Ótimo Custo x Benefício para ficar no Centro.

Excelente localização. Excelente Café da Manhã. Cortesia de todos os funcionários o tempo todo. Destacamos o jovem Nicolas sempre solicito em nos ajudar. Hotel confortável e que permite acesso a diversos locais que se deseje ir seja a pé ou de Metro. Rua agradável com diversas opções de restaurantes e vida noturna.

Nada nos incomodou. Ótima estadia.

Great stay in Santiago

In the middle of a touristic area. Roof top restaurant and many more restaurants and shops in the area. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Very quiet, large room. The hotel is a great option when in Santiago.

Excellent base for exploring Lastarria

The hotel is in the heart of Lastarria with bars, restaurants (including the excellent Mulato which I visited three times), cafes and more just steps away or within a comfortable walking distance. However, noise was not an issue. The room was well appointed room with the usual amenities that would be expected including a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Ample breakfast that was consistent with what you would find in other hotels across South America (fruit, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, an assortment of cakes and pastries, cereal and eggs made to order). Hotel offers a water refilling station and tea/coffee during the day, always a very welcome touch. Pleasant and helpful staff helped to arrange airport transfers. I would happily have stayed here on my return to Santiago from Punta Arenas but unfortunately there was no availability. Would highly recommend.

Wouldn’t book again.

Great location and nice rooms

The staff were not good, when asked if they’d recommend anything in the area to do, we got one word in return “museums”. Our shower was broken and we didn’t even get an apology. Upon checkout, we were given the wrong bill and weren’t asked how our stay was. The entire hotel has a corporate, tired feel. The bread at breakfast was stale. I think you can get better for your money.

The staff were professional and exceptionally helpful. The room was quiet and dark.

Rooms could have brighter lights. Tea in the room would have been nice.

Perfect hotel for being in the middle of Santiago’s historic neighborhoods and quaint cafes and restaurants.

Very close to action. Hotel is quiet and close to Santiago’s most historic and lively neighborhood. Room was spacious and well designed with large window. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant and pool area is great for watching spectacular Santiago sunrises and sunsets over Andes.

Pool area needs lounger chairs. Pool had no seating.

Great hotel in an excellent location with friendly and helpful staff

The mattress was old and the breakfast, while not bad, was not as shown on the photos. Only one of the 2 treadmills in the gym worked.

really nice option to stay confortably in a lively neighborhood.

The room is spacious and the bed is very big and confortable. They even left a complementary wine bottle for us, which I thought was a nice gesture. Room service was fast. The location is in the heart of lastarria next to great restaurants and bakeries however the room was still very peacefull.

The lights in the bedroom were a bit confusing. The breakfast could be improved specially the pastries and the coffee. To check out there was only one staff and 3 guests queing.

Nice, comfortable hotel in a perfect location

The location was the best in the city, the room was large and comfortable and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was also great.

The wifi wasn't consistent and both my wife and I had to keep re-logging in several times a day which got to be a bit annoying but that's not a big deal.

I would choose this hotel as my number one in Santiago.

Everything, as expressed above the room, cleanliness, location were all superb, but the attention that the STAFF paid to me was outstanding!

That the restaurant closed at 20:00. The food was SO GOOD!

A fantastic place to stay, great service and a perfect location.

A beautiful hotel in a great location with lots of good restaurants around.

Only the rather strong scent the hotel used was slightly disturbing but I guess it is a local habit. Don’t recommend the hotel for people with sensitivity for perfumes.

Our stay in Cumbres Lastarria was GREAT!

Location in Lastarria street is fantastic if you want to visit the centre of the city. Breakfast is above the average of every other hotel we stayed in Chile. Staff is extraordinary!

The bed was huge which is great and maybe a little too soft, but that's something subjective. If the pool was heated we could have taken a little swim in April
