Peaceful and relaxing getaway far from the beating path!

My group of friends come up every year and stay here. Great cabin, nice location, owners are super cool and easy to work with. Looking forward to next year!

A wonderful, comfortable, well stocked place to host a large gathering. My family had Thanksgiving dinner with 16 people. The first time in family history we have all fit at one table!!!! The host greets you upon arrival. It was a pleasure to meet her and her husband.

We had a great family vacation with our adult children and their spouses and 3 dog's. The location is very secluded with lots of trails for hiking since the property is surrounded by the Tioga State Park.
The house is massive with a living room and kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. This allowed my wife and I to have our own schedule going to bed and waking up when we wanted to. My wife and I spoiled ourselves taking the second floor with the wraparound balcony with great views of the canyon.
The owner gives you privacy but are there with in minutes when you need them Julie brought us specially sized fire wood so we could enjoy the 2nd floor woodstove. They also provided us firewood so we could enjoy a bonfire in the evenings. When we were having difficulty starting the BBQ I texted Julie and her and husband came within half-hour and changed the tank and started the BBQ.
Definitely will consider returning

The cabin is huge, perfect for a bigger group or family. In a nice secluded, quiet area. Couldn’t ask for more. Will be returning every year!

We gathered 4 generations for a long weekend together. This place was perfect, lots of room, all 14 of us could even all eat together at the tables!! The house itself was great and the surrounding property was even better!! The kids had room to roam and play while the adults enjoyed the amazing porches to watch.
Stargazing each night was a wonderful bonus! We definitely recommend this lodge to anyone that wants to disconnect and refresh!

Beautiful and peaceful spot to stay and great for a lot of people, especially the kitchen and living room area.

We've stayed here a few times before & every time it gets better! The boys can ride their dirt bikes, we walk to the lake a few times a day and the kids/dogs go swimming, plenty of space for everyone, nice to visit the barn & see the sheep - just a great getaway!

Location is beautiful. Great kitchen, good bathrooms. Beds are not comfortable, especially for adults. It was impossible to use our iphones, so we could not call the host or call out to local places for information or reservations. LOTS of flies, probably from the farm next door. Great fishing pond for the kids to enjoy. Furnishings were shabby rustic so not too comfortable. Despite the shortcomings, it was nice to find a large enough place for the 11 of us.

Very clean and comfortable. We had room for our whole family to stay together for a wedding instead of getting several hotel rooms. The house as well as the outside landscaping are so beautiful. The property is very remote. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great time staying at Reynolds Family lodge. We were a group of 14. Plenty of room in the living room to sit together and visit. Also large eating area were we could eat and play cards. Definitely would recommend the lodge.

We had a wonderful time. The property was as advertised and the owner was very accommodating. Would come again if our schedule permits.

This lodge was wonderful to stay at. It was a good place to go to get away from all the stress of life. There is Wi-Fi but very slow which was actually nice because we could disconnect from our electronics and focus on spending time together as a family.

We loved how private this place was

This was our second stay at the Reynolds Farm Lodge and it was once again a wonderful experience. The host was very accommodating and the house was lovely and easily slept our family of 6 adults, 4 teens and 2 children under 7 and it had plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. We enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen and we loved the fact that the two large tables end to end meant that we could all sit and eat together, The days were warm but the evenings were cool and we were able to enjoy a bonfire each night. We had a great time walking part of the rim trail with its beautiful views; and the Pine Creek Rail Trail which had access to the Pine Creek so the kids were able to spend some time playing in the creek and we enjoyed a picnic at Lyman Lake. It was a wonderful family vacation.

The property and views are beautiful. The downstairs rooms need AC the upstairs rooms very pleasant. Great room and dinning room are perfect for a large group to gather.

We had a great time at Reynold’s Lodge. The property was nice and clean. My son loved catching bass at the pond. We took a nice hike through the trails. Nice fire pit with plenty of firewood. Only issue we had was we popped a circuit breaker in the kitchen while cooking breakfast, but a quick call to Julie pointed me in the direction of the panel to reset the breaker. Cell service was good with AT&T but no service with Verizon. Wi-Fi at the cabin was only 1 Mbps, but wasn’t a big issue since we had AT&T cellular.

Tioga County Wedding Weekend
We had a big group for a wedding up in Knoxville and made the absolute right choice choosing Reynolds Farm. Great set up to gather our family. Huge kitchen, huge living room upstairs, multiple places on deck to lounge, eat outside, or gaze at the stars at night. The views are spectacular. Julie herself went out of her way to be a great host. She met us at check in, was communicative throughout the booking process, and was incredibly flexible and supportive in allowing us to cut some tree limbs down to get our family RV in thru the driveway. Can't recommend her property enough. Thanks Julie!

Gorgeous Scenery
I don't think my eyes could ever get enough of the majestic scenery! We spent most of our time in awe of the mountains surrounding the area. The kitchen had everything you could need and it was spacious too. Inpeccablly clean and well thought out throughout the whole house. And the gardens of flowers were another nice view. Our dogs loved having the space to run and play. Loved this place. Hope to come back again sometime.

Reynold's Farm Lodge
Reynold's Farm Lodge has beautiful views of the countryside. Our hostess Julie was gracious and communicates promptly.
She kept us well informed when an internet issue arose and even offered to allow us to use theirs if needed, but thankfully we were there to just enjoy the breathtaking vistas of the nearby Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania.

