I liked the apartments, high ceilings and large beds. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. 2 minutes to the Vatican and 7-10 minutes by taxi to the Coliseum. Rome is a beautiful city that can't be seen in just a few days.

“ The apartment is amazing and the host, Lydia is very helpful from pre-booking, during our stay and until the check out date. She answered all our queries efficiently and arranged our transfer requests.
The apartment is very spacious, clean, safe, exactly in the city center near the Vatican Church, shops and the public transpo. We enjoyed our stay, we will surely come back and choose this property!”

Beautiful spacious apartment. Excellent location. Hosts brilliant.
Could have been warmer given that Rome was so cold in January. But that’s my fault, host had said to inform her if we wanted heating increased. Just didn’t seem right to text late at night after being out!

Large and spacious apartment with grand tall ceilings, very comfortable to sleep in the bedrooms. check in was great from the host . location is excellent just off a ma street that was always brightly lit and busy all the time so felt safe. a few minutes walk from m train station was very convenient. lots of shops and restaurants around the area!
Showers had very little water pressure and water was not very hot. could do with a little more cleaning as the floors were dirty.

Highly recommende for families like ours. We were comfortable, feels like home away from home. Self catering apartments are very covenient for our group. Lots of eateries around. Close to St. Peters Basilica and Vatican Museum. Wifi and airconditioning worked very well specially in this hot humid days. Thank you Livia and staff. My family enjoyed the stay.

Very close to St. Peter’s Basilica (5 mins walk). Very close to the subway, shops and restaurants. Excellent location! Very clean apartment and good size of rooms and equipped with clean towels, appliances and A/C. We loved everything about the apartment. We had an awesome stay! We will definitely come back.

Location is perfect, just few steps from the subway and the Vatican. Lots of restaurants and souvenirs shops all around. The apartment was very comfortable and had all we needed for a family of 4 in a short stay.

Livia is a very nice host. He knows English, which is not so obvious on a site in Rome. Organizes a taxi to the airport at a generally valid price in Rome.
The apartment is very large and luxurious. It is VERY clean. Which is even shocking when you go out to the streets in Rome, that are not clean.
The only problem is the elevator you can hear. Fortunately, no one rides it at night.

1. Livia, our host and contact, was GREAT! She responded to my questions promptly within the day (via booking.com messaging); she arranged transportation for me and my family, to and from the airport/train station; she greeted us upon arrival; and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. She even provided a map in the apartment and took the time to explain to us about our unit and our location within the city. Livia was, hands-down, the perfect host.
2. Our apartment was PRIME LOCATION. We were walking distance from St. Peter's Square, The Vatican Museum, public transportation, and restaurants and grocery stores. An added bonus was that the area was surprisingly quiet for being in such a busy location, and we did not experience any loud neighbors.
3. The apartment unit was accessed via stairs or elevator, which is great for my grandmother who was hard-of-walking.
4. The unit itself was modern, clean, and organized; the rooms provided good space and fit our family of 6 perfectly; the beds were so cozy that my husband, who is picky about beds, would fall asleep right away; and the bathrooms were bright, comfortable, and provided with enough towels. The kitchen was also fully stocked with plates, cups, and utensils. We never felt like we were lacking in anything.
5. On a side note, we also did not worry about voltage or power-outage, though we were mindful to turn everything off if it wasn't being used.
6. Lastly, the view from the rooms was cool-looking. I felt for a moment that I wasn't just a tourist. You can't see a courtyard like that where we're from.
My family and I agreed that this was the BEST place we stayed in our entire trip. We WILL be returning here one day soon!
Thank you, Livia for being such a warm, friendly, and considerate host!
There was nothing I didn't like; everything was great!
