Très bien profitez de cet hôtel en toute confiance.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, tout peut se faire à pied. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel aidant et sympathique. Restaurant bien , prix très correct.

Bueno en cuanto a precio/calidad

Buen desayuno, pese a que el estacionamiento estaba lejos, personal del hotel trasladaba el auto del hotel al estacionamiento y viceversa.

Los baños de las habitaciones muy viejos y necesitan una mantención o pintura. En las camas mejoraría la ropa de cama.

Comfort in centrum Santiago

Het personeel is erg attent, de locatie is super centraal, de kamer is ruim, het gebouw is ruim opgezet. Het ontbijt is goed.

De kamers zijn wat verouderd en laten hier en daar wat slijtage zien waardoor prijs /kwaliteit verhouding onder druk staat. In onze kamer was er veel geluid van de airco units buiten op het dak. Ontbijt had geen dienbladen waardoor je vaak heen en weer moet. En het kon iets uitgebreider maar was goed.

Tranquila, voltaria mais vezes.

Foi uma estadia tranquila, fácil a acesso aos pontos necessários, quarto amplo e super lindo, sempre com serviço de limpeza sem ser necessário pedir, ganhamos um voucher de um drink do restaurante ok. :) Nada a reclamar. Voltarei mais vezes.

THE HOTEL ITS A OLD PROPERTY, BEDS ARE PRETTY OLD AND NOT MUCH COMFORTABLE. LIMITED AMMENITIES AT THE ROOM, NOT BASIC SERVICES LIKE LOUNDRY SERVICES.

A pricey outdated hotel and better to avoid.

Convention centre and gala dinner hosting area is very nicely decorated. The hotel location is in a very noisy busy area but centrally located.

This property, labeled as a 4-star hotel, is severely outdated and falls far short of that standard. The rooms are stuck in the past with old-fashioned furniture, poorly renovated bathrooms, and outdated fixtures. Adding to the discomfort, there are no windows, forcing guests to endure 10 days in a stagnant environment without fresh air. Despite informing the property about my allergy to dust and house mites, the room was still dusty, especially on the furniture and upper portion of the headrest. I had to rely on antihistamine tablets throughout my stay because the lack of fresh air and the presence of dust aggravated my allergies. The breakfast option is very poor, limited and repetitive for 10 days, finally, I was taking breakfast outside.

Mauvais séjour et très mal accueillis

La déco

Le personnel était très hautain (sauf les hommes de l’accueil au rez-de-chaussée). Mais les femmes à la réception ont l’air d’être là pour discuter plutôt que pour travailler et nous aider en cas de besoin. Les lits sont inconfortables. Nous avons eu une chambre sans fenêtre, la Clim ne fonctionnait pas et pourtant nous payons le prix fort. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Muito boa a experiência, tudo limpo, café da manhã bem gostoso, excelente localização.

Limpeza no geral muito boa, mas cama excelente, lençóis limpos e cheirosos e travesseiros muito confortáveis.

Acredito que seja um tipo de chuveiro em comum no Chile, porém quem é mais alto sofre pra tomar banho pois a cabeça quase bate no chuveiro.

Boa e fiquei feliz .

Perto de tudo no centro e o café da manhã é muito bom!

Quarto sem ar-condicionado individual assim fica tudo na mesma temperatura que pra mim é quente em torno de 24 graus e não tem como abaixar . E o hotel tem cheiro forte porque é um hotel velho mais dentro do quarto não tem cheiro.

NO HOSPEDARSE EN EL CENTRO

Excelente y variado desayuno. Camas muy cómodas, habitación amplia y limpia. Personal amable y preocupado por nuestra seguridad

La ubicación definitivamente fue lo peor. Los alrededores están muy sucios, llenos de grafitis y con olor a orina. Después del cierre de las oficinas la zona no se siente segura, muy sola. La piscina y área del bar cerro por reparaciones justo el día después de llegar, pero el hotel no nos avisó de esto. De saberlo, habríamos cancelado la reserva, pues la piscina fue uno de los servicios por los que seleccionamos este alojamiento.

La atención del personal era excelente, además que la habitación era sumamente confortable. Realmente superó nuestras expectativas!

- Quarto com banho muito gostoso (ducha com bastante água, que alterna entre frio e quente com muita rapidez) - Cama King bem confortável - Armários em boa quantidade - Funcionários educados (principalmente a recepcionista Moira, que além de falar 3 idiomas e isso facilitar a nossa vida, nos atendeu todas as vezes que precisamos com muita cordialidade e empatia) - Emprestam ferro de passar roupa - Tem um destilado por pessoa, de cortesia

- Carpete nos quartos - Quartos com janelas de vidro que não abrem - Os vidros das janelas estavam tão sujos que quase não era possível enxergar do lado de fora - Quarto muito escuro mesmo (não tem lampadas no teto, apenas abajur) - Frigobar não gela (potência muito fraca) - Café da manhã não muda NADA, nenhum dia (mesmos sabores de suco, mesmos tipos de pães, mesmo TUDO) - Café da manhã com pouca diversidade - Piscina com água turva todos os dias (e não era pelo excesso de utilização, pois em quase todos os dias tinha pouco movimento) - Restaurante do hotel é muito caro - A pior pizza da nossa vida foi a desse restaurante (e a mais cara) - Academia (essa foi uma vergonha): apenas 4 aprelhos, sendo que 2 estavam quebrados. (Não tem 1 halter ou 1 anilha.)

É no centro, perto de tudo. Café da manhã bom.

NAO RECOMENDAMOS Chegamos e o ralo do banheiro estava entupido, não tivemos como tomar banho e o hotel não conseguiu uma solução. O quarto tinha um cheiro ruim e não tinha janela. Nada parecido com as fotos.

Wygodne duże łóżka!!! Blisko centrum. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Na kolacje był koncert na żywo. Jedzenie bardzo dobre.

Hotel razoável, se consegue melhores pelo mesmo preço

O hotel é bem básico, os quartos são amplos e estavam limpos. Os funcionário são simpáticos e sempre nos atenderam bem.

Os corredores do hotel são muito velhos e com carpet encardidos e soltando, o que passa aspecto de velho e descuidado. A piscina estava fechada. O café da manhã é básico, porém suficiente.

Give the place a miss! There are heaps better nearby.

Location for a first timer in Santiago. Nice dining area and breakfast. Decent rooms. We opted for a triple room for the extra space. Yes, we paid more than a double room.

Abysmal shower pressure. The water didn’t reach! We were in Room 1201. Then AC didn’t work. After two miserable nights we got moved to a double room. Smaller and cheaper room. AC barely cooled 2 degrees overnight. Just blew air. Our bill wasn’t adjusted for the smaller room! Though we paid at the property, the reception asked us to contact Booking.com about our complaint. We cancelled our second planned stay when we are back in Santiago in a week.

is i go to Santiago and want to stay that area again defiantly would chose hotel again.

The room was a good size and the swimming pool area and the ambiance of the hotel were very good. Hotel got its own museum and also they have its own vine brands and vineyard they do day tours and vine testing tours if you are up for it. they also have a nice restaurant at the hotel.

we choose the area to be close to a tourist location which is right but the downtown area bit run down that is not the hotel's fault. the hotel has great safety entry at the main gate and they really look after their guest. breakfast need improvement as a European visiter breakfast wasn't our standard but we stayed 4 weeks in South America and 6 different hotels have to say this hotel was one of the best but still bit low standard for European standards.

Excellent location and friendly staff.

The hotel is outdated and is in need of renovation. The safe in the room was not working and needed to be replaced, something should have been checked prior to our arrival. Breakfast was limited in choice.