Perfect house rental for hunting in the nearby areas. We went to Tioga Ranch to hunt for a bachelor party. Great time here. Julie the host is very nice and accommodating. It’s very quiet and serene. Thank you again.

Great Getaway
We went for a last minute getaway with three generations of the family getting together. There was lots of space and Julie could not be more hospitable. Our dogs enjoyed running around the property as much as the younger kids in our group. I definitely recommend to anyone trying to get away and spend some quality time disconnected from work and other demands.

The Perfect Retreat
I arrived tighter than a drum, and by the time we left, I was centered and relaxed. The property is absolutely beautiful, with sweeping views of the mountains and valleys, especially from the second floor windows and deck. The lodge was immaculate, well- appointed, and had all the conveniences of home. The property is beautifully landscaped, with paths and stone stairways throughout the plantings, fruit trees, and many beautiful flowers. We saw deer each evening in the front yard eating under the apple trees, and had many birds to watch and enjoy their songs. Julie and her husband were welcoming and accommodating, and live close by if anything is needed. It was a perfect trip and we will definitely be back.

Great spot!
We really enjoyed our time here. Beautiful location & amazing stargazing. The property is wonderful! No complaints at all. A couple of things to be aware of -
As others have mentioned, WiFi is not the greatest - Okay for checking email, but not for streaming. Not a bad thing & great to unplug, but something to be aware of.
Also, beware of following GPS driving directions & best to check with Julie, your host, on routes. Some of the “roads” that google maps & Waze directed us to were single lane dirt roads while there were perfectly good paved roads we could have taken. Not a criticism of the property at all just something to pass along to future guests.
A great place to relax & unwind!

Beautiful Getaway!
My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Reynolds Farm! The home was amazing - spacious, well-furnished and very clean. The gardens and grounds were beautiful with wonderful amenities such as a fire pit, hiking trails, outdoor seating and a gorgeous wraparound porch. The owner, Julie, was very responsive and accommodating. It was beautifully remote so remember to pack groceries! We did journey to town a few times to shop the quaint stores. Also, unfortunately, we had to visit the local hospital but the care was excellent! We would definitely return to vacation at this tranquil and beautiful home in Tioga County!

Heaven on Earth
Truly the most magnificent places I’ve ever stayed at. Personally, my favorite parts included the scenery (wild flowers, big blue sky, rolling green hills), the hiking trails (some are super steep!), and especially the SHEEP! Most of them are pretty afraid of human contact—except for one brown lamb named Jane. Everyday I would visit the field and pet her. She was honestly very cuddly.
My 3 dogs also really enjoyed the stay. They loved the trails, running around, and swimming in the pond.
What was super spectacular was the amount of shooting stars in the night sky. I never even saw shooting stars before, let alone 5-6 in one night. The first one me and my sister saw was super bright, blue/green, and big—absolutely breathtaking. You can also see the Milky Way and multiple constellations, such as the Big Dipper and Pegasus.
Major thanks to Julie and her family for offering this wonderland for everyone to enjoy!

Wonderful weekend with family
My family and I spent the weekend and had an amazing and relaxing time. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed exploring the grounds. The gardens are beautiful. The pond was an especially big hit with the kids. The owner met me at the door and was very welcoming. We regretted having to leave at the end of the weekend.

Tranquil Property
I would like to try to give as much information as possible to be helpful to future renters. Julie, the property owner is awesome! She is very attentive to your needs and meets you at the house for check in to walk you around and answer any questions you have. She lives just down the road so she is close by if you need anything. We needed matches for the firepit and she brought them over super fast! Turns out she already had them right by the wood but we didn’t see them, but she brought us some anyway. The house itself is rustic and a bit dated but it was perfect for our family gathering of 13. We had tons of space!! The kitchen is huge and seated everyone with no problem. One of the people in our property had a broken leg and she had no problem getting around the grounds. We fished, swam, played games and just had a great time. This house is in the middle of nowhere it seems which was nice for us. It was a tranquil, peaceful, relaxing getaway. Cell service outside of WiFi is horrible. If you have Verizon you will basically have no cell service once you are away from the house’s WiFi. The closest town is basically 30 minutes away give or take, so other than the grocery store, we didn’t go anywhere. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, away from it all, this is a good place.

Perfect getaway from modern technology
My extended family and I had to change our vacation plans this year thanks to the COVID virus. I found this rental online booked it for 10 people for the week. Unfortunately my brothers plans changed and we only had 9 in our group. This rental is very large with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We cooked and ate all of our meals there. You do need to plan ahead because the closest grocery store is in Wellsboro which is 30 minutes away. The views from the deck are beautiful and peaceful. You need to go with the intent of leaving modern technology behind. There is internet service provided but it is slow and not streaming quality. That was fine for us because it made us get back to hanging out and talking as a family again. Hopefully we can make it back there again in the near future.

Beautiful and relaxing
House was perfect for our larger group of 14! Dining area could fit us all at one table! Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We enjoyed fishing in the stocked pond, exploring wildlife (bunnies, frogs, sheep, and fish) around the property! Well established hiking trails! Beautiful skies for stargazing at night around the fire pit! We did venture out for tubing the creek, visiting a deer park, and swimming at Lyman run! Lake nearby for more fishing too! We had a great stay and hope to return! Easiest check in and check out! Highly recommend this getaway!
