a language mix up, as my wife speaks fluent spanish). So we made ourselves a little cup of pod coffee every morning. On checking out (after a week) we were charged for these pods and that left a bitter taste.

This hotel is in a good location as far as restaurants at your door step, but it has a restaurant/bar on the 8th floor. There is no sound proofing in the stair wells so all the noise from the bar, the patrons arriving and leaving, and every room door that shuts you hear in the rooms.
Noise level is terrible until 1am if the restaurant/bar is open.

Super Clean. Modern and fresh. Great service. Able to buy a bottle of wine at front desk. Great breakfast. Staff watches over front door diligently. Only issue was the feel of the neighborhood after dark. It seemed unsafe because of all the gated stores and graffiti. It turned out to be fine and vibrant during the day. Not the fault of this property. As a new visitor to Santiago who made the reservation at the last minute, this turned out to be an excellent hotel and I would stay there again if I visit Santiago.
Surrounding neighborhood had a rough appearance after dark. But a few blocks away I found a vibrant, safe street of restaurants. The staff helped direct me there.

great location and staff were very nice
things felt a little old and in a state of disrepair.

location, large room, clean, well maintained
The extra charges for just about anything you asked for or used. Coffee in the room cost extra! We asked for two clean towels and were charged 30,000 pesos as we checked out. I never stayed in a hotel that charged for coffee in the room or towels.

This boutique hotel had 8 floors, which included a roof top bar and restaurant. Each floor had only 4 very spacious rooms, breakfast was served every morning, and the location was within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas and Santa Lucia Hill. We felt safe in this neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores to purchase bottled water, etc. Lunch was also available.

black out screen allows for total darkness, very comfortable bed, flexible check out time
